Wonderful experience! We took our teenagers to NYC for their Spring break, we are super happy we booked this day trip, Scott is AMAZING, very knowledgeable, kind and the BEST tour guide we have ever had. We were able to see all the popular monuments, experience the caption and learn so much as a family. This is one of our most memorable family trips! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND booking this trip with Scott!

This is a must do trip if you want to see Washington in a day. Scott, collected us exactly on time in a very smart mini van. This is a long but excellent day. You get to see and visit all of the key sites and Scott’s knowledge brings the whole trip to life. The tour inside the Capitol buildings are a must. We took Scott’s recommendation and ate in the Baltimore Diner on the way back. This rounded off a superb day. Thank you Scott

We booked a private guided day trip tour of DC from NYC. Scott, our tour guide, picked us up at our hotel in NYC and drove us to DC for a full afternoon and early evening tour of the major institutions and monuments in DC, with his full and informative narration. Transportation was by a clean and comfortable mini-van. Scott was fantastic. It was like making a new friend who took us around town. We thoroughly enjoyed his tour and I give my full recommendation without reservation.

We had an amazing trip with Scott. We wanted to personalise our own trip to Washington DC and that is what Scott gave us, he ensured we saw everything we wanted to see and was very informative and knowledgeable. Our highlight was visiting Arlington Cemetery watching the changing of the guards and then finding (eventually, no fault of Scotts) the graves of 3 military personnel killed in Somalia, he was very patient and respectful, we really appreciate him assisting us with this as this had personal meaning to us. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip including lunch at the Congress Building. We would definitely recommend Scott and for people to do a personalised tour, you get to see what you want to see and take the time in the places that mean the most to you. Thanks Scott

Scott is a good driver and tour guide. We are family with elderly and young children and Scott gave good suggestion to us that is very accommodating and suitable. Would highly recommend this tour!

We had the most fantastic day trip to Washington DC with Scott. Right from pick up at our hotel at 7am through to drop off back at the hotel late into the night we enjoyed every second of it. Scott was really lovely and knowledgable and really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of (in my wheelchair) and that my Grandson had a memorable 18th Birthday present. The stop off in Baltimore on the way back for dinner just added to the whole day. I can’t praise the trip and Scott enough.

Scott was excellent. Pick up on time in a spotless vehicle. Ideal format for a time constrained family looking to see Washington. We were able to bespoke the usual format in order to make sure we saw what we really wanted.

<p>I would recommend this tour to anyone! We had some specific landmarks we wanted to include and Scott was flexible with his time and amazed us with his knowledge. We wanted to start a little earlier than usual and he was happy to oblige. The transport was exceptional, immaculate and spacious. Scott gave us insights into American history and politics so that we would better understand what we would be viewing that day. He was more than happy to stop when we needed and we never felt like we had to rush, it was a pleasure to have a personal guide who could work around us. It was well worth paying the extra cost to have the convenience rather than pay less for a cramped and rushed bus ride that had no flexibility. We found the tour to be very informative and Scott included some extra sights that we were so glad we got to see. <p>Scott Was great !<br/> He is the best tour guide i have ever work with, He was so patient with us during the trip, as we were a family of 5 with three kids.<br/> As he was so human when he changed the tour program to fit us to visit the Muslim center at DC to pray, also he changed the rout to let my son use a toilet in a nearby city while we were heading to DC.</p> <p>He drove so safely and gave me a lot of information about American history.</p> <p>if you are a family and do not have enough time to visit DC , i really highly recommend to take this tour as you will visit the best attraction in DC and get back to NY in the same day.</p> <p>But be sure that your guide is Scott.....</p>

<p>Impressive to visit Congress Library, Capital Hill, and many States buildings.......our tour guide, Scott, is knowledgeable and accommodating with our family travel and kids demand.....excellent tour and is a must to learn about US history and government!!</p>

<p>It's a dive into the early american history, great tour. It's amazing to walk into the Capitol, Lincoln Memorial and Martin Luther King Jr Monument. Another must see is the changing of guards in Arlington Cemetery.</p>

<p>I would highly recommend this trip. Scott was brillant. We where a family of 5 from age 11 to 49 he kept all of us very interested in both his knowledge and what we visited. We visited on voting day excellent day.</p>

<p>What an amazing day! Being picked up from our hotel and driven to all the best spots was fantastic but, when it was clear my daughter was interested in American politics, Scott went out of his way to personalise the trip and make it extra special! Scott was a perfect guide, so full of knowledge but also, so personable with adult and child alike. He made the trip, even taking the time to drop off my daughter's sunglasses she had left, at our hotel the next day. The history and architecture of Washington was astounding, and despite it being hot, we were able to see and do so much in only one day! Getting to watch the Senate debate and then vote meant we felt we got to see not only the past but also, the present and happening face of Washington. Dinner at a great Italian in Baltimore rounded off the trip and then the sleepy ride home to our hotel. Washington was amazing, Scott was an asset on this trip, I doubt any other guide could have come half as close. Go on this trip with Scott!</p>

<p>A great way to go about Washington DC in a day's trip, albeit a tiring long day, from 7 in the morning till midnight upon return. A good trip to see everything in DC. The seafood place at Baltimore on the return trip was a pleasant bonus. Overall an excellent trip conducted by a most professional and friendly tour guide.</p>

<p>What a wonderful day in DC. Scott was extremely patient with my 80 year old parents for this day trip from New York. Since my parents had never been to DC, I wanted them to see it all. Somehow we did, in just one day!</p>

<p>Scott was our driver and guide on this Washington DC Day Trip from NYC. Pickup time was early at 5 a.m. from our hotel at Times Square. He was there ahead of time, all smiles and welcoming. The tour was well organised and Scott was a very good guide. He gave us sufficient time to stop and see things and did not rush us. On the way back to New York, we were caught in traffic but Scott was very patient. Dspite running late, he still drove us to Phillips Seafood in Maryland for dinner. There was a bit of extra road to travel but he didn't mind, just because we indicated in the morning that he wanted seafood for dinner. We appreciated his professionalism and good company. WE totally enjoyed the tour. Without Scott, we would not have been to see so much of DC in one day. We highly recommend this tour.</p>
