Peaceful and beautiful location. Green and lush with the backdrop of the coffee plantation and horses freely grazing around the property. The rooms are lovely with every amenity. The food is fantastic with a wonderful wine selection. But the service is like nothing I've ever experienced before! I've never felt so cared for and seen! Baraka is particularly amazing and made absolutely every effort to go above and beyond! Highly recommend 1000 out of 10!!!!
Incredible and perfect stay in all ways. Amazing professionalism of staff, all the employees were so very kind. Charles was wonderful! And Catherine too! And the kind housekeeping staff went above and beyond. The food was outstanding and chef was very professional. Service was second to none from start to finish. Special thanks to the chef from Kenya — his talent is remarkable. Even the simplest dishes are elevated into something exceptional. The safari experience was just as impressive — perfectly organised, with a great vehicle and a beautifully prepared lunch that felt both luxurious and thoughtful. The rooms are elegant, the setting is breathtaking, and every detail is carefully considered. Everything about this place feels special.
We had wonderful time during our stay. Staff are incredibly great Sigi give us the best service and Altus is very knowledgeable and give us the best wine selection from south Africa again thank you all for you hospitality. Rooms are so clean and comfortable.
Beyond luxurious. Our hosts treated this as their own home and you were their guest. And our server Shariff took care of our every need including my wife's special birthday dinner. We loved horseback riding through the coffee fields and the rooms were stunning. The food and wine were off the charts. A great place to relax on your journey to the crater.
