We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights and then in an apartment for another 2 months. It's a very well maintained resort with wonderful friendly staff, good food (they have hotel breakfast, seafood restaurant and a cafe, all on riverside with beautiful views). It's quiet though close to the city center. Perfect place to stay with kids, as there's a pool, craft village and plenty of safe space to ride a bike or walk.

WNIV-Worst Night In Vietnam (Champa) Over the past 23 years I have spent over 400 nights in Vietnamese hotels. I was one of the very first tourists in Vietnam. Last night at Champa was the worst night I have experienced in Vietnam during that time. Loud, thumping discordent rock music was thumping and pounding throughout the hotel because there was a Vietnamese party for the night in the hotel. It was like having a fully turned up stereo beside the bed. I couldn't sleep. Champa regularly has noisy weddings and parties insultingly in disregard for hotel guests peace and quiet in their rooms. If you're looking for a quiet, restful and peaceful holiday you need to book elsewhere. The first basic for any hotel is that the guest, who books per night, has a good night's sleep. Champa fails in their duty and care for the guests' well being. For obvious reasons I didn't click the 'quiet' button in the description of the hotel.
We had an absolutely brilliant stay at Champa Resort in Nha Trang. The accommodation was excellent and everything felt spacious, comfortable and very well maintained. One of the highlights was the pool, which is large and kept at the perfect temperature. It was a great place to relax and cool off, especially after a day exploring. Getting around the resort is really easy as well. The buggies that take you between different parts of the resort are convenient and make moving around effortless. What we really appreciated was how quiet and peaceful it is compared to staying right in the centre of Nha Trang. You still have access to everything, but without the noise and constant activity of the city. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you want comfort, space and a more relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend.
We had an amazing stay at Champa Island Nha Trang! The 2-bedroom hotel room was spacious and comfortable. The food was okay, but the exceptional staff, especially Khang Nguyễn at the front desk, made up for it. They were very helpful and made our stay enjoyable. The resort has 2 big swimming pools, a gym, and a spa. My kids really love the swimming pool there. We also appreciated the shuttle service from Oasis to Garden Restaurant and hotel, which was a fun perk. They offer tours to the city, shopping, and beach activities, which added to our relaxation. Overall, we'd highly recommend Champa Island resort for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
Beautiful hotel, but customer service and the staff are very rude. Looks like they have never seen money. I spent over 2000 dollars here and still was treated very bad. They always demand you pay right away if you extend your stay, Other hotels may keep your passport and allow you to pay later , but here they may kick you out and are very rude. I live in the US, and I explained to them that I need to wait for US hours to make transactions and they even threatened to kick me out. This is crazy and the first time I experience this in a 5 star hotel. It’s a shame because the island looks good and it’s beautiful but the staff doesn’t have manners and only care about your money.
