Location: 3/5 The resort is located about 13 km from the city center, which makes it quite convenient if you want to go out for lunch or dinner. Getting in and out is easy, so that’s definitely a plus. However, the beach itself is very disappointing. It’s covered with rocks and tree branches, and the water doesn’t have that clear blue or green color you would expect. The coastline doesn’t seem to be well maintained at all. There are no waves, and the beach area is quite short. When walking further into the water, the ground feels muddy instead of sandy, which makes it uncomfortable. There are also no staff उपस्थित at the beach, so the whole area feels abandoned and not inviting. Facilities: The facilities are quite old and outdated, but considering the price, it’s still acceptable. The bedroom is spacious, and the two single beds are large and comfortable. The bathroom is also roomy, although the door design is inconvenient because it blocks the sink when opened. One thing I really liked is that the housekeeping staff clean the room early in the morning—they are quick and efficient. On the downside, there are several maintenance issues. The phone has incorrect numbers written on it, which can be confusing. The closet is old and could definitely use some repairs. I also noticed that some guests leave food trays or trash outside their rooms, and staff don’t clear them promptly, which makes the environment feel less clean. Staff: The staff are friendly and helpful overall. They create a welcoming atmosphere, and this is one of the stronger points of the resort. Pool: The pool is huge and very enjoyable. Even though the design is a bit outdated, it’s still the best feature here and a great place to relax. Surroundings: The resort has a lot of potential, but it clearly needs better maintenance. It feels like it has been neglected for a long time. Breakfast: Breakfast is good with a wide variety of options. However, the tables are not always cleaned properly, which could be improved.

Place has lot of issues but still going with 5 star since it’s value for money . It’s a huge resort with large spacious rooms , private beach , large pool , SPA but the service is very poor , they completely messed up the pick up which was confirmed twice . Staff is not updated or empowered enough . I had to explain a lot even to prove that we had in fact booked a room there . But end of the Day it was only Rs 2300 ( INR ) per day per person and restaurant charges were not that exorbitant . So yes if u need a decent stay at very reasonable cost go for it . Just don’t expect 5 star treatment . Also this place is quite far from main beach city . But you can easily get grab car any time of the day .
We had booked a standard room without a balcony so no view but other rooms would be a 5 star. Really friendly hotel with beach towels handy for going across to the beach we arrived early and they accommodated us to allow us to. Get to our room prior to the official check in time. They have free bike hire. Altogether a very comfortable hotel with a fabulous roof top pool.
I had a great one-night stay here. The atmosphere is peaceful, tranquil, and very relaxing – perfect for a short escape. I’d especially like to mention the Assistant Front Office Manager (I’m sorry I forgot his name), who was excellent. He provided a very smooth and welcoming check-in experience. The older lifeguard was also incredibly friendly and added to the positive vibe of the hotel. The room service food was great, and while the rooms are a little outdated in style, they’re very comfortable and well-maintained. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel, especially at this price point.
The resort is very quiet and surrounded by pleasant nature. The location itself is fine, but it is quite far from Nha Trang city (about a 25-minute drive by taxi or resort shuttle). Unfortunately, the shuttle bus runs only twice a day and has very limited seating. If there is no space available, the only option is to take a taxi. This is a downside, as the resort website mentions transportation, but in reality it does not always work as expected. It would be much better if the shuttle operated more frequently or if additional transport was provided when one bus is not enough for all guests. We were denied twice when we asked to use it in advance. The shuttle schedule is also inconvenient. Because the drive itself takes around 25–30 minutes, so you have like 30 minutes left. there is very little time left in the city, which makes it impractical even for quick errands like buying basic supplies. Reception service is mixed. The women working at the front desk were kind and helpful, while an older male staff member was noticeably unpleasant. Even though most guests are foreigners, English is spoken only at a basic level, which sometimes makes communication difficult. The bungalows are generally nice and very spacious, but a major drawback is the humidity inside. Upon arrival there was an unpleasant damp smell, and the next day I woke up with a sore throat and felt unwell. The smell resembles dampness or mold, so people with asthma or respiratory issues may experience similar problems. The air conditioning also seems to need cleaning or servicing, as it made the air feel harder to breathe. Rooms are cleaned daily, and fresh towels are provided every day, which is a positive point. The pool is large, fairly clean, and usually empty. Swimming was enjoyable despite the relatively cool weather. The breakfast buffet offers a good selection. The quality is average but sufficient, and most guests should be able to find something to eat. It is a good idea to bring flip-flops. While most of the bathroom is not slippery, the shower area is very slippery. Unfortunately, I slipped, fell, hit my head, and ended up with a bruise, so extra caution is needed. On the positive side, the water is warm and the pressure is good. The resort grounds are nice and have their charm, but you can feel that the best years are already behind it. There are very few guests, which creates peace and quiet, but also gives an impression of slight neglect. The Banana Leaf restaurant looks nice, but the food is expensive for its below-average quality. Another issue is pricing transparency: while menu prices are listed, it is not clearly indicated that an additional 5% service charge and 30% consumption tax are added. As a result, what should have been a bill of 415,000 became 470,610. This caused real inconvenience at the end of our trip, as we had carefully calculated our remaining cash. The spa feels outdated and empty, and the gym offers only basic equipment and is in worn condition, with noticeable humidity. If someone is looking for a quiet place to relax at an affordable price, this resort can be a good option. However, guests expecting a true five-star standard may be disappointed. Personally, I received more or less what I expected. With better transportation and improved dining, this place still has good potential.
