I’m extremely disappointed and furious with my stay here! Every single day at noon, the staff forces us to leave the room for cleaning, but they do absolutely nothing meaningful! They just quickly make the beds and throw in some towels. That is it! There is no actual cleaning at all. Last night when I returned to my room, I was horrified to find the bed covered in dust and trash still scattered all over the floor. I woke up itchy all over my body from how filthy the room is. This morning, I desperately needed to take a shower, but the staff was already banging on the door and rushing me out again for their so called cleaning. This is completely unacceptable! The room has never been properly cleaned once during my entire stay. I expect so much better from this hotel. This is disgusting and intolerable!

Really enjoyed my stay at Aroma Hotel. Check-in was smooth, the room was well maintained, and housekeeping did a great job. Plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. Would stay again.

I like the sky view the most, you can see the entire street, it’s amazing in daytime because I work in the desk near the window. Good location, many restaurants and cafe nearby, near to the beach too. Reception staffs are quite friendly. Reasonable price. Highly recommend!
