Rainbow Air Helicopter Tours Over Niagara Falls 2026

Perfect thrilling experience.

One of the best experiences we have ever had, the pilot was great, super friendly staff. We wanted to book another flight as soon as we landed!

Rainbow Ari Helicopter Tours was a beautiful experience to see Niagara Falls with views of both the American and the Canadian sides. The ride is about 15 minutes long and the helicopter has large windows for viewing and taking photos/videos. The hours are 9-dusk, weather permitting. The Tour offers pick up at select downtown Niagara hotels but it was not needed as there was a large free parking lot at their location at 56 Archeson Drive, Niagara Falls, NY. Call ahead to book and to check if the weather allows the helicopter to fly that day. A short safety film is required before the flight before ear protection is put off before going outside. Clothing cannot be loose and bags even pocketbooks are not allowed for safety. They have lockers to use if needed. The staff are friendly and the facility is very clean. Photos are taken in front of the helicopter before the ride and from each side of the open helicopter doors before they are closed for take off. The photos can be purchased after the ride is over. They have a gift store and fascinating historical displays to enjoy as well. Also there is a Niagara Vitural Gameplay attraction inside the facility wereby you sit in a sling with a virtual 360 degree headset on. You can control your parasailing ride over the falls to score points or just enjoy your Niagara Falls and goat island virtual ride. This can make some people feel dizzy though.

Had an amazing helicopter ride with my mom! Such an incredible way to see the Falls. We were lucky enough to be the only two passengers on our ride, so we got to sit at front with the pilot, and have an amazing view. Pretty short, ten minutes, but that's all you need to fly over and see the Falls, so really the perfect amount of time.

If you're looking to book with these people make sure your means of commute is certain and you don't get sick last minute because they have no sympathy nor empthaty despite you calling to change reservations 24 to 36 hours before.Is either no answer or they promise you a refund or other to which you won't get then continuous back and forth between the site you book with and the actual merchant.I didn't get insurance because I was certain i am going but life happens and I called to reschedule not cancel and now I'm still without that money and I didn't get that experience smh

This was a great experience. Our 13 year old grandson’s birthday trip! Friendly staff, very informative, and truly nice!! So exciting to see the falls from above… beautiful area.

I saw beautiful views of the water falls. It was neat seeing the falls in the air. It was a different experience seeing Niagara Falls.

Great views and very friendly staff. The only disappointment was that it is advertised as 1 - 1 hr 30 min. The ride is only ABOUT 15 mins. Very disappointing (time wise) for the price. Otherwise it was a memorable experience.

All the staff from the front desk to the pilots were very professional and kind. The experience of seeing Niagra from the helicopter was exciting as it was humbling. I highly recommend the Rainbow helicopter tour to everyone.

It goes without saying that a helicopter trip over Niagara Falls was going to be something special for my grandchildren. And it was. However, the best thing was how we were retreated from the moment we walked in by the various staff members we encountered in our adventure. The people at rainbow were the kindest and nicest people we encountered on our trip to Niagara Falls. They had a passion for making sure the customers were happy and a love for helicopters in general that really showed through. The new facility is beautiful and gave the kids other things to do. The VR ride was the best one they ever did. Thank you for making our last morning. Niagara Falls a great one.

Unable to do tour due to cloudy weather conditions. Kept telling us to call back later to check, multiple calls later, finally they said try tomorrow but we had to leave so we just received a full refund.

It was amazing. The staff were very helpful and knew what they were doing. The sight from up in the air were breathtaking. I will do it again.

The views are incredible!! The weather was perfect; sunny with minimal clouds. Facility staff were all incredibly helpful and provided any information that we asked for. One star was removed only because there were no radio-headsets. It would have been great to have the captain provide fliers with information about Niagara Falls and the area while we were in the air.

We stayed at the Courtyard down the street where we looked up and could see the helicopter go by... boom sold!!! Breath taking views from the air.. my gals went on this ride split in a few rides as there were a dozen of us, but i'm telling you no matter how you see it, it's pure magic. Mike the pilot was so professional and gave us a sense of calm before our flight, and the route he took showed us both sides of the boarder which we were not expecting!!! Add in the VR Experience was so much fun!!!

Pilot was great, beautiful views and great video and picture opportunities. Everyone was very nice. Would recommend if you go to Niagara Falls!

Where do I even begin? Out of the whole trip to Niagara this by far exceeded anything that I could imagine. Well worth the money and I would do it again in a heartbeat. The staff the pilot or phenomenal the ride over the was unbelievable.

If you are going to take a helicopter ride for fun do it over Niagara Falls. It was a wonderful experience.

We were kind of nervous at first but, once we got in the air, we were comfortable and excited. Pilot of the helicopter was awesome and the whole crew were very helpful. We will definitely do this again when coming back to Niagara Falls.

Views were very clear from the helicopter. The trip was short and sweet but covered both the Niagara falls and is enough to see all the important places. f Will recommend to anyone. We went to their office directly and booked the tickets before flying..

Rainbow Air was great! We had to switch days for our ride because of weather and they were able to get us in. The ride was awesome, very smooth and amazing views. I would definitely recommend this tour!

The staff was very helpful and friendly---The pilot was really cool as well. He showed me what to look at on the gauges before take off. Never seen anything like that. The ride was smooth and the view was just what I wanted to see. Amazing!!

Took our money and office was closed . Not a single person was there. No one picked up the phone. Left messages and nobody called back.

My tour operator didn’t show up at all. I called him so many times he didn’t even answer. I went to the office nobody was there at all too.
