Ben was our guide. He is friendly and very knowledgeable. The tour of Grand Central was amazing. He pointed out things I had never noticed and rooms we were unaware of.

Lynda was so sweet and have knowledge a lot of thing ! We are so great to took the tour and learn about history and about building!
My wife and I took this tour not knowing what to expect. I have never been to NYC. This tour was amazing. Our tour guide, Braden, was knowledgeable, super friendly, and treated us like family. He is the best. We learned so much and the Summit….Wow! We highly recommend this tour!
Our guide was excellent and so knowledgeable. We enjoyed the Grand Central Tour but the One Vanderbilt I would skip
The guide Savannah is an extremely gifted tour guide. She was well prepared for her tour through Grand Central Terminal and she taught me several new fascinating and enjoyable facts.
We booked an 8 AM Sunday tour. At 7 AM, we received a call informing us that no tour guide would be available for our 8 AM booking. The only alternative offered was to use Summit tickets at 8 AM and then join the 10 AM tour group. Summit was great and we enjoyed it. However, when we returned for the 10 AM tour, there was no guide. We waited at least 45 minutes. We contacted Viator multiple times, but they said the tour company wasn’t responding. They eventually offered a partial refund of $84. We never got to take the tour and wasted some time from our vacation but at least Viator was responsive and quick to make things right.
Lynda was an excellent tour guide
Great experience with the tour and SUMMIT. Highly recommend for every.
Nice tour of Grand Central Station before heading over to One Vanderbilt. A lot of fun on the different floors... lots of great photos and no rushing around. Nice visiting in the later evening.
This was a short tour covering Grand Central Station with our guide Lain, followed by an unaccompanied visit to the Vanderbilt Summit. Lain provided us with an interesting overview of the history of the Station. By the time we arrived at the Summit it was overcast and raining. This meant virtually no visibility. Waste of time and money. Be sure of the weather before taking this tour.
It was a nice experience. Our tour guide was very informative and accommodating. We feel comfortable too talking to him.
Don’t have a fear of heights or loud sounds. At the Summit be prepared to wait in line for awhile. .
We have been at the at the summit before but we added the guided tour for central station and it was great.
The entire experience was awesome! I brought my son to NYC for the first time and I’m so glad I selected this over the Empire State building.
Tour of Grand Central was great! Our guide, Lain was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about the history and showed us some interesting things we would have never seen on our own. Highly recommended.
Our guide was amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and never rushed us. She provided our SUMMIT One Vanderbilt tickets, waited until we were all checked in, and gave us plenty of time for photos. The Grand Central Terminal history she shared was fascinating, and the views from SUMMIT were unforgettable. Highly recommend!
No experience ,tour guide cancelled us last minute , we can’t book another tour because sold out tickets
Great tour guide would highly recommend. Informative and knowledgeable of everything she talked about
The experience was perfect! Lain was very cool and all the explanations was very interesting. Not a too long visit but just perfect for the family!
Sam was a great guide!I would not have known there was a great market at GCT, the market was really interesting too.
I learned a lot in the tour given by Tommy Given lots of history which I didn’t know about the grand central place I enjoyed it ….. so I do recommend it for others to understand the history behind building such land mark in New York .
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Incredible Tour with Tommy! My husband and I had an amazing experience with Tommy on our tour of Grand Central Station, followed by our visit to One Vanderbilt — and it was hands down one of our favorite things we did in NYC. Tommy is funny, incredibly knowledgeable, and so genuinely friendly. He brought Grand Central to life with fascinating history, hidden details, and stories we never would have learned on our own. You can truly feel his passion, and he made the entire experience fun, engaging, and effortless. The One Vanderbilt experience was absolutely breathtaking, and having everything so perfectly organized made it even better. From start to finish, the tour was seamless, informative, and unforgettable. We learned so much, laughed a lot, and had the best time. If you’re booking this tour, I highly recommend it — and if you’re lucky enough to get Tommy as your guide, you’re in for a treat. He’s the best!
The only thing keeping this from being a one-star review is our guide, Lain, who was excellent: punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, and an all-around professional. Unfortunately, everything else about Viator and See Sights Tours was an absolute disaster. After our great Grand Central tour, Lain sent us our digital tickets for SUMMIT One Vanderbilt. When we arrived for our 9:00 AM entry, we spent 20 minutes going through security only to be told our tickets had been “returned to the purchaser.” We were then sent back through the crowded line to the front desk, where we learned the tickets were flagged for fraud and pulled back by See Sights Tours. Every phone number for both Viator and See Sights Tours either went to a disconnected line or left us on hold indefinitely. Meanwhile, the other two people on our tour walked right in with the paper tickets they had been given. We, on the other hand, were stuck being shoved around by hundreds of people in a packed lobby while trying to figure out whether we had been scammed. Nearly two hours later — after being kicked out of the line, forced to restart security, and finally receiving new paper tickets from a number we didn’t recognize that turned out to be Lain — we made it inside. By then, the crowds were crushing and the fog was so thick there was nothing to see. Even the elevator operator admitted no one was buying upgrades due to the weather. The “Ascend” upgrade we were given was useless. All of this could have been avoided if we had been given working tickets in the first place, or at least refunded so we could buy new ones day-of. Instead, we lost two hours of vacation time and ended up with a subpar, fog-covered experience. To make matters worse, See Sights Tours has ignored my emails for three days, and Viator refused a refund because we eventually received replacement tickets — completely ignoring the time lost and the chaos caused. I’ve spent roughly $8,000 with Viator over the years, but after this dismissive response, I won’t be booking through them again. If you take this tour, demand paper tickets. The two people who did got in on time. We did not — and paid the price for Viator and See Sights Tours’ incompetence.
It turns out it was just the two of us in the tour making it a more personal one. Rose was our tour guide and she made us feel at home. She was knowledgeable, charismatic and professional. After a detailed tour of Central Terminal she accompanied us and made sure we were in the right place for the Summit. We definitely recommend the tour and to request Rose.
Super fun and informative tour. This is also a great way if you are exploring NYC solo to connect with locals, learn some history and explore Grand Central Station. This was the first time visiting the SUMMIT and it was sooo much fun.
This tour was both fun and informative! Although I had visited Grand Central Terminal several times before, it was exciting to learn more about its history and unique quirks. Our guide, Brian, was fantastic, we really enjoyed everything we learned from him. The visit to the SUMMIT was seamless, and we had such a great time. I highly recommend this tour!
The view is breathtaking and very pretty...If you are a night person choose the night tour and the same for the day ...I am normally scared of heights but this was a awesome experience...
A++ I’m so glad I booked with See Sight Tours for Summit One! Our small groupp made everything easy and fun, and the guide was the best, super friendly and really knowledgeable about Grand Central and the area. Honestly, the whole thing was smooth from start to finish with their amazing customer service. Definitely the way to go! thank u!
I had an amazing tour with See Sight Tours! I was travelling solo, so it was nice to have a small group for this experience so it felt more personal and less overwhelming than a large group. We had the best tour guide, Lee. He was knowledgeable about Grand Central Station and the city and general, answered all of my questions, and made the experience of visiting SUMMIT One seamless and stress-free. The views at SUMMIT One? Top notch. Would definitely recommend booking this tour for a 12/10 experience.
The guide was friendly and very knowledgeable, which made the trip even more enjoyable. It’s a wonderful way to explore when traveling solo. The summit is absolutely beautiful, highly recommend!
The SUMMIT One Vanderbilt with Secrets of Grand Central Station Tour was absolutely incredible! From start to finish, everything was seamless, well-organized, and so much fun. My guide Lee was knowledgeable, engaging, and full of fascinating stories about Grand Central - pointing out details I would have completely missed on my own. It really felt like we were uncovering hidden gems in one of New York’s most iconic landmarks. The highlight, of course, was visiting SUMMIT One Vanderbilt. The views were breathtaking, and the immersive design of the space made the whole experience unforgettable. Having the chance to enjoy it in addition to exploring the history of Grand Central made the contrast between old and new New York even more special. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting NYC - it combines history, architecture, and unbeatable views all in one. See Sight Tours made it smooth, personal, and memorable. Truly one of the best experiences of my trip!
We booked a guided tour of Grand Central Terminal and at the end of the tour we went up to the Summit. Our guide Lark was excellent, very clear, and made us appreciate the beauty of the station. At the beginning of the tour, she sent me a text in Italian with the same content as the tour (which was in English). This allowed me to understand all the info well even when my English faltered. At the end of the tour at the station, she accompanied us to the entrance of the Summit. From there on, you continue on your own. Very evocative experience, we went up at sunset and stayed for a couple of hours to enjoy the view. Beautiful experience
extraordinary experience that must be done absolutely, Lynda, a wonderful guide providing a lot of information, has set her translator in motion to translate the tour for us.
