It was amazing!, a truly memorable experience, friendly service, especially the pilot, the receptionist, and the ground crew, definitely something everyone should try if they come to New York

This helicopter tour was absolutely amazing. The flight was smooth, and I got incredible aerial views of the Statue of Liberty, Manhattan skyline and the river. The pilot and staff were professional. It is a fantastic and unique way to explore New York. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

My experience with Charm Aviation would never be recommended especially with that rude front desk agent I would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND CHARM TO ANYONE!!!

It was the most exciting thing I've ever done in my life!! My pilot was so kind and informative about the landmarks in Manhattan.

The ride is a good experience but the staff is rude and non courteous. They seem very rushed and don’t understand that this may be the 1st experience for many people.

Once I was confirmed on a flight ( got bumped up a couple of times)- it was truly an amazing experience

The experience was great ,the pilot was detailed, told us about the areas around the ride, he was really nice ,the whole crew was nice ,from the moment we got there to the moment we left.

Wow!! We will never forget our helicopter fight over Manhattan. Not cheap but worth every cent. Highly recommended as a once in a lifetime experience. The operator was organised, communicated well & made us feel very safe.

Everything went smoothly, everyone was professional. The facility clean. The pilot made the experience very enjoyable.

There is no doubt that it is an amazing experience, the views are incredible. However, it is expensive for what it is, after you pay the extra tax on the day, it makes it pricey. We had 12 minutes maximum in the air, a bit disappointing.

Pilot was friendly and knowledgeable. The tour provides an eye-opening perspective on the layout of the city and surrounds. Generally, very enjoyable. However, I am informed that the view from the front of the helicopter (where I was) is significantly better than the view from the back (where my kids were situated).

Get to see all the important highlights of the NYC skyline in a 15 minute helicopter ride. The helicopter pilot pointed out all the buildings of interest.

I arrived kinda late but on time due to traffic. The pilot was nice, love his pilot stories. It was short but amazing . It was niece birthday and she had a blast. . Wish I could take more pictures. Not being rush to get in and out because the trip was really short.

Not all helicopters rides are created equals. I made the right choice among a lot of carriers at the flight terminal.

Very easy with booking, and very friendly in communication and once you’re on the heliport! Pilot was amazing with his information!

It was less than 10 minutes although it’s supposed to be 20 minutes. Also, they charge me $40 but on Viator it never mentioned about this payment. It was very poorly organized and I was extra charged. I’m kindly asking to provide me a refund.

Tour was a lot of fun! Great way to see the city & all the landmarks. Of course it could have been longer, but I think I'd be saying that no matter how long the flight was.

A lovely sunny winters day, This was a 70th birthday present off my Wife, I love anything aviation so for me Perfect, I would highly recommend this trip, it was well managed & very professional, you get to see all the sights from the air.

If this is your first time go for it this was mines and my significant others first time and we loved it we’ve been on planes but never an helicopter what a thrill

Everything was perfect! Check-in was smooth. Staff was friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our helicopter ride, which is why this review is 5 stars. However, there was a $40 fee PER PERSON for booking through Viator which was unfortunate and not made clear prior to our helicopter ride. Thought I saved booking through them but the tour company made it all back with the fee.

This was my daughter’s college graduation trip and she was slightly terrified of flying in a helicopter but they seated her next to the pilot and she absolutely loved it!!! Great crew!!

The experience was worth it. Got to see Manhattan skyline and took fantastic pictures. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Really good got to see a lot in 15 mins. As we booked through Viator we were made to feel a bit stigmatised like we had done something wrong. We also got hit with another 40 dollars per person on arrival but other than that it was great.

Viator made this so easy and fun! All waivers can be filled out early online so check in goes quickly and smoothly. Staff are all friendly and helpful. One thing to note is that you will need to put hats, scarves, and bags into a locker.

The most incredible experience! We went for a sunset flight and it was the best trip ever. The staff were all so lovely and friendly.

Very well organised. This was a trip for my daughter's 18th birthday. There were just the two of us and we shared with another couple, so we all had window seats. I think it would have been a bit cramped if there were 6 of you. Great commentary from the pilot, as we went up the Hudson River & passed the Statue of Liberty. However, no sooner are you up, then you're back down again....12min is not that long at all, but you get to see all the main sights. We had a great clear day, which made it a whole lot better. Disappointed that the photo taken by the helicopter was 35 dollars, hence, I didn't purchase it.

Amazing views of Statue of Liberty & NYC skyline with good guide. Smooth ride and perfect amount of time.

The ride was very smooth. I would recommend for first timers as it’s quick and easy to get to. You can record your entire ride on your phone if you want to.
