El “guía” de NYP Tours by Marco Antonio fue una estafa. No sabía nada de la ruta, su jefe le iba mandando audios de WhatsApp con lo que nos tenía que contar. Se paraba en sitios irrelevantes y no le dio tiempo a ver el barrio judío como correspondía. Como NO SABÍA QUE DECIR nos contaba el nombre de las autopistas!!!! y el sorteo de la lotería que vio en una pancarta!!!! Era la 3a vez que hacía el tour y nunca me había pasado con otras agencias. CONTRASTES es la mejor excursión de NY y es una auténtica pena que te tomen el pelo así. VIATOR debe revisar las agencias que subcontrata y la calidad de los guías.

La excursión bien, correcta pero cogerla VIP no merece la pena, nos juntaron con un grupo de la excursión normal y la única diferencia fue una botella de agua.
Travel with a teenage daughter. First time alone in NYC. We hire transfers and excursion of contrasts. They were very friendly and professional in what they do. We highly recommend it.
They had recommended it a lot and I didn't find it so interesting, all morning tucked into the Van and see from the window NY neighborhoods, we made some stops but not especially interesting, JASÓN put a lot of effort and is very nice, but he didn't speak good Spanish was understood regular and what he told was not much about NY focused much on sports.
No doubt we would repeat once and a thousand times with them. Rolando is the best guide you can find. Apart from his extensive knowledge about the city, he is very friendly and puts a lot of love into his work. It has been an unforgettable experience. We have done three tours with them and we loved them all. We recommend it 100%!!! On time, very attentive and professional, of maximum confidence. When we get back to town, we'll count on them for sure!

Rolando explains a lot of interesting facts, and always willing to help and advise. Always punctual, with small groups. The tour contrasts is highly recommended, I would say essential!
The tour is very good. What you see the least is Manhattan but it's also what we can kick best after. We go deeper into the Bronx and Queens than other excursions. It gives us a very good vision of NY. Rolling, 5*****!! He has taken us to corners that alone we would not reach, super friendly and explained everything super well. The gospel mass was terrible, we spent almost two hours, on the floor above, for only three songs to be sung by a group of men. I do not recommend performing Mass. In the afternoon he had to take us through an area of Brooklyn and he told us that he could not go through being on site and this was a lie because we were there there were no works, the only thing that as it rained and there was traffic was late and the excursion was longer than planned Then when he left us in Chinatown it rained a lot and left us in the middle of an avenue that the metro stop was far away, less so that we knew where we were because we had been the day before, but there was a Chilean family with a 10-year-old girl who came with us because they didn’t know where he was. We told him to approach the subway stop and he said no.

Yes. It is worth paying more and hiring VIP Contrasts. Small group. Flexible itinerary. Many stops (8) for photos and walks nearby. Even a stop for a coffee or drink....The stop in Long Island City, sensational. We ended up on the Brooklyn Bridge, after the last stop before the end of the tour in Chinatown. Maybe I missed a stop on Lee Av. Mark Antony, a great. The previous day you are already contacted by wasap confirming the Tour and the pickup time. If there is delay or advance informs you by wasap. Great knowledge of NYC and anecdotes. I forgot to ask for suggestions on where to eat ceviche in NYC:-). Thank you very much. Great Tour!!

We did the Contrast tour with an excellent guide (Rolando). We toured the neighborhoods, made photo stops. I suggest to do it within the first days of eatadia as they provide a lot of additional information useful to manage in the city
