The rooms were clean, and the location was very convenient. However, there were a few things that caused inconvenience. For example, the swimming pool was closed and the lights were turned off at 6:00 PM. Even guests who are confident swimmers and willing to take full responsibility for their own safety were not allowed to access the pool. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, but the service was disappointing. At the pho station, guests had to queue and collect each ingredient themselves. Although there were plenty of staff on duty, tables were not cleared even when they were covered with used plates and bowls. The staff member responsible for checking guest names at the entrance was unfriendly and lacked professionalism. Although this is a five-star hotel, it fell short in terms of attention to detail and overall professionalism. On a positive note, the front desk staff, bell staff, and security team were all very friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

Everything is well maintained, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The food is absolutely amazing—every meal is delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. I had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental Nha Trang. The hotel has an excellent location, making it very convenient to explore the city, and the room was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. What truly stood out was the exceptional level of service from the concierge team and Ms. Van Vo. After I had already moved on to another country, I realized I had forgotten an important item in my hotel room. Ms. Van Vo and her team were extremely professional, responsive, and helpful in assisting me to retrieve it. Their efficiency and genuine care went far beyond my expectations. This is truly top-notch customer service and a great example of hospitality done right. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nha Trang and would gladly stay here again.
