The room cleanliness and the location of the hotel are really good. There are many local restaurants and cafés around the hotel where you can enjoy Vietnamese coffee. Dam Market is also very close and within walking distance from the hotel. I would also like to share a small experience I had today. After visiting a restaurant not far from the hotel, I took a cyclo (pedicab) back to the hotel. I was checking the Grab fare before booking a car when the cyclo driver approached me and showed me 20,000 VND using a translation app. I agreed and got on. However, when we arrived at the hotel, he suddenly asked me to pay 200,000 VND. The actual Grab fare would have been around 28,000 VND, which is also about what I paid for a taxi when I went from the hotel to the restaurant. I asked the hotel staff for help, and all the staff were very kind and helped me with the situation. This is my first visit to Vietnam, and I had a very good impression of Vietnam during the past few days. Because of this driver, it almost became a very unpleasant experience, but thanks to the kind hotel staff, I was able to resolve the situation well. Overall, everything about the hotel is great, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate their kindness and support. 😊

Clean hotel. All of the amenities expected. Great value and location if you intend to do some shopping in Dam Markets. Away from the craziness of town but close enough to get a quick Grab
OMG, it’s such a nice place to stay in Nha Trang. I really love the service and the vibe here. I forgot to take a photo of the room, but I remember it was room 904, 903 super big, clean, and comfortable. The only downside is there’s no beach view. The gym and pool are kinda small but they’re functional . Oh, and there’s also a rooftop. I feel that this place is 4 starts. The breakfast buffet was so good, I especially loved the yogurt, so delicious.
Great location in walking distance to the beach. Hotel had very nice, updated rooms with a suite-style for 4 people so it had ample space. The shower/tub was the only downside. It is clearly meant only for taking baths, as it is so impractical for showers. There is only a half glass to contain the water, but water splashes all around and sits in the space between the tub and the wall which ends up completely soaking the entire bathroom floor as there is nowhere else for the water to go. The drain is also on the opposite side of the bathroom floor so we had to physically mop the floor ourselves to get the water toward the drain. This is a huge oversight by the designers/contractors who built this bathroom as it seems they did not actually use the shower to see how poorly it is designed. Seems like good design but terrible in practice. AC was strong and worked well, but only one refrigerator was cold enough. There is only 1 Wifi for the whole hotel so it was incredibly slow at times. The pool was nice but unfinished so there was lots of construction going on. There were not many sun lounge chairs either. Breakfast had many good options but the coffee was way too sweet. The Vietnamese coffee was pre-mixed with tons and tons of condensed milk; the other coffee option was diluted and weak coffee. Due to the hotel amenities being so nice and the rooms being clean and spacious (and great working AC), I would stay here again but not for longer than a couple of days.
The staff, THƯ, LINH, HĀO and the manager TÚ were absolutely fantastic and so helpful, polite and always tried there best to accommodate us. The executive suite was very well presented and large. The hotel staff went above and beyond our expectations. The location was only a few minutes walk out of the tourist trap so it was perfect for us.
