Skyline Night Bus Audio Narrated Tour Experience

No actual guide, you listen to things on your own. And it doesn’t even work. They also make you wait until the bus is full.

Great experience! Good way to see the city without walking or battling driving, headphones provided are super helpful in letting you know where the trip is as it goes

It was overall a good tour. Friendly staff. It would’ve been better if more time was given to take pictures of the landmarks passed. I’d recommend booking only when the weather is not rainy/windy.

Guide had no microphone He stayed at front of bus so heard about 10 percent of the tour Left late as company was involved with police and another tour company Very disappointed

Horrible experience the bus just broke down in the middle of the Road. And the driver didn’t say anything of what happened. And we need to take an uber. I try to contact the operator didn’t respond, first time in New York Very bad experience in this Bus Never book Top view again

HORRIBLE experience. we booked ahead of time on their website and chose a time on the app as instructed. got to the pickup location and found a line around the block filled with people who had been sold a ticket on the street by the over zealous commissioned street sales people who paid no attention to the capacity of the busses. we watched one guy book a group of ten onto a tour that was noted as sold out, he just overrode it and sold them a later ticket and told them to get in line and get on. there is no reservations happening, it's total free for all. we waited 30 minutes for a bus to come, and then it left half full. next bus didn't show for 45 minutes. also left half full. we had moved maybe six feet in the line and gave up. if I have to reserve a time i should not be watching people who showed up on the street without a reservation and whose ticket says a time two hours from now or TOMORROW, get on the bus ahead of me. we never got our nighttime tour, total rip off.

AB was constantly trying to make it a positive experience and added a lot to the already amazing tour.

We arrived for the 7pm tour and had to wait to get on a bus until 7:20pm, then waited to leave on the tour for another ten minutes while the only employee who was not trying to sell more rides tried to get enough people inline organized to be seated, so be sure to arrive at the pickup spot early if you are on a schedule. The recorded narration was mildly interesting. A real human guide would have been more enjoyable, helping to point out the landmarks for those of us who were not familiar with many of the sights. The booking said that we would be dropped off at the same place we were picked up. This was not the case. We had to disembark 4 blocks away and many other passengers were also surprised.

It was great to see all the sights. I wish we could have gone to the Statue of Liberty but we could see it afar off. The trip was safe and very informative.

The guy who sold the ticket was exceptionally knowledgeable, explaining the routes of the bus. The driver and her assistant were so helpful and friendly. Nothing was a problem. They went above and beyond, issuing ponchos when it started raining. I recommend this trip. The sights were great and the staff were even better! Thank you guys

There were supposed to be headphones and an audio. Neither were available. Good ride otherwise.

Waited an hour for the bus when they said it’s coming every 10 mins they refused to refund the money. People selling tickets came off as scammers. Do not purchase. We never even made it.

Wonderful! Was well worth the money! They made sure we were all set up and had everything we need! Fast and a wonderful way to see everything! It was spacious and clean!

David was an excellent host! We loved the night tour, we had a great time as a family. It was David's last night as a tour guide, losing him is a loss for the company because as I said, this was excellent but the Hop on/Hop off daytime experience was a waste of money.

This was a great tour! The bus ride makes it really easy to see a lot in a short amount of time. One of the staff, AB, even took the time to help people take photos from the top of the bus before the tour started!
