Diamond Bay Hotel

Had a pleasant 4 nights stay here. Location was great. Rooms were comfortable and clean albeit slightly dated. The staff Caroline, Adah, Clare, Mun and Henry were excellent in ensuring we were well taken care of. They even remembered my son's birthday and sent a cake up to our room for a small celebration. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

One of my favourite hotel is Diamond Bay Hotel. It's a great place for people who want to relax and enjoy their holiday. The hotel has quite a few good features. Firstly, the rooms are clean and comfortable. They also have air conditioning and beautiful views. Another good point is that the staff are very friendly and helpful. They always smile and are happy to answer guests’ questions. The only problem is that breakfast is a little expensive. Sometimes the restaurant is very busy in the morning. On the whole, it’s a great hotel for anyone who wants a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Review of Diamond Bay Hotel – Nha Trang Arriving at the Diamond Bay Hotel while it was still dark, I had no idea what awaited me when the sun came up. The morning view from my room was absolutely breathtaking—one of those sights that instantly etches itself into memory. ✨ Hospitality & Service From the very beginning, the staff were super kind, super welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Their warmth made me feel at home, and their attentiveness ensured that every need was met with genuine care. 🏖️ Amenities & Convenience This hotel truly has it all. Two sparkling pools, the beach just across the street, and a delicious full breakfast buffet served daily. Multiple tea bars and attached restaurants provide endless options, while the connected mall offers a theater, skating rink, gaming, and shopping. It was there that I met Tino, the excellent manager of the Da Lat BBQ & Buffet—his professionalism and friendliness stood out. The property even boasts a casino, adding another layer of excitement to the stay. 🍹 Surroundings Step outside the hotel and you’ll find bars and restaurants in every direction, making it the perfect hub for exploring Nha Trang’s vibrant food and nightlife scene. 🌟 Overall Experience Diamond Bay Hotel is more than just a place to stay—it’s a destination in itself. With its unbeatable combination of comfort, convenience, and hospitality, I know I’ll always want to stay here whenever I return to Nha Trang.

The location of this hotel is perfect. You’ll wake up to a beautiful ocean and can see for miles up and down the coast line. Surrounded by many restaurants, shops and night market is less than 10 min walk. However the 3 elevators for the hotel were very slow since it also lead to the gym/pool which I believe are open to members and not just hotel clients. The room is a bit dated and the AC could not keep the room cool against the heat. We kept our curtains closed most of the time to try to keep it cool. The kitchen area was just a sink with a few cups and small dishes along with a mini fridge so if you’re looking for a functional kitchen you’ll be disappointed. My parents’ room had an interesting layout. The bathroom in the bedroom was completely see through so if anyone is using it the entire bedroom is closed, limiting anyone from using the bedroom. Breakfast was great. Gym and pool were also great. Overall everything was good but rooms left much to be desired.
