My husband and I went to New York for the first time for the US Open. Having little free time (a couple of scarce days) I preferred to optimize it by taking a tour guide. Volatour, available for assistance in Italian, reserved us Mr. Samir Matar, a very prepared and very helpful person. It allowed us to see the major attractions of NY giving us different explanations and using the subway as the main means. He also gave us several tips to better understand its use. It's a guide I recommend.

We were lucky enough to rely on Samir Matar to explore New York, and it was one of the best choices of our trip, very prepared, nice and super helpful, made us discover hidden corners of the city, which we would never find on our own. His explanations were interesting and never boring, full of curiosities and historical anecdotes. We also really enjoyed the advice on where to eat, things to avoid and how to get around the city better.

Organized a trip with all my family to celebrate my fifty years. I did not miss anything and I relied on VOLATOUR to organize the tour of New York. We had Semir as our guide, he was really kind, polite and very hospitable. In five days, thanks to their support, we were able to see so many things that we would not otherwise have seen.

Gives an overview of New York and the most famous places to run in Italian and French. But we still enjoyed our guide a very friendly lady and the visit that allows to grow a little and then schedule more in-depth visits without guide. We also exchanged a bit with other very friendly people on the bus we met during our stay.

Esperienza pessima , quando ho prenotato c’era una lista con tante tappe e invece ci passavamo davanti senza fermarci , siamo scesi solo in 3 posti , la guida camminava velocemente e non ci dava il tempo di fare nulla , mai spesi soldi così male , mai più !

We stayed in New York and were assisted by Volatour both for the transfer from/to the airport and for the bus toru on the first day. The tour was very useful and I Recommendation on the first day because during the tour of Manhattan are given all those explanations about how the city is composed and where the various monuments or attractions are located, all from a really prepared and nice Guide ..Luigi ! The following days it was easier to walk around the city as we already knew the basics. For the transfer I must say that they were precise in the times (notified the day before by text message about the place and time) and practical, as on our arrival they went around Queens and Harlem let's say more scenic, while on departure they made a shorter and faster tour given the departure times of Flights. In addition with Volatour we also booked some excursions, such as the mini cruise around manhattam ... spectacular, the Edge Observatory the highest in New York etc.... If we return to New York we will definitely have them as a reference point.

Semplicemente un'infarinatura. Brava la guida, ma di sicuro non consiglierei questo tour. Poco tempo a disposizione per visitare qualunque sito. Bisogna tornare in autonomia per assaporare la città.

Un tour interessante e ben organizzato, che tocca più o meno tutti i principali luoghi di Manhattan. Può essere utile soprattutto all'inizio del viaggio, per farsi un'idea da approfondire con visite successive. Cordiale e competente la signora che ci ha fatto da guida; da segnalare la tappa golosa da Ferrara, storica pasticceria italiana di Little Italy! Il traffico pazzesco di NY può essere un problema per il grande bus, che infatti a fine giro è rimasto bloccato anche lui...

Non abbiamo potuto fruire del TOUR (pagato) perché ci sono state fornite, tramite APP, indicazioni sbagliate del punto di partenza. Abbiamo quindi chiesto di poter partecipare ad un TOUR in data successiva. Ci è’ stato confermato x telefona ma poi per email non abbiamo più ricevuto alcuna conferma ad esplicita richiesta. Peggio di così……!!!!!

If we ever return to New York we would without a doubt turn to Volatour again. The tours are well organised, we did 2 of them and I must say that nothing is left to chance. Great strength is Laura, our guide. Kind, smiling, prepared and very available to answer questions and also take photos of those who request it. Super!

We had a great time. The friendly and super helpful staff satisfied every request. We did three different tours, I would say that they were all taken care of in detail. We were accompanied by the guide Laura, who was very knowledgeable, professional and always available for every request. Bad experience the transerts to and from the airport jin work you will not find anyone .. despite having paid in advance be careful not to pay first... Also are useless cell phones emergency health or with the agency do not answer you will be left to yourselves .. jon choose volatur...

Bad agency. Upon arrival at the airport in New York (LaGuardia) we waited more than an hour for the driver after calling the agency otherwise no one would come despite having been paid and confirmed the transfer. Arrived we go to the agency to convert the vouchers into city passes, the agency was closed so the first day in New York was lost. The next day we went back to the agency, rude staff, they did not help us to receive city passes, the girl we turned to answered us: do it yourself I have other people to serve (there was no one else waiting), we tried to ask for information on how to get around the city and she responded giving us a map of the subway and many greetings. The tour guide in an incapable coach, did not explain anything in full, from one speech to another without completing anything. The rundown bus and half-broken microphone. On the day of our return a driver picked us up with the car already full of people, 8 suitcases in total to be jammed so we lost time and had to slip into the car on top of each other along with other passengers. Dirty car, driver eating and drinking while driving. Bad experience, little respect for those who paid a lot and wanted to spend some nice days in New York. Not recommended.

Great availability right from the booking. Staff at the desk who went out of their way to meet the needs of the whole family (2 adults and 3 teenagers) and a witty, friendly and prepared guide who accompanied us during the tour responding to all our curiosities. All always in native Italian. Too bad we didn't have more time: it will be x next time with gospel! Great!
