Great location, 5 minute walk to beach and hotel provides beach towels. Lots of restaurants, massage places, convenience stores, atms, laundry, under 5 minutes walk, at farthest. Room size big, with good view of city and mountains. Pool on roof is great. Gym adequate. Hotel massage is good too, better than cheaper ones nearby. Good shower hot water strong. Breakfast lots of options, and lots of seating. Room cleaning decent. Location and price are the stars, would recommend for beach vacation.
Excellent hotel with a beautiful location and amazing sea views. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and professional, and the breakfast had plenty of great options. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!
I originally stayed here for just one night, but I ended up coming back because the breakfast was simply outstanding. It was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had in Nha Trang, with plenty of delicious options and great quality. Getting this hotel at the price I paid felt like an absolute steal. The rooms were modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The gym was well-equipped and a nice bonus during my stay. The only downside was that the swimming pool was under maintenance when I visited, which was a little disappointing. However, the excellent breakfast, clean rooms, and overall value more than made up for it.
This is an amazing hotel for the Price. The rooms are new clean and the staff at the front desk are welcoming and friendly. The breakfast has a very large range is possibly one of the most tasteless breakfasts I have had and the staff are less and friendly never a smile and don't even make eye contact… all of the cereals were mixed with cornflakes which is really weird… And the juices are reconstituted… The fruits were really obscure fruit and the milk for the cereal was hot which is really unusual. I asked for scrambled eggs and got an omelette so English is obviously a bit of an issue. Would I stay here again as I love breakfast so much probably not. Having said that the view from the pool is incredible.
I stayed here as a couple, but there was only one pair of slippers in the room when we arrived. At check-out, the hotel insisted they had provided two pairs, but I’m certain we only ever received one. Even after explaining this, I was still charged 70,000 VND for a pair of slippers that was never actually there.
There were also some inconsistencies with the in-room amenities. On a few days, only one towel was replaced, even though the hotel clearly knew there were two of us staying. It might seem like a small detail, but it did affect our overall comfort.
Cleanliness was another issue. When we first checked in, the floor was covered in sand, likely left behind by previous guests who had been to the beach. We reported it on the first day and asked for the room to be cleaned again, but honestly, after housekeeping came, there was barely any noticeable difference.
Overall, these are things you wouldn’t expect from a four-star hotel. With better attention to detail and more consistent housekeeping, the experience could be so much better.
