We ended up staying here for our whole stay in Nha Trang (2 weeks) because the price was right. But first night was very unpleasant. After traveling over 24 hours and in need of hot showers….we had to take cold showers as no hot water. Room was visibly not very clean, headboard fabric was disgusting with years worth of oil and dirt. The next day I obtained a bedsheet to cover it. Housekeeping cleaned room and we learned that you have to let water run for a very long time before it gets warm. Breakfast was adequate once you got familiar with everything. Staff in restaurant did not talk to us so we didn’t know we could get fresh fried eggs or pho at back counter. Hotel is 1 block from very busy street so traffic considerably decreased in front of hotel, that was nice.

I lost my hotel room key and credit card on the street, but thanks to the hotel staff's generous help, I was able to find them. The hotel staff were excellent. The facilities and breakfast were incredible for the price. I will definitely visit again next time I'm in Nha Trang.
A lovely hotel with some amazing bargains at certain times for sea-view rooms with baths. The only issues I had were that the rooms were just a little dated. The cupboards and bathroom look rather old-fashioned and there were a small number of those annoying tiny ants (on the 17th floor). So you know, if you accidentally drop food there will be hundreds of the little blighters within minutes. On the plus side, the service was very good, particularly at the buffet breakfast, which was delicious. One thing: I do not eat meat. They had a delicious looking tofu dish BUT they added pork to it! 😕 So I had to pick out the pork bits! Why not make this vegetarian? There are already MANY meat dishes. However, when I pointed this out to staff they were extremely accommodating, offering to get me a special vegetarian dish, which I politely declined as there was cheese, fruit and vegetables. Also, staff brought me freshly squeezed orange juice to my table (a nice touch). The coffee is Vietnamese. No western style filter coffee or Nescafé (that I saw). The view from the room is lovely, overlooking the sea and there is a (tiny) balcony. The light on the balcony comes on at night and seems impossible to switch off..? Three other minor issues to note: 1) The reservation said that bathrobes would be provided but there were none? 2) The slippers come in two sizes: ‘too small’ and ‘much too small’! Why do these hotels not realise that men from outside Southeast Asia have BIG FEET..?!! 3) The internet tended to cut out from time-to-time. Using a VPN seemed to improve matters slightly. Despite these minor issues, which perhaps could be looked at, I had a lovely stay. I will come back if I can again secure this great price 🙂
Spacious room with a great view, though a bit dated We stayed in room 1803, which offered a spacious sea view and a clear look at Vinpearl. Although it was listed as having two queen beds, one of them was actually a king-sized bed. The sofa by the window was a highlight—perfect for reading or enjoying the night view. The bathroom included a bathtub, which was great for the kids to play in. The hotel feels a bit dated but is well-maintained. We experienced some intermittent Wi-Fi and TV signal drops, but since we had enough e-SIM data, it wasn't a big deal. The inclusion of chairs in the room was also helpful for the kids to eat takeout or draw. We did find some ants while the kids were playing on the floor, but it wasn't a major issue for us. Compared to the Ventana Hotel where we stayed previously, this place felt older. Also, the towels had a slight scent of Chinese spices (perhaps from their laundry service), though we didn't mind it too much. The pool is quite large (likely over 60m²) and our kids had a blast with their tubes for all three days. Breakfast was okay for adults, though it felt a bit lacking for children. We fed them bread, cereal, and fried eggs. Fruits like dragon fruit and watermelon were available, and you could order a la carte items like fried eggs, omelets, and Pho. I personally enjoyed the food. Location-wise, it takes about 15 minutes to reach the city center. A Grab ride costs around 35,000 VND, which we also used for food deliveries. While the location is a bit far, the trade-off is a large room, a big pool, and a very quiet environment at night. However, for my next trip, I think I would choose a hotel in the city center. Since my kids are still young and prefer taking a Grab anyway, I'd rather put the transportation costs toward a more central room.
I spent 45 days in Nha Trang from late Feb to early April this year, a month of which was spent in this hotel. I think that says it all but I will elaborate. It was unbelievable value for money a nice pool, functional gym, really nice staff, comfortable rooms, 5 minutes from a lovely part of the beach. Special should out for In who made us fresh juice every day and got the kitchen to knock up some delicious noodles when there were no vegan options on the menu. I'm definitely going back next year!
