My friend and I went on the CityShuffles Tour of Dumbo this past April and had a great time. Today we went on the CityShuffles Tour of Soho, Chinatown and Little Italy. We had a great time discovering the fascinating stories behind these famous, conic sections of the city. Our guide Courtney was a delight. Very friendly, knowledgeable and spirited. We had a really great tour with Jon through SoHo, Little Italy and Chinatown. Honestly, one of the best city tours we have done. Jon was very friendly, welcoming and always helpful. What we liked most was his huge knowledge about New York. He explained not only the famous places, but also the history, architecture, food culture and daily life in the different neighborhoods. For us as non-native English speakers, the tour was also very easy to follow. Jon spoke clearly and explained everything in a way that was interesting and understandable without being too complicated. What made the tour special was that it felt like much more than normal sightseeing. It really felt like getting an insight into how people lived and still live in these parts of New York and how immigration shaped the city over time. We also got many great recommendations for food and places we would never have found ourselves. You can really feel that Jon enjoys what he is doing. Highly recommended if you want to understand New York a little deeper and not only see the typical tourist spots.

The tour with John was really fun! He is a guide full of energy and enthusiasm, answered all the questions we had, and constantly made sure that everyone was having fun and understood everything. He knows a lot, I learned a lot about the neighborhoods, and I enjoyed hearing stories and anecdotes. He made sure that we didn't stand in the sun, that we didn't get too wet in the rain that started unexpectedly, and gave us recommendations for restaurants and different places worth visiting. I had a great time!

Highly recommend, we were originally booked with another tour operator where the guide never turned up. Jon let us join him, he was really knowledgeable and entertaining. Me and the wife really enjoyed ourselves. Possibly (and probably ) the best tour guide in North America !!!

For anyone who loves diving deep into the history of SoHo, Little Italy, and Chinatown, Garrett's Tour is a absolutly must-do.

Great time yesterday with CityShuffles, Jon Noto. Knowledgeable guide covering well history and architecture of the places we visited. Also shared good tips for other sightseeing activities in NYC. Thank you.

Four of us enjoyed our tour starting near the courthouse, Chinatown, Little Italy and Soho. Lots of history, a stop for $5 dumplings, more stories of the action right on the street you are walking (think Gangs of New York). A stop for cannoli at Cannoli King (probably the worst cannoli I have ever tasted - super sweet and zero ricotta) and then Soho warehouse district (think Demi Moore in Ghost) for the history and the architecture. Garrett was awesome!!!

Jon did it! 2 hours through Soho, Little Italy and Chinatown, lot of good-to-know facts and insights. Very nice guy, easy to understand, perfect pace. Well done!

The Tour was Great. Our Guide Jon was well informed and guide us trough SoHo, Little Italy and China Town. The lunch spot was 💯, too.

The Tour with Jon was amazing. The best way to get to know Manhattan. I also did the tour of the Brooklin Bridge and it was sensational. I highly recommend.
