Pros: Pool is nice. Gym facilities and play room look good too. Location is perfectly situated opp the beach, sailing club and surrounded by shops and massage places. Bustling location! Cons: The sound proof is terrible! There was a morning ritual or public doing exercise by the beach (not too sure) and at 5am it was so noisy it woke all of us up 😳 The hotel room and lobby didn’t feel like a 5 star hotel, a little dated and feels like 3 star. Hotel breakfast is terrible too, nothing tasted good (perhaps only fruits and cereals) Even the basics such as bread is tough, and omelette is bland. I’d suggest skip it and get out of hotel for a hearty breakfast instead ! Most of their staff can’t speak English nor Chinese; hard to communicate with them even on simple things. We asked for bellboy service they said they needed 5min, then we asked if they could speed up , they claimed 2min. But stilll end up taking 5min. I feel that the points missing here are honesty and sincerity. Also their rooftop has a bar counter with “white lotus” 🤔 Isn’t that an IP? I don’t think they have the rights to use that too, or do they 🤔🤔

I had a fantastic experience stayed. Service is top-notch; the team is attentive, professional, and genuinely cares about guest comfort. My stay was seamless and truly relaxing. The room was well-appointed, cozy, and provided the perfect sanctuary during my trip. I’ll definitely be returning!😊

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming from the moment I arrived. A special thank you to David from the Concierge team, who proactively helped me arrange my transportation to the airport and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I also really appreciated the front desk staff for recommending several excellent local restaurants, which became some of the highlights of my trip. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the staff truly care about their guests. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Nha Trang. Highly recommended!

Hello everyone! It was our first time in Vietnam, in Nha Trang, so we spent quite a long time carefully choosing a hotel. The location of this hotel is simply perfect — right in the very center. Nearby, you can find everything you need: shops, restaurants, and a pharmacy. The hotel has its own private beach area and a great swimming pool on the 3rd floor, where you can even relax peacefully in the shade during the hottest part of the day. The room was clean and well-maintained, with everything you might need: a safe, hair dryer, ironing board, iron, excellent (actually working!) air conditioning, bathrobes, slippers, and more. The hotel also offers a good exchange rate for cash. We would especially like to thank SHOHA TRAN for being so friendly and helpful! He answered all of our questions, and we genuinely enjoyed chatting with him (his English is excellent). And friends, don’t forget that beauty is always in the eye of the beholder.
