# Erica Hotel - 5-Star Review **A Wonderful Escape to Paradise** After an unfortunate situation with our previous accommodation—which was in deplorable condition with visible mold—we found ourselves needing a last-minute booking. The Erica Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the entire team welcomed us with genuine warmth and hospitality. The lobby was absolutely stunning, impeccably clean and elegantly designed. The same level of cleanliness and attention to detail extended to the entrance area, immediately putting us at ease. What truly impressed us was the staff's willingness to show us several different room categories before we committed to our choice. This personalized service made the decision process comfortable and ensured we found the perfect fit for our family. Our children were delighted by the rooftop pool—a fantastic feature with spectacular views. The breakfast buffet was equally impressive, offering a diverse selection of dishes that catered to every taste and dietary preference. Each morning felt like a celebration. The hotel's location is absolutely ideal. We enjoyed convenient access to the beach and were surrounded by excellent restaurants and cafés within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area. After the disappointment of our initial booking, Erica Hotel restored our confidence and transformed our stay into an unforgettable experience. The staff were so respectful, kind, and professional. They were always responsive in a timely manner. The rooms and facility were clean, well kept, and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience here and would return again. This has been a go to hotel for our family when visiting Nha Trang.

Stayed here for 2 months in total and It was a very comfortable stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Room: The twin room was spacious enough, and I even had space to put down my own yoga mat and exercise. There was a long desk, a sofa, and a side table, so I could comfortably enjoy my Fire TV connected to the large TV. My room was on the 20th floor, but the balcony faced the inside of the building, so there was no sea view. Negative point (Room): The air conditioning was controlled by the building, not individually. Even though there was a controller in the room, sometimes no cool air came out when it was hot, and other times it became too cold in the early morning. Breakfast: One of the best breakfast buffets in Nha Trang in terms of variety. There were many kinds of salads and fruits, and the staff quickly refilled items when they ran out. There were also live cooking stations for eggs and pho. I enjoyed the breakfast every day for two months without getting bored. Staff: The restaurant staff, reception staff, and housekeepers were all polite and friendly. In my experience in Vietnam, it is not uncommon to find a few unfriendly staff members at hotels, but everyone here was smiling and welcoming. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant. Pool: The rooftop pool on the 27th floor is not very large, but the view is great. Sometimes the water was not very clean depending on the day. Gym: The gym on the 26th floor was under renovation and unavailable during my stay. They were adding a new sauna and bathtub, so it should be excellent once completed. Overall: A very comfortable 4-star hotel where two months passed surprisingly quickly. Of course, it is different from a 5-star hotel, but for a long-term stay, the value for money is excellent. Great hotel for a great price. Wonderful view to city and to sea. Terrific breakfast which changes their menu everyday. Room service a little rusty, sometimes they forget to change bedsheets and tc. Other than that everything is great. Receptionists are very polite and will help you with anything. The rooms look good overall. Also, they need to clean their pool everyday. Sometimes it looks like still water but safe to swim. Overall, great place with great people. Just need improvement of pool and renovation of rooms and pool.
