The Friends™ Experience: The One In New York City

As a die hard Friends fan this was perfect for me - from start to finish the staff were so helpful and lovely. All of the memorabilia and costumes on show were brilliant! The gift shop was jam packed full (which I must admit I bought a lot!) I would 100% come back here again.

I loved it! I had so much fun. Taking pictures is the best part.

It was very nostalgic! I loved friends when I was young and my daughter loves it so much! It was fun experiencing it together!

Friends. Friends. If you are a F. R. I. E. N. D. S fan you have to do this. The sets were perfect in every way. The guide and the pictures. I suggest you pay the pay the extra for the Ultimate package. It’s was so worth it. The tour was about an hour and so much fun.

This was pretty cool. Everyone was super friendly, they were all happy to take pictures for us using our own phones. You were still able to get your pictures taken by them and purchase them later as well. It was really great experience as you are able to roam around on your own time and really enjoy each room.

Amazing a must for Friends fans! We visited 7 sept and had the ultimate package. Well worth the money we absolutely loved it. The props, sets and staff are amazing. Big thanks to Ruby and Destiny who made the experience by joining in the fun with us and taking loads of photos. Highly recommend ….. Pivot!!!

I absolutely loved The FRIENDS™ Experience! Visiting just one day after Matthew Perry’s birthday made it especially emotional. Chandler was such an important part of the show, and being surrounded by so many memories from the series felt incredibly meaningful. Walking through Monica and Rachel’s apartment, visiting Joey and Chandler’s apartment, and sitting inside Central Perk felt like stepping directly into the show. The attention to detail was amazing, but my favorite part was getting to recreate some of the most iconic scenes—like riding the ceramic dog when the girls had to switch apartments and eating the best cheesecake from the floor in the hallway! For a true Friends fan, this is much more than a collection of sets. It is a chance to relive the laughter, friendships, and unforgettable moments that made the series so special. It was nostalgic, emotional, fun, and everything I hoped it would be. Could I BE any happier that I visited?

A must see for any Friends fan. The memorabilia and sets were amazing. Felt like we were part of the show. The people were amazing and took as many pics we wanted on our phone. And even the pictures they took didn't cost an arm and a leg like other attractions.

This was by far our favorite "museum" experience in NYC. Very interactive and a lot of fun. Our teens especially had a blast. We loved seeing the memorabilia, being able to see and have photos taken in the re-created sets, and being able to dine in the cafe. Unlike other museums, this one was not overcrowded and you didn't feel rushed through. We felt they did a great job on keeping guests spaced out. We were there as part of our daughter's Make a Wish trip and Tracey really went above and beyond - you made our visit so memorable.

If you love friends then you’ll love the experience, wife & I went for the ultimate experience which gave you digital photos per person(great if you’re with the other half), mug & a coffee at the end. The staff are absolutely amazing, they also take photos , very friendly & smiley….

We really enjoyed this - a bit of good fun. Not heavy sell on photos or loads of theatre style films you’re forced to watch. Just walk round at your own pace - take as many pics as you want. Basically theres some of the original outfit’s there and a load of costumes you can take pics with. The best bit is all the iconic scenes are made up for you to sit and pose in. The staff will happily take pics for you on your phone as well as the pro ones together. Up to you if you want to buy theirs - the full digital package is $30 so we for it as not too pricey but ended up with 100s of pics to reduce down to some best!

The experience was surreal actually stood in the friends experience, watching the show for years and actually been in the show was a mind blowing experience. What an amazing experience from start to finish, the staff were brilliant and if your a friends fan you’ve got to do this whilst your in New York City.

This was a fun attraction! There are staff in all of the rooms who will take your pictures with your phone camera and also their cameras and print them for purchase if you want. I loved that we weren’t obligated to since we also had them on our phones. We went on a Saturday evening at 7 and it wasn’t crowded. Perfect amount of people. Loved the details that went into creating the set. We had a lot of fun!

Fantastic day out, loved this so much. Haven’t watched friends since I was a kid, but being in the sets made me fall in love with it all over again. Can’t compliment the staff enough, all of them were super friendly, patient and took lots of photos for us, they made the experience so special thank you!

Such a fun and cute experience in Grammercy area. Ticket prices are the norm for NYC. The staff is sooo friendly and the people doing all of the photos do a great job to get the right “shot” of you in the scene. If you’re a Friends fan, you won’t regret doing this!

We decided to come here on a Friday afternoon so we bought tickets two hours beforehand. My wife and teenage daughters loved Friends. The staff was amazing. Very friendly and charismatic! There were lots of great set scenes and history throughout the 75 minute walk through. The negative was the cost and lines for pictures could get annoying if you are in a rush or don’t have patience.

Very amazing experience, lovely to see all the props and scenes in real life after watching friends for so many years, lots of places to get your pictures taken, plenty of stuff to see from the tv programme.

As a Friends fan, this was a great experience. I loved all of the artifacts from the show. There were great photo opportunities throughout the experience and the staff was super friendly and gracious to take pictures! *The only needed improvement would be to turn down the heat, it was very warm inside. 😁

Our family loves friends and if your a Friends fan this is must do when visiting NYC. In location to get to not to busy and a lot of great laughs. A lot of friend memorabilia to see which makes you want to watch all the episodes again. We had a great time. The staff were fantastic really adding to the experience. The reason I’ve given it 4 stars rather than 5 is because it didn’t wasn’t as big as we hopped it would be was in there just over a hour which seemed short for such an iconic experience , however enjoyed every minute of it.

A really fun way to spend an hour. The staff were friendly and happy to take your photos at all the ‘stops’ on this tour. We loved seeing the apartments and Central Perk in particular. We would recommend trying this in with something else in the city.

We went here one afternoon on our visit tp NY. A MUST for any Friends Fan. The staff were brilliant, taking photos, making the whole experience memorable and so much fun for everyone. Would absolutely recommend going here....well done guys 👏🏻

I can't rate this place highly enough. It was a brilliant time from first to last. The staff were exceptionally helpful, couldn't do enough for us. An authentic and genuine experience. Would recommend 100%

I really enjoyed the Friends experience as I felt like I was in the series, and I enjoyed all the little details. The crew was very kind and helped us in filming whether with our own devices or through the special cameras. It is a beautiful opportunity for the fans of the series to spend an enjoyable time in their series. I will visit again every time I visit New York.

If you are a friends aficionado you will absolutely love this place. They had a lot of places to take pictures and many sets that were interactive. All the staff were extremely friendly and even though they were taking pictures with their equipment they also used our phones to take pictures. I highly recommend this place.

Great fun with lots of photo op’s. Staff will use your own phone/camera and take loads of pictures so you don’t need to spend loads of money on their pictures that their photographer takes. In fact the staff were brilliant. Lots of “sets” - recreations of course and a few museum exhibits. You can be in and out in 20 mins though. But if you’re a fan etc. You end up in a recreation of Central Perk where you can buy a coffee or just pose with mugs. Maybe a bit expensive overall but it’s fun.

My fiancé, now I'm wife, is a super fan. Of friends and I thought that taking her to the friends experience, it would be a great way. It's a proposed. I propose to her in the wedding chapel. It was a big hit, and the staff was so good to us. Overall, this was a tremendous experience, and we have memories forever

The Friends experience was so fun and nostalgic. The service was amazing! Everyone was so friendly and super helpful. Happy to take your photos at anytime. We went for my sisters 30th birthday and LeeLee the staff was amazing! Making the experience even better and going above and beyond!

A must for FRIENDS fans! We visited for my 50th birthday. My husband said he loved seeing me just taking everything in and smiling the entire time. We know it’s not the actual set but they make all efforts to make it feel that way. We had the package with photos, 2 coffees, 2 mugs and 10% off in gift shop, it also came with a free ‘coat’ storage but there didn’t seem to be one available and it wasn’t mentioned. They allow small groups through at a time so it’s never full and even with the photo package, they still ask you for your mobile and take time to take lots of photos for you. We absolutely loved it and would do it again. Staff were fabulous apart from a miserable man checking bags as you enter, the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t say the package is essential, you can go for basic entry and still have loads of photos Have fun!

For any friends fans this is a must do experience!! It was so much fun, the staff were all really happy and more than happy to chat help! The only thing I wish they had is the cheesecake on the floor between the 2 apartments for another of those iconic photo moments. It didn't take away from how much fun we had though just personal preference

I'm a long time Friends fan and this was a bucket list item for me. SO MUCH FUN! Everything looked just like it did on the show and it was so fun taking some great pictures and enjoying some great memories. The staff here was incredible! Friendly, helpful, and all around great!

This was a really fun experience and it felt surreal seeing real props and costumes from the show as well as the recreated sets. There were loads of fun picture opportunities and all the staff members took pictures on your phone for you as well as the professional ones which you could purchase at the end. It was a very quick experience, taking less than an hour by the time we got to the gift shop but it was fun and I would recommend if you’re a big fan of the show!

This is a fun way to spend an hour (at most) but for that reason the entry price is far too high. The staff make the experience with their enthusiasm and are always on hand to take photos in addition to the official ones you can buy. The apartments are recreated reasonably well but the TVs show clips from the show and there are multiple differences which slightly take away from the experience like furniture not matching etc. Worth a visit for a Friends fan but you might feel short changed

This ticked all the boxes for a friends mega fan. Both my husband and I absolutely love the show and were so excited to fit this into our itinerary. From start to finish, the props and rooms were so true to the show. Every thing had a memory attached to it and the photo opportunities were fab. I did think there may be a little nod to Matthew Perry or some kind of dedication but there wasn’t.

Was excited to go to this as we are massive friends fans. My son has a chromosome disorder, Autism and a lot of other complaints and was treated absolutely awful by staff. I explained that he had special needs and that he didn’t understand what they were saying to him but there was no need to shout at him the way they did. I never complain about anything but felt the need to do so as I wouldn’t want it happening to anyone else. The manager was really nice after I complained and apologised on behalf of the staff. It was a great experience but I was just so upset for my son.

Hello, it has been awhile but all good news is coning your way fellow travellers. So we have been to New York for 1 Week and as we are Big Fans of Friends sitcom this was a must on our to-do list! I must say this is really worth the experience, you honestly feel like one of the characters is just going to come in the door and say hello. We started the attraction on the couch on the Credits scene, they asked if you wanted a picture and you carried on the tour! Next we go through a gallery with the History of the characters their real clothes used while filming and signed scripts ! First set you see is Monica and Chandler's wedding venue, then you are on to Monica apartment, the staff at the attraction will always ask if you want a picture but they also ask you to use your phones as much as possible and as well offer to take pictures for you, i mist say this was a nice experience as i have never been in an attraction where staff promote using your phones..With this said you then move on to the corridor between Monica and Joeys-Chandlers apartment, you then continue and visit Chandlers-Joeys apartment, in between sets you have pictures, videos and props from the show! You then carry on and visit Phoebes taxi and Gladys picture of course, after all this you end your trip in Central Perk for a coffee! I must say the energy was amazing and the staff were very kind, There were no queues and crowds we were the 2 of us alone through the sets which was fabulous we really took some nice pictures and enjoyed the moment! Please when visiting New York consider paying a visit to them, you will not regret the visit!

We had the most fun here! We are big Friends fans. I have always wanted to see this and it did not disappoint. Saw all the highlights of Friends apartments and even the white dog. We did the package which included the photos. The staff were great and even suggested some photo ops. We ended up in Central Perk and it felt like we were really there. Not too crowded, just the right amount. Even ended up buying a Hugsie for home. Loved it.

Awful experience - waste of money! We booked a slot and were bundled up for ages in a tiny space waiting to get it - photos are rushed , so if you don’t get a good one that’s it , they’ve moved on to the next person ! Place itself is ok but not worth the money , and there is a tiny coffee bit at the end to get a coffee to go - not a coffee shop as you’d imagine - you can’t sit down and chill. At the end I purchased photos , didn’t have time to review them. When I got home I had half of someone else’s photos. I wrote to them telling them this , they responded a month later and said ‘ if you didn’t download them There gone ‘ - not what I was contacting them for ,they couldn’t be bother to read my email - so yeah rushed , rude and paid lots of money to have another couples photos - save your money guys , it’s really not worth it to see a few props behind glass!

I just love friends and loved this. The staff were so nice and the photos they took really captured our joy. Good quality photos and a lovely size. Only complaint no cups and only water available at the coffee shop very disappointing.

60 Dollars/person They advertise you can have a look at Perk Cafe for free, it's far from the truth. Entry assistant: I said you might be able to have a look, I did not say you will be able to, the manager may or may not show up, try later". 60 is far too overpriced for what you get.

This was as expected. It was worth a visit, but very commercial. Joey and Chandler's flat was particularly realistic, almost as if you were there. One hour here was sufficient.

We originally planned to visit just the Central Perk Café after reading on the website that it was open to both ticket and non-ticket holders. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we discovered this wasn’t the case—the café was only accessible to those participating in the full experience. We decided to book the experience, and while we did enjoy it, we found it to be quite overpriced for what was offered. The photo opportunities were excellent, and the staff taking the photos were friendly and helpful, but the overall value didn’t quite match the cost. For those looking to simply visit the café, we wouldn’t recommend this, as it isn’t as accessible as the website makes it seem. However, for die-hard Friends fans seeking a full immersive experience, it could be worth it.

I loved every second of the experience... it was a beautiful journey full of history, nostalgia and laughter... I will return soon I promise... I love the series, I have a suitcase, a baseball cap, pijamas, thermos, a frame and many other things. .. I must say that each scenario was well placed and thought out... the staff is very friendly and helpful... I loved it!!!

I am obsessed with the show, and to see replicas of the sets was amazing! This is one of my comfort shoes and I actually am starting to watch it all over because of it!

The GOOD: some sets were cute, not original, but cute. The BAD: Underwhelming The Ugly: Way over priced for what you get.

Had a 16 year old visiting NYC and she wanted to go. She was thrilled with the experience, but I was underwhelmed. The staff were outstanding and as we were 2 of less than 10 folks there, they were very attentive and interactive. The exhibit itself was nothing terribly impressive and definitely not worth the price. Their social media offered a discount that didn't work. I really felt this was a waste of time. Even the gift shop was pretty pitiful.

This was a fun time. My wife is a big fan of the show, so she had an amazing time. It's not my favorite show, but seeing the props and the recreated sets are super cool. She and I would both contend that this wouldn't be worth the full price of admission, but we were fortunate enough to find a discount code on their Instagram page.

Simply love it! If you are a Friends TV Show Fan, it is a definitely must! Fun to see and get pictures as if you were on stage ;) If you are not a fun, it’s nice, but probably won’t catch the jokes and quotes throughout the exhibition

Was really good, not a massive friends fan myself but it definitely didn’t disappoint. My friends who came along with me, is a massive fan. we both really enjoyed our experience. Staff was super nice and friendly. Definitely would recommend.

I’m a big Friend fan, i loved how they made it and how they made the construction!! Everything inside is amazing. However I there is stuff I didn’t like. Big minus was how bad people who work there.. no motivation for work of even to try making this experience for friends fan better! It was 1-2 employees who was nice but all other was a huge disappointment!! Its a big show and has much fans, it should be employees who really love working in this kind of atmosphere. The first one who took a photo on us who didn’t even let us be prepared for our photos… seriously it was not even much people there that day and time.. and we asked him to take a picture again and no one was behind us. The store was very bad, nothing to choose from… very very bad! I can even find better stuff on amazon! I really wanna give 5/5 but if there is people who work there that make the experience bad so no.
