The Big Apple Helicopter Tour Of New York City

An amazing trip if you are limited on time and was to see the entire city. We were only in the city for the day and we got to see everything in 20 mins.

Smooth easy to navigate experience. Pier 6 Heliport is easy to access. Sharp and organised staff on the ground and a great pilot. A must do.

The original cost was 840. Then there was an additional 40 dollars per person fee. Finally, an additional cost for pictures. The flight is not worth 1k.

Our trip was cancelled by the operator Charm Aviation the day before we were due to fly, partly due to rain and partly as we refused to sign a 6 page waiver document absolving the company of any and all responsibility of anything going wrong while we were on their property or aircraft, this also included any heirs to our estates should the unthinkable happen, basically meaning you fly at your own risk and there is no comeback on them. The waiver indicates you should seek legal counsel before signing, not sure how that would work when you are only provided with the document less than 24hrs before you fly! We chose not to reschedule the trip as was told we could not fly if we did not sign the waiver, not sure if this is usual practice but had been on a helicopter over the grand canyon the previous week and didn't have to sign anything with them.

It was an outstanding experience, highly recommend, amazing view of New York and all its wonders! A MUST!

My husband booked this tour for my 60th birthday. This was just magical. The views are incredible, and I had the best time ever, which I will never forget. It is an experience of a lifetime. The staff made you very welcome and explained all the safety measures very well.

I have been on helicopter rides and this was by far the worst! we were rushed on the helicopter because we were the last ride it did not tell me it would be with 2 other couples the expierence was very rushed they were rude telling us to run and hurry to take a picture not even a smile on the helicopter the earphones did not work hence why the pilot didn’t get where everyone was from and when we got back they were closed and just said we will airdrop the photos and practically rushed us back out were there all together for 38 mins from steppping in to stepping out! Worst expierence and worst $600 spent in my life! Tell your guys to be pleasant despite the last appointment we deserve the expierence! Ohhh and we ordered it for sunset don’t even see that either….

Reccomended! See from the sky the top sights in a totally new perspective. Take your kids even if it s a bit of a bumpy ride

From check in to the end of the helicopter ride everything was smooth and efficiently run . The pilot was friendly and very informative during the flight with great commentary. I asked could my daughter sit in front with the pilot as a birthday treat and the company accommodated me . Book you won't regret it

It was a great experience and my first ride which to my surprise went very smoothly. Slightly difficult to make out what the pilot is saying but went really well. Thank you to viator as well, as i got stuck in traffic and was late. I was put on another available slot.

I been to NYC several times first time I do this helicopter and is definitely a must do. The view were amazing. The crew was exceptional and our pilot was great totally perfect experience

When I checked in for my tour, I was surprised to find out that there were $80 additional in VIATOR fees that otherwise would not have been charged if I booked directly with the Company. Also, I do not believe VIATOR made these charges evident when booking. Time and Time again, around the world, I keep giving VIATOR a chance and every time I get disappointed. Will I ever learn?
