Central Nha Trang Hotel & Business

Very disappointing stay. The hotel looks nothing like what you would expect today. The furniture is extremely old, there is dust almost everywhere (inside wardrobes, corners and furniture), and the carpet is stained and looks like it hasn't been properly cleaned for years. The white bed sheets had several visible stains, which is simply unacceptable for any hotel. There were also marks on the pillows and other bedding. Cleanliness should be the absolute minimum, and unfortunately this hotel does not meet that standard. The whole room gives the impression of poor maintenance rather than normal wear and tear. I have attached photos so future guests can judge for themselves. On top of this the staff are very unpolite and careless. The location is convenient, but that alone cannot compensate for the lack of cleanliness and the outdated condition of the rooms.

Hotel is not 4 stars. Very dirty, but the location is good. They offer the room with early breakfast, however when I came to the restaurant, there was only a bowl of rice. No other food! Where is the breakfast they promised me? Total disappointment, do not stay here.

I don't understand the reviews. This place is filthy. I booked a suite because I like lots of space. Unfortunately it's a huge empty space across two rooms. No seating area. Only one rikkety, wobbly chair that I was afraid to use in case it collapsed. The furniture is falling apart but the worst was the hair and trash on the floor. The floor is carpet and they don't vacuum. The just half heartedly brush the carpet into a dustpan. There were hairs, bits of trash and debris all over the floor. And this was after they 'cleaned' it. The carpets were badly stained. There must have been an infestation in my room because the smell of bug spray and chemicals was overpowering. I arrived at night and just left all the windows open and the aircon on. The doors are ancient. You must use the key to lock the door from the inside. In case of a fire you need to find the key to open the door to escape. I paid for three nights but left after the first night. Never even tried the 'free' breakfast after seeing the rooms.
