Skip The Lines Reliable Comfortable And Stress Free Rides

5 stars all around! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We used Prem’s Luxury for our family trip to NYC, including transportation to and from LaGuardia, and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. Ravi picked us up from LGA when we arrived, and Ambrose took us back to LGA at the end of our trip. Both drivers were absolutely wonderful—friendly, professional, punctual, and so easy to work with. The vehicles were clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our family and luggage. After a busy few days exploring NYC with our two teenagers, it was SO nice to have one less thing to worry about. Knowing our transportation was already arranged and that we had reliable drivers waiting for us made everything so much easier. Both rides were smooth and stress-free, and we really appreciated how professional and welcoming Ravi and Ambrose were. They were a great first and last impression of our NYC trip! We would absolutely use Prem’s again the next time we’re in NYC. Highly recommend!

Ambrose was a wonderful driver, professional and friendly, and above all we had great conversation with him on various subjects. A good hour spent well.

If you’re looking for a professional and reliable car service in NYC, look no further than Prems. We used this company for our airport transfers and cannot fault them in anyway. Quick response always to emails and messages, the cars are comfortable and immaculate inside. We had Prem for our transfer from the airport to our hotel and Kris on the return journey. Both drivers were friendly, punctual and kept us up to speed on what was happening. We had a last minute change of plans and Prem accommodated us with only about 4 hours notice- we really appreciated that and it took the stress out of an unexpectedly early return trip. A fantastic car service, 5 stars!

This is the 2nd time we have used Prem's Luxury . We found them to be very professional and reliable. Ambrose (our driver) contacted us the day before we were due to arrive with information about what we should do when our flight arrived and how to find the car. Unfortunately we experienced an extremely long line at passport control, Ambrose was very understanding and never made us feel like we had to rush or caused us any extra stress. Prem's Transportation never charged us anything extra for waiting (we paid the price originally quoted). When it was time to go back to the airport Prem's contacted us the night before to confirm all the details which we found very reassuring and then contacted us that morning with expected arrival time at our hotel. We never felt rushed and the driver was slightly early which was great. We would would highly recommend Prem's Luxury Transportation to friends and family and are planning to use them again for our next trip.

We have used Prems Luxury 4 times now and every time they’re excellent, especially Kris and Ambrose! Always on time, fantastic communication, friendly and reliable! Will continue to use them when we come back to NYC

We used Prem’s Luxury Transportation for our transfer from LaGuardia Airport to our hotel in Times Square, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Our driver, Ambrose, was professional, courteous, and welcoming. After arriving in New York, it was wonderful to have our transportation already arranged and to be able to simply relax and enjoy the ride into Manhattan. The vehicle was comfortable and clean, and Ambrose made sure we were well taken care of throughout the transfer. His service was a great start to our NYC Divas Weekend, and I truly appreciated the professionalism and personal attention. I would definitely use Prem’s Luxury Transportation again when visiting New York and would happily recommend them to others looking for reliable, professional private transportation. Special thanks to Ambrose for providing such excellent service!

Using Prems luxury travel for airport transfers was the best decision I made. Travelling as a family of 4 with lots of luggage it took the stress out of waiting in a taxi queue or taking the air train and subway to our hotel in Times Square. Communication with Prem to arrange our transfers was very prompt and transparent. Our driver Ambrose contacted us 24 hours prior via WhatsApp and gave clear instructions about the meeting point and his car details. The vehicle was big, clean and comfortable. Ambrose provided us with water. He was very professional, gave us tips about NYC and pointed out famous landmarks on our journey. Our return journey was an early morning drop off back to JFK. Prem was our driver. Communication was very smooth and he sent us GPS tracking so we knew what time he would arrive. Prem is a gentleman and I will definitely be using his services in the future when I come back to NYC.

Booked round trip, LGA to Time square hotel. Communication excellent emails back and forth, upon landing texting, great communication, Ambrose picked us up gave us lots of good info and Raj returned us to LGA days later waited outside hotel for us, kind efficient. I used this company five years ago glad still in business and very professional. Can’t wait to come back to NYC.

Great experience from start to finish. Booked direct with Prem who kept us updated before travel day. We were met at JFK by Raj and Ambrose picked us up for the return journey, both were really friendly and kept us entertained on our journeys. No stress at all. We were picked up in comfortable and clean vehicles, and there was nice cold bottles of water waiting for us. Would highly recommend and will definitely be our first choice next time we visit NYC!

Prem’s is the way to go. Ambrose and Raj did Great!! Communication was great!! Will definitely book again when back in NY!!

It was an amazing experience! Ambrose did an excellent job. He was very friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment he picked us up in New York. The ride to the hotel was comfortable, smooth, and stress-free. He made us feel safe and well taken care of throughout the journey. I highly recommend his service and would gladly ride with him again. Thank you, Ambrose, for such a great experience!

Excellent airport transfer service. Our drivers were prompt and courteous. Especially enjoyed conversation with Ambrose learning about the city. Highly recommend Prems.

We booked through Facebook quick and easy. Had used on our last visit and this time booked for transfers both ways. Pick up from airport was easy and dropped right at hotel. Transfer back to airport was just as smooth. Excellent communication for bookings and for pick ups. Would 100% use again so much easier than navigating the city with luggage and completely stressed free. We had Ambrose on both journeys and couldn't have asked for better. Worth every dollar.

Brilliant service once again. Used Prems a few times previously and last week for another airport transfer. Communication is great and i like how the drivers send you a pic of their registration so easy to identify the car in amongst all the other similar looking cars. Also got Ambrose to take us to Jersey Gardens for shopping, much better than the bus!

Brilliant service. Punctual, great communication and nothing too much trouble even when we requested an earlier return transfer due to the TSA queues. Friendly and knowledgeable drivers who showed us some of the local sites on our way into NYC. Shout out to Ambrose for making the transfer smooth and enjoyable. Price as agreed at time of booking . Would highly recommend and use again.

We have used Prems twice now for JFK transfers and both times have been great, our first time was in ‘23 and our driver was Boxer then in Feb ‘26 with our driver being Ambrose. Both great trips with plenty of good conversation. Highly recommended.

Excellent car service and highly recommend! We booked the service for transportation to and from LaGuardia. Great communication, reasonable prices and very reliable. Would highly recommend!

Airport transfer from JFK to Times Squre and return. Hassle free booking, great service and communication from Ambrose (driver) highly recommend. Many thanks Clare & Lee

4 gals, felt safe! They are very punctual, great communication and great price for pick up and drop off from LGA airport/hotel! Definitely recommend, will use again when visiting NYC!

Ambrose picked us up from JFK he kept us updated and was waiting for us when we arrived at our terminal,He was very friendly while driving us to our hotel,We will be using Prems Transportation on our next visit to NYC👍🏻

I had read about Prem's on a page i follow, I booked them for my recent trip to New York. Communication was excellent, before we took off at Mcr I had received a text from the driver telling us everything we needed to know, when we got to jfk he told us where to wait and he was there within 2 minutes! Journey to our hotel was fabulous....we had Raj, he pointed loads of things out to us, slowed down so we could take pictures and was just brilliant!! We had booked a return with them also, again the communication from the driver was brilliant! unfortunately our flight got cancelled due to the recent storm.....it was no problem for them, they rebooked us in 2 days later for our flight home, again, driver professional, chatty, and just excellent!!! I wouldnt hesitate to recommend you guys!!!

I had a fantastic experience with Prem’s Luxury Transportation. I sent an email on a Saturday—the day before I was arriving—requesting pickup at LaGuardia Airport. Prem responded first thing Sunday morning, and when he didn’t hear back from me right away, he thoughtfully followed up with a text to confirm whether I still needed a ride or had made other arrangements. I was extremely grateful that he took the time to respond and make sure I was taken care of—especially on a Sunday morning. That level of attentiveness and customer care truly stood out. Both Ambrose and Prem were prompt, professional, excellent communicators, and genuinely lovely to chat with during my rides. The entire experience was seamless and stress-free. I would not hesitate to recommend their service and will absolutely book with them anytime I’m in New York!

Luxury service. Clean, knowledgeable, personable, affordable, professional. Wouldn’t use anyone else! Felt like a VIP.

We booked 2 SUVS to pick a group of 14 of us up. The drivers kept in touch with us, waited even though we were left hunting for our bags and were exactly where they said they would be. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and to use again. Thankyou, super service.

Exceptional service from Prem’s. Our drivers Ambrose and Prem were great communicators, punctual, professional and safe drovers. As a family visiting NYC for the first time we just wanted a smooth, safe transfer and we are happy we booked with Prem’s!

Service was amazing from start to finish. We had a few questions which was answered promptly prior to pick up at JFK. Ambrose arrived on time and gave us loads of recommendations and was a pleasure to deal with. Will highly recommend and use again when back in New York. - Claire and Chris

Prem's was always in communication, always on time, beautiful cars, polite & impeccable drivers, and even adapted immediately to a last-minute drastic time change. Will definitely use in the future!

Such great service! Great communication and on tine service in a well kept black SUV. Very impressed with the professionalism of both drivers.

We used Prems to pick us up from JFK and take us to Financial District (and a return one week later). We were lucky to have Ambrose as our driver (again, as this was our 2nd time using Prems and 2nd time that we got Ambrose), he is awesome, great comms, very knowledgable and made us feel like friends on both journeys. Would highly recommend this stress free way of travelling in NYC.

Prem's Luxary provided us on time convenient transportation to an from Newark Airport. What I also appreciated was the prompt communication I received when I had a question. Easy to work with.

I was recommended to use this company from a friend who had visit new york in the past. I originally asked a few companies for a quote but decided to use these guys as communication and value for money were heads above the rest. There was 9 of us so we got two vans to transfer us to and from the airport into Mid Manhattan. Both ways it was like a mini tour. That drivers were excellent Ty and Raj thank you. Van were there on both occasions in plenty of time and the drivers contacted you the evening before pickup so you didnt need to worry if they were going to be there or not. Cars huge and very very comfortable. Dont go anywhere else.

2nd time using Prems first time Oct 2023 an recently Dec 2025 and won't book my transfers with anyone else. Excellent communication with the office and our drivers who messaged to introduce themselves, provided car details for our airport transfers.

I booked with Prem’s Luxury for airport transfers during my recent trip and couldn’t have been more impressed from start to finish. Their booking process was straightforward and the communication was clear — I always knew what to expect well ahead of time. What truly stood out was how professionally the team handled a last-minute change to our plans. We had to adjust our pick-up time with very little notice, and Prem’s Luxury accommodated our request seamlessly — with zero stress on our part. The drivers were lovely — friendly, punctual, and attentively professional throughout. They made us feel welcome, were happy to answer our questions, and expertly navigated through the city traffic so we arrived relaxed and on time. The vehicles were clean, comfortable, and luxurious — exactly what you want when you’re traveling. I highly recommend Prem’s Luxury to anyone looking for reliable, high-end transportation with drivers who go the extra mile. I will definitely be using them again on my next trip!

Prem and his team were a recommend from a friend , we weren’t disappointed. Punctual, good value for money and Kris car was immaculate. Pleasant from start to end. Would highly recommend.

Prem’s Luxury Transportation was absolutely fantastic for our family of four during our December trip to New York. From the moment we landed at LaGuardia, they were incredibly prompt, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Our driver was already waiting for us, helped with luggage, and made the ride to Times Square smooth and stress-free—especially appreciated after a long flight. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family, which made traveling in winter weather much more pleasant. The return trip back to the airport was just as seamless, with on-time pickup and excellent service throughout. Reliable, professional, and truly attentive—Prem’s Luxury made our airport transportation effortless. We would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone traveling in NYC.

We had an excellent experience with Prem’s Luxury Transport NYC for airport transportation to and from LaGuardia. From start to finish, the service was professional and punctual. Our drivers were courteous, knowledgeable, and made us feel completely at ease navigating the city. Their patience in traffic during the hectic holiday season was greatly appreciated! The vehicles were clean and comfortable, and made the trips feel effortless and stress-free. The small details (water and airport snacks) were a thoughtful touch! We would absolutely use Prem’s Luxury Transport again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality transportation in NYC.

Our ride from the airport to the hotel was so smooth! Ambrose picked us on time and at a great spot with easy loading. He shared stories and visited the entire way which we loved. Would definitely use the service again when we are back in NYC!

1000/10! Have used prems every time I come to New York and they never disappoint! Especially Ambrose, he’s brilliant! Outstanding customer service and always chatty and happy! Cannot stress enough how great these guys are! Ambrose really does deserve some type of bonus for the amazing job he does!! Will use prems every time we go to NYC!! 5 stars!!

These guys are best. We used Prems for pick up and return. Nothing is too much trouble. Their service is impeccable. The guys are so lovely friendly and happy. It was a joy to use them and wouldn’t use anyone else. Thankyou Prems see you next time I’m in NYC❤️

We were so happy to get Ambrose for both legs of our long trips from JFK to Manhattan in awful traffic. The traffic doesn’t rattle him. He kept us laughing all the way. Nice clean comfortable suv and arrives on time for pickups after texting first. It’s a great car service and we will recommend Prem’s. Ambrose is the best!

Excellent from start to finish, Great communication throughout. Our drivers on pick up and return trip were so friendly and helpful. The car was spotlessly clean. Highly recommend

Myself and my friend enquired about transport from jfk into nyc with various companies. Prems luxury replied immediately and had great prices. Their communication throughout was fantastic. They contacted us via WhatsApp upon arrival at jfk with details about our driver and transport and where to meet them. The car was spotlessly clean and the driver was super friendly and helpful. They were efficient when collecting us for our return to the airport and the driver again was so friendly and chatty, would highly recommend

Fantastic experience with Prem’s. His responses were always very quick and he was early picking us up from our hotel to go to JFK. He was chatty even though it was 4am!!! Pointing out landmarks along the way. Lovely vehicle for the 6 of us. Great price too. Would 100% recommend and use again next time we are in NYC. Thanks Prem.

We used Prem’s for airport transfers to and from JFK. They were on time, professional, the vehicles were clean, and the drivers were very nice and happy to answer all our NYC questions!!

10/10 Professional/friendly and very reliable Excellent service love the messages from the driver to let you know they are on the way and their live location.

Prem’s Luxury is the BEST if you are looking for safe and reliable transportation in the NYC region and around. We first used their services in 2021 and have used them exclusively since. Let me tell you what sets Prem’s Luxury apart from other car services! Prem is the epitome of professional . His cars are luxurious and clean, there is ample room for even large families and always water available if you’re thirsty after a trip. There have been times he arranges stops on the way into the city so my tourist family can see the NYC skyline! His driver will contact you the night before your trip to tell you the plan and procedures to meet you upon arrival, this eliminates all questions and worries! They follow your flight so if you arrive early or late, your driver will be there. Then once you arrive, you text your driver to plan exactly where to meet once you have your suitcases. And again, the day before you need to go back to the airport, the driver will contact you and tell you where and when he will meet you for pick up. We have also used Prem for sightseeing trips within New York City. He has arranged for a driver to take us to Dyker Heights to see the Christmas lights for an evening and back to Brooklyn where the Driver knew exactly where to stop to get great photos of the Brooklyn Bridge at night . We consider Prem a true friend of our family - here’s why…In 2023, we arranged for Prem to pick us up at LGA to take us to Midtown Manhattan. All went smoothly. We have planned to stay in Manhattan for 4 days however on the day after we arrived, a family member went into cardiac arrest and we needed to fly home immediately. I called Prem and within 25 minutes he had a driver at the hotel to take us back to the airport to catch a flight that left within an hour. That is Service! That is friendship! That is who you can trust. Prem’s rates are more than reasonable. Either the same or Only slightly more than an Uber or taxi, but you will notice the difference because these drivers drive safely rather than trying to complete a job as quickly as possible to catch the next fare. If you want safe, reliable, luxurious transportation in the New York City area and surroundings, contact Prem. You will never be disappointed.

This was our second time from LaGuardia to manhattan round trip. Clean comfortable cars Polite driver. Highly recommend

Prem is fantastic. He’s always on time, easy to coordinate with, and the rides are consistently smooth. The cars are extremely clean and comfortable. The pricing is more than fair for the level of service, and you really feel the difference in professionalism and reliability. He’s quickly become my go-to chauffeur in NYC. Highly recommend.

Prem’s Luxury Travel went above and beyond for me. I had a sudden family emergency and needed a last-minute ride to the airport in New York City. They responded immediately, were incredibly professional, and got me where I needed to be without any stress. The vehicle was spotless, the ride was smooth, and the service was truly exceptional during a very difficult moment. Highly recommend — five stars all the way.
