Cale was a fantastic, energetic guide who walked us through Times, square! We ate our way through Hell’s Kitchen and it was delicious! We love food tours and this tour did not disappointment. We walked our food off in Central Park! It was a wonderful time! Thanks, Cale!
Jake was a great guide. He spoke nonstop for 6 hours and remained interesting and engaging the entire time.
Cale was a knowledgeable and professional tour guide who not only shared great information about the Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood, but also answered all our questions. He went above and beyond.
This was a wonderful tour. It was very entertaining and super informative. The food was amazing. We did not go hungry. Everything from the start of walking through Time Square then through Hells kitchen and through Central Park was amazing. The tour guide Dave was wonderful and very knowledgeable. Everything was so friendly all the restaurants we went to were exceptional.
This tour is definitely worth taking, especially with Cale, whose encyclopedic knowledge of the history and culture of Times Square, Central Park, and Hell’s Kitchen was impressive. He had great stories everywhere we went. And the food tour was one of the best I have ever taken: a wide range of ethnic cuisines, well chosen for quality and creativity, all delicious.
Jake was a fabulous guide! Having spent most of the day with him during our Times Square, Hell's Kitchen and Central Park tour, my daughter and I were so impressed with the knowledge he was able to share with us. I highly recommend the tour and ask for Jake!
Cake was an amazing tour guide! I have taken dozens of tours and I know how hard it is to come across a tour guide who is interesting, fun, and knowledgeable. He knew the history of the buildings, the areas, and the restaurants we visited. I definitely recommend this tour and try to get Cale, if you can!
We had a fantastic time exploring the area and eating so much food! Our guide was Cale who was so knowledgeable and told stories with so much enthusiasm. Definitely recommend!
I did the triple combo tour of Times Square Hells Kitchen and Central Park hosted by Jonathan. As a solo female traveller I highly recommend this tour and Jonathan to anyone. The food choices during the HK tour were fantastic and a great variety and association to the NY history of the area. Jonathan is very knowledgeable of NY history and made the day so enjoyable. I was initially hesitant in booking walking tours as I thought I largely knew a lot of NY history. I am more than pleased with my experience. I also need to provide an extra shout out to Jonathan saving me from being hit by a speeding car. Many thanks
What a great tour of Times Square and adjacent area! Jonathan was an excellent tour guide. I learned so much about New York that I never knew before. I would highly recommend this tour.
A wonderful overview of the history, culture and food of this NY neighborhood. Claire was an excellent guide-informed and friendly. The food was delicious and all of the restaurants had a small business, family feel. I continued on for the Central Park stroll and it was an excellent decision. The park, of course is beautiful, but hearing the history and stories of the inception and features of the park gave it so much more meaning. Again, Claire knew her stuff! The two tours combined mad a perfect day in the City.
Jake was an amazing guide! He was very knowledgeable and passionate about sharing the city with everyone. You can tell he loves NY and his job. He goes above and beyond for the patrons taking his tour, even after the tour. We really appreciate the follow up email with recommendations and a breakdown of what we did/where we ate. All the food choices were great! If I had to choose one aspect to note, it would be the amount of food. We were content/satisfied level of full but not full enough to cancel dinner plans. However, that is a very minor note and did not detract from the enjoyment of our tour and experience. Would definitely recommend the tour & Jake as the guide!
Times Square, Hell’s Kitchen, & Central Park all is one day! Jonathan was great and very knowledgeable. This ended up being just a little long for my kids (11 & 13) but still glad we knocked out so much in one day!
Great tour! Alex was our guide and provided A LOT of history about NYC. We toured the the theater district and learned the history of all the old theaters! It was super interesting. Then we started the food tour in the Hells Kitchen area. Sampled some great food! My favorite was the Breadboat. Highly recommend this tour and if you get Alex you will definitely have a great day and learn a lot.
Alex Coe made our walking food tour of Hell's Kitchen a very fun, relaxed and entertaining experience. My friend and I were the only two people on the tour and really enjoyed Alex's storytelling of the history of Hell's Kitchen and the diversity of the food that he took us too.
What a great tour, Dave was very knowledgeable, easy to speak with and fun to be around. Look forward to our next tour with Dave!
This was SO much fun and I highly recommend. I went with my mom and two SILs. Claire was our tour guide and so fantastic. She was knowledgeable, entertaining and just fun to hang out with. Our tour was international themed. We started with a Japanese BBQ, a Georgian bistro, Italian meatball shop and ended with a Mediterranean garden. Claire shared the history of Hell's Kitchen and the restaurants we visited. Thanks Claire for an amazing time. Also, we were going to cancel because it poured that day but glad we didn't. Just grab an umbrella if need be. The tour was still just as wonderful.
Great experience with our tween/teen sons! Plenty of food and history in this tour. Each restaurant was unique, and even our picky eater enjoyed each stop. Highly recommend!
This was a mom and daughter trip to NYC (first time) and thought this tour would be perfect to learn about the city and also be able to navigate it in less than 3 days! Claire is wonderful and is a wealth of knowledge! Doing this triple sight tour makes for a long day and full stomach but in my opinion is well worth it!
I had a really good walk and chat with Alex about New York. He was really knowledgeable and personable. I had an issue booking on TripAdvisor so contacted the office directly and a different Alex in the office was really helpful at getting the option I wanted booked. The triple tour is a lot of walking and there is a lot of food in the food portion. This was exactly what I was looking for and I had a really good day.
We chose a triple combo tour with Jake that included Times Square, Hell’s Kitchen and Central Park. Jake knew so much history about these neighborhoods. He amazed us. The food choices were excellent, with the ability to change items for dietary restrictions. Ending with Central Park is a good choice as it is slower and quieter. We would definitely recommend any or all of these tours with Jake.
I spent the day with Alex and I had an amazing day!! He is very knowledgeable about the history of the area and he makes the tour fun and exciting!! The Food on the Hell's kitchen tour was incredible and plentiful. You will not leave hungry!!. I highly recommend taking a tour with him you are guaranteed an incredible experience.
A fantastic tour of the city!!! We (my bf and I) live an hour away on Long Island and did the Times Square, Hells Kitchen, and Central Park tour WOW!! I couldn't believe all the exciting things I learned and all in my "backyard" my whole life?!!! The food tour in Hells Kitchen was diverse and so yummy!! I strongly suggest eating light on the first one because there is SOOO much food. Central Park was exquisite! Our tour guide, Jonathan Hadden is personable and intelligent with an abundance of information to share. Jonathan's delivery is most entertaining and captivating! We loved our day in the city!! Thank you Jonathan for making our day so very special!
A great tour. The locations were unusual. I was trying a lot of new foods. Alex, the guide, told a lot of incredible storys about Hell's Kitchen . The whole Tour was only to be recommended! Thank you
What a marvelous tour we had! Jonathan gave us so much history and lots of fun facts. He was a fun guy with a silly laugh…lol. Times Square and the Theater District has so much colorful history! And all the yummy foods in Hells Kitchen! Central Park was fun too! So many people, we saw 2 sweet sixteens wearing princess dresses surrounded by photographers.
This was a fantastic tour led by Alex. He was very knowledgeable about the area and the food. The food venues were all fantastic and there was plenty to eat! We really enjoyed this tour and would certainly do it again!
Claire is awesome! She’s smart, witty, knowledgeable, and full of energy and enthusiasm. We had a great time. Claire shared history and great stories every step of the way. We thoroughly enjoyed spending the day touring (and eating) at iconic places. From Broadway to restaurant row and Central Park we enjoyed every step along our route.
My 12 year old and I enjoyed a tour of Times Square and food tour of Hell’s Kitchen with Jake. Jake walked us through the history of Times Square and then to a sampling of the best spots in Hell’s Kitchen. The tour ended at 2:30. My son was so full that he didn’t eat anything until lunch the following day!
Great tour, especially for starting off. Tour guide was awesome (Claire). Food, sightseeing what else could you want.
Brilliant experience!! Our guide Claire Buckingham was very knowledgeable about the history of the area, she made the day a fun and interactive experience. We felt Claire’s personality really set the tone for a relaxed and enjoyable tour. Most of all the food was amazing!
My friends and I were on a quick trip for a first time visit to New York City. We really aren't "tour people" - but given our short time, we thought that this would be a good way to get an overview of the city. We loved our guide, Claire, and that this group was a small group. The food we had was delicious and filling - we definitely did not walk away hungry. We would all highly recommend this tour; it was awesome!
We had the best time on this tour! Our guide Alex was incredibly knowledgeable and fascinating to listen to. Food was great and very diverse!! Super interesting to hear about the Mafia history in this area.
Our guide, Claire, was very knowledgeable with a great sense of humor, and she made sure everyone was happy and safe throughout the busy streets of New York. We have been to New York several times in the past and are familiar with certain places but we still learned so much more and got that insider knowledge and well recounted stories that made it all so much more interesting. Thank you again for such and interesting afternoon and all the tasty places you took us to.
Jake was great. Learned lots of history on the tour. Fun - even in the rain! So much food. Smaller portions for less waste next time. Thanks!
Alex was a great tour guide! His knowledge of the history associated with our tour made the experience very enjoyable! He was extremely friendly & kind! The food stops were unique and delicious! A very memorable experience!
We had a really fun and educational time on the tour. Jake provided an awesome experience and the food stops were very tasty too. We ate at several hidden gems we would never have found on our own. It was also a great way to learn about the history of this part of New York. I would highly recommend taking this tour.
Alex was amazing, his knowledge and charism was fantastic! All the spots we went to were inviting and more importantly delicious.
Claire was an amazing tour guide full of good information and very friendly. She made it fun and informative at the same time while making it seem like we were just hanging out on a stroll through Central Park. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting who wants to see and experience different parts of the city. Well worth it.
Adam was phenomenal, his knowledge and love for this city showed through his presentation and through his thoughtfulness to make sure everyone was taken care of. Another highlight was in central park, where we stumbled upon Mariah Carey doing a sound check for an upcoming concert, so little surprises can be had when in central park. Definitely will use this company for upcoming tours! Food was great, people were great, highly recommend
Claire was fantastic. Wealth of knowledge with a sense of humor. Times Square was great with all the history. The Hell’s Kitchen food tour was excellent with an amazing display of different cultures. Central Park along with the history and listening to the “Women’s Rights” founder was perfect. It couldn’t have been better. Best tour ever!!
We had a great time with Alex our tour guide! Alex was very nice, funny and informative. We started out in Time Square and then the theater district. Then through Hell’s Kitchen area where we got to try 5 different restaurant tastings of different types of cultural cuisines. Definitely need to pace yourself during the tastings part because you’ll be too full before it’s over. Lastly the Central Park tour which was so beautiful this time of year. During the whole tour you are always learning about some history, architecture, and fun facts. Would definitely recommend taking this tour especially if this is your first time to NYC!
This tour was awesome! Claire was an amazing guide. I learned so much about NY that I didn’t know and the food was amazing! Highly recommend doing this and ask for Claire!!
We had such a good time. Claire was friendly and knowledgeable. The food at each stop unique and delicious. I wish we had taken more of the tours while we were visiting NYC, we just ran out of time.
We took the Hell’s Kitchen food tour with our 2 teenage sons. Claire did an excellent job showing us around Hell’s Kitchen and giving us some very interesting tibits of info and history. The food was delicious and we will be going back to a few to try some more. Thanks for a great experience claire!
Had an amazing day with Claire while we explored Times Square, Hell’s Kitchen, and Central Park! Really cool experience and had lots of fun!
Claire, Claire, Claire - she is awesome. I was super excited for this tour. Met up with Claire in Times Square and as luck would have it we were the only two booked for this portion. Claire filled my head with so much information about Times Square. We walked so much and Claire never ran out of facts and jokes. The day would have been a success if we had stopped there, but we signed up for the trifecta. Next we met up with fellow foodies and Claire escorted us through Hell's Kitchen. This part of the trip was so well organized. In between sharing stories and more jokes, Claire was calling ahead to the next restaurant and ordering our food. Others are right in saying that there is so much food. Claire even made it clear that if we left hungry it was our own fault. Every place Claire took us was welcoming and the food was amazing. If not for this tour, I might not have wandered to Hell's Kitchen. So happy we discovered this gem. As a matter of fact, we were lucky enough to return over the weekend when they were having a street festival. So much food. So much fun. So after our food adventure, we completed the trifecta and Claire walked us around Central Park. What an amazing place. Once again, because of our time with Claire we were comfortable enough to spend another morning touring more of the park on out own. What a great way to see so much of the city. Thank you Claire.
We had a great tour with Jake! He knew so much interesting information about the history of Times Square, Hells Kitchen and Central Park. This was our 3rd trip to NYC so we wanted to learn a little more about it and just get a little tasting of more than just the touristy places to eat. Jake hit the nail on the head. We had some wonderful food from 5 different locations and they were all outstanding! He is very well known with these eating places, so he gets you seated immediately and the service was great! We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend booking the combination tour!
Claire was the best guide. She was knowledgeable about the food that we tested. We would have never eaten any of the food but we will certainly go back an eat at these restaurants again
This tour was great! Our guide Claire was very knowledgeable and full of fun facts! Also so much delicious food, we really enjoyed eating different cuisines. a definite must do to take in some sights and eat some good food.
