Marc was great guide. He guided us well in front of all and also I would say his activity at WTC tower 1 needs patenting …

Amazing really good guide knew her stuff. This trip is great if you want to see new york in just a day if you're only in the city a few days highly recommend.
Our guide was Nina. She was very knowledgeable! Had a good time! There were many great spots to take pictures
Nina was an amazing tour guide! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the tour.
Martin was a wealth of knowledge about the areas we were visiting. He interacted with everyone in the group. Martin was very professional and also made sure everyone enjoyed themselves.
Martin, our tour guide was very knowledgeable and personable. We had a great experience not having to navigate ourselves around the attractions. He took us on the subway, which we were grateful for, due to never being on it. Therefore, it gave us confidence for the next trip on it. Overall, I would DEFINITELY recommend this experience!
Nina was excellent. Knowledgeable, professional, pleasant. As a long time New Yorker she had insights few would know.
Having a tour guide is very beneficial!! They know where they are going and they have lots of information to share!!
Tour guide was great! I would’ve liked more time at Ellis island. Had to leave to make it to 9/11 museum and we were still 15 minutes late but luckily we were let in. More explanation for Statue of Liberty - you can book a trip to the crown or observation deck just not through this tour.
Tour guide was awesome meet knowledgeable
Disappointing. Guide very unprofessional, difficult to hear and understand what he was saying. Would have been better doing trip on my own and saving the money
Gail did an outstanding job of explaining some history to go with the sights. Great great great great
A lot of ground covered! Statue of Liberty was amazing. Ellis Island the movie in the theater was great. Shamir our guide was good and very knowledgable.would have liked more time at Statue of Liberty. Tour would have been better if the guide had a microphone and we had the ear buds to hear him better while we were walking and spread out like other tours we’ve been on.
Fantastic guide. He seemed to know everything at every stop, the Statue of Liberty' Ellis Island & ground zero. Any questions asked were answered..Couldn't have asked for anything more. Would highly recommend.
Tour guide was amazing!! Tour guide was very knowledgeable! Tour was very well organized. We really enjoyed the day.
This was a long but very informative and compelling day. Leanne was so enthusiastic her excitement was contagious. Be prepared to walk quite a bit. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was because the group was too large
It’s a comprehensive tour, however, the time allowed at both the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island is way too short which doesn’t allow time to see all the exhibits and read about them, it’s too rushed.
Great tour but it does require walking from one event to another. Our guide was very informative and watchful of everyone and their needs in the group
expect to walk a lot! The Statue is a great experience, a little too long at the Ellis Island museum, not enough time at the Memorial pools. Our guide said it made her sad so she hurried us a little too much.
Not sure if you can request a tour guide, but ours was Mina and she was wonderful. Even gave simple and accurate directions on how to take the subway back to Grand Central, which we had never done before. Saved us a bundle on Uber or taxi expenses. Very knowledgeable. I would actually take this trip again.
Leanne was very knowledgeable and passionate about the history of everything we visited on the tour. She was able to keep the large group together and made sure we could all hear her as she described historic events. Overall she did a great job!
Leanne was fab..plenty of info, laughs and photo options. We did all 3 parts of tour..lady liberty, Ellis island and ground zero.. loved every min.
The tour was well organized and our tour guide, Vivien, was so informative and knowledgeable. She made the experience very enjoyable.
Wonderful to see the sites the guide needed a microphone. And a little more patience. Otherwise great information and knowledge of sites
There’s a lot of walking and standing involved but it was worth it and although I can’t remember our tour guides name, she was a wealth of information and so sweet plus she looked like Barbara Streisand’s twin sister.
Nina was very informative and knowledgeable. She really knew her history. It was a great tour. Worth taking the time to explore. Great mix of guided tour and free time as well!
Fantastic tour! Lee Anne was an animated, very knowledgeable tour guide. It’s a long tour, but well worth it it.
Guide was thrilled to tell us everything she could but unfortunately this led to much repetition. Also owing to this one felt that the group was being pushed along.
Packed full with a lot of information……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………,,,,..,..,..,.,,.
A great day in NYC! Perfect tour that hit three important places in NY. Our tour guide was wonderful - full of info, a lot of fun and amazing at moving our group through the maze that is NY. Highly recommend this tour!
Leanne, our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant. She really made the experience great.
Nina was fantastic!!! Super knowledgeable, funny and very friendly. Highly recommend this trip!!!! Meeting point was so easy to find.
The actual experience was amazing. The ticketing was a nightmare. Website failed over and over again. We were unable to pull our tickets and phone calls and emails went unanswered. We showed up at the meeting spot not sure if we were going to be able to go or not since we didn't have the tickets. They only needed our name. Our tour guides name was Nina and she was great - super informative. In the end, this tour was well worth it. Viator needs to improve their website and customer service. If I were to do this again, I would probably book through a different tour service.
Excellent experience, our tour guide was very knowledgeable and considerate of everyone’s needs and abilities
This was a fantastic excursion despite the rainy weather. Our guide Vivian did an excellent job explaining the Statue of Liberty an Ellis Island and took the time to include each of her guests in the journey. You can’t go wrong with this experience.
Great tour! Our guide Nina was knowledgeable and made sure we stayed on schedule. I would have liked more time at each site, but hitting all three sites took the entire 5 hours. If you want more leisure at each place I suggest taking them on separate days.
The tour has so much history in every location you visit. The 9/11 memorial is a must see but be prepared to become lost in your feelings as you walk through the sadness of the events that unfolded that day. Our tour guide, Vivian, had so much history knowledge of New York and the surrounding boroughs. Such a wonderful lady to have on your tour! Thank you for such a great time!
While the tour itself was as described, the experience was dimiinshed by the tour guide who treated the 8 person group like kindergarten kids. Example, line up single file, keep up with me, etc
The guide was very knowledgeable and animated. We enjoyed the whole experience
This is a great walking tour. Trip says approximately 5 hours but our day was longer. This does not include entrance into the 9/11 museum, so be prepared to pay. Vivien was wonderful.
Very well thought out experience wear your best walking shoes and check the weather. One chest bag is better than a backpack.
I’ve used Viator previously so expected timely, courteous and quality tour service and did! Samir Matar did an excellent job on our tour of the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. The only reason I rated at 4 stars is Viator needs to use the microphone/headset equipment to improve the experience. We found ourselves struggling to hear the guide at times and the headset equipment (like Viator uses in Europe) would have increased the tour value. Well done
Everything was great except I thought it including going up in the crown. I was so sure that I confirmed this before I booked it. But our guide was wonderful.
What an experience for a first time visitor to New York City! Amazing sites, history and somber reflections. Vivian was a fountain of knowledge!
It was easy setup and tour guide very friendly. Was able to see 3 sites in one day. Best way to tour New York.
We were rushed all day. Did get more then 10 mins to look around Ellis island. Nina keep talking and never let us explore places and rushed all day I felt. Also with that big of a group having to wait on people to ketchup a few times slowed the experience down a lot. So I do not recommend this it you want to actually experience it yourself on your own pace. Meaning have more than 10 minutes to check out places you really wanted to see. I will give Nina props on the knowledge she has of all the places for being an older lady she needs to learn to cut it short… very long winded…
This company was very accommodating. We missed our first meeting point due to NYC traffic and construction. I immediately called and was rescheduled within an hour! The trip itself was amazing! Our tour guide Nina was very knowledgeable and helpful. The price was very affordable for our family of 3.
It took longer than I thought due to tour being on 9/11 .Security was high and we couldn't enter until after 3 pm .
Nina did a great job at explaining some of the history for each stop then giving us time to explore on our own.
Leanne was high energy, knowledgeable about all the sights and you can tell she loves her job!! We had a great tour thanks to her. Extremely organized and you always knew what was going to happen and was great about meeting places/times!
