Reviews
Really happy with the value at this cute little hotel. Centrally located in the city’s tourist district. Rooms are decent sized and well-equipped. Good A/C, WiFi, and water pressure in the shower. Staff was kind and helpful - especially Cilo. Cam on for a great stay!
My partner and I stayed here for 5 nights. The location is convenient to the beach and other places in the city. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is pretty good. I especially liked the pho & banh cuon. We stayed on the 8th floor, and it was quiet. Unfortunately, the wifi was painfully slow for us. Wouldn’t recommend this spot if you’re planning to do any online work. Also it would be nice to have some pool towels. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay here.
Amazing room and great location! I loved the design of the hotel, from the lobby to the room, even the smallest details. The hotel owner has excellent style and pays attention to every detail.
I give 5 stars for the location and the room, but only 3 stars for customer service. Our first impression was not very pleasant, so we did not feel warmly welcomed when we arrived (only first arrival). As guests visiting from another city, we expected a friendlier reception.
However, I will definitely come back because I really enjoyed my stay. I hope the customer service will improve and become even better in the future.
Thank you so much!
5 min from the beach, on a busy street with lots of shops, places to eat and pubs, yet very quiet (as it is located on a narrow back street). Staff is nice and helpful, rooms are spacious and well equiped. Very good value for money.
I stayed here for 2 nights in a Standard Double Room and really enjoyed the experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated — the design of this place is truly unique and impressive.
For RM100 per night (without breakfast), it’s great value. The location is convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The only downside was the noise level, as the sound insulation could be better. But overall, it didn’t affect my stay too much.
A lovely place with stylish décor, good service, and a great price. I would stay here again.
