We had a wonderful stay at the residences Nha Trang. Especially the pool area with the delicious restaurant was a highlight for us. Quan and his staff were very attentive and always friendly. Thank you very much!

This was an extremely disappointing stay. I had reserved a specific room in advance, but upon arrival, I was told that the room I had booked was not available. I was instead downgraded to a lower-category room. Although the difference in room rate was refunded, that does not change the fact that the hotel failed to honor my confirmed reservation. This was my first trip to Vietnam, and this vacation was supposed to be a special time for my family. Unfortunately, having our reserved room unavailable completely ruined the experience. I have stayed at hotels expecting that a confirmed reservation would actually be honored. If an InterContinental hotel can overbook and then downgrade guests upon arrival, it makes it very difficult to trust the hotel when planning an important vacation. I am also an IHG member, which makes this experience even more disappointing. What is the value of being an IHG member if a confirmed reservation cannot be guaranteed? Refunding the price difference is not enough. The issue is not simply the price of the room, but the fact that the hotel failed to provide what was booked and paid for. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in IHG and InterContinental. I sincerely hope the hotel reviews its overbooking practices so that other guests do not have their vacations ruined in the same way.

We had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental Residences Nha Trang. Our apartment was spacious and very comfortable, with a separate bedroom, living room, and a fully equipped kitchen, which made the stay feel much more like a home than a typical hotel room. One of the best features were the two balconies. From there we enjoyed beautiful views over the city and the beach, especially in the morning and in the evening when the skyline lights up. The location of the hotel is very strategic. It sits right on Tran Phu Street, directly across from the beach, and many restaurants, cafés, and shops are within easy walking distance. The building also offers excellent facilities. There is a nice swimming pool and a well-equipped gym on the second floor, which are perfect for relaxing or staying active during your stay. The hotel also has two restaurants, offering convenient dining options without even leaving the property. Another great advantage is that guests can use the beach sunbeds across the street, which makes spending time by the sea very easy and comfortable. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay in Nha Trang if you want the comfort of an apartment combined with the services of a luxury hotel. We would definitely stay here again.
