Private Transfer From Buffalo Intl, Airport (Buf) To Niagara Falls Canada

Super professional with great communication and very clean vehicle

Asif was outstanding right from the beginning. We had concerns about our flight being delayed and he returned my texts immediately and even called me to talk directly and assure me that he would follow my flight and be there to pick us up. On our return to the airport he extended normal service hours to pick us up at 3am from our hotel. He was early and waiting for us near the hotel lobby. A++++++ Thank you!

We had a fantastic experience with our driver, who provided our airport transfer.Communication was excellent from start to finish — very efficient, clear, and thorough. He was incredibly helpful and gave us great advice and guidance, particularly when it came to getting us smoothly across the border. His knowledge and helpful attitude made the whole process stress-free and really helped us get our holiday off to the best possible start. We felt well looked after throughout and really appreciated all the extra advice and assistance. A reliable, professional and friendly service that we would highly recommend to anyone looking for an airport transfer.Thank you for making the start of our holiday so easy and enjoyable!

Great communication from booking to drop-off. Never once felt unsafe. Asif was an amazing driver. Very helpful and informative.

Robbie was our driver. He was friendly, pleasant and informative. We would definitely request him again.

It was wonderful and pleasant! Tony was very friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions!

What I appreciated about our transfer is arriving in a new city and coming off the airplane, knowing that all I had to do was go to the transportation pickup spot and look for someone assigned to me to take me to my hotel directly. I love that it was a private transfer. It was seamless. I would do it again and highly recommend it. Our driver was outstanding. His name is Asif.

Asif was our driver from Buffalo airport to Marriott on the falls in Canada. He was very professional, car was clean, he kept us updated on time of pickup and drop off both ways. We would recommend his service.

Great transportation experience. Asif was our driver and he was great. The car was nice and clean and the whole drive over the border from Buffalo to Niagara Falls was smooth. Highly recommend!

Excellent service. Out drivers were friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. On-time service to abd from our destination.

It was excellent service. Viator communicated with me via text. Informed me who the driver was, his make, model color of car and license plate tag and driver’s picture. Zoran Radovan was my driver who informed me that he was tracking the flight information. His tracking was very helpful related to the flight was delayed departing. Zoran texted me not to worry about the delay and to text or called him after I picked up my baggage from baggage claim and to meet at pole 13. I followed his instructions and he arrived immediately. Zoran was very professional and had cold water for us to drink. I have a scheduled return trip to airport and I hope Zoran is available to transport me and my family.

Great experience, Asif is so accommodating. He is very knowledgeable and share good information to guarantee a successful trip.

Very comfortable ride with 0 hassle.

Asif driving company was amazing. I came to Niagara Falls for a proposal and his company made the pickup from the airport and drop off back at the airport smooth. I had no worries throughout the whole process. He sent me pics of the driver and car. They also tracked my flight to make sure they didn’t miss us. The whole process was pretty smooth.

In late March I talked to John Francis at Customer Service and explained that we were 4 adults with luggage coming off a cruise ship and wanted to see the Canadian side of Niagara Falls before our flight home on 5/30 at 3:25 pm. We wanted a driver to take us, stay with our luggage in his car while we looked and took pictures and return us to the airport in time for our flight home. First, J.Francis said drivers could not pick up at dock - that was fine, we would get to the airport for pick up. At first J.Francis did not fully understand our needs and I very clearly repeated what we would like to do. In the end of our conversation, J.Francis said all this would be added to our reservation. The driver (Asia) texted us that he could pick us up at the cruise dock which was fine - that even saved him a lot of driving time. When we met him on 5/30, promptly at 8:30 am, we wasted 45 minutes!! discussing our itinerary. He claimed he did not understand the process? The driver wanted to drop us with our luggage and he would find us another ride back!! Not acceptable as the whole point of our plan was not to have to drag suitcases around while we viewed the Falls!! He finally said we could have 30 minutes at the Falls as he had other appointments that day. Hardly enough time to get even a few pictures from several vantage points! Very disappointed in the whole situation. Certainly not the value we were expecting.

Great experience, we would use this service again, Asif was very knowledgeable, helpful and on time!

Asif was extremely punctual, and I truly appreciated how well he stayed informed about our flight and arrival time. As soon as we landed, I immediately received a welcome message. The drive to our hotel was excellent—he is very friendly and highly knowledgeable about both Buffalo, New York, and Canada. He answered every question we had (and I had many!), which made the experience even better. On our departure date, Robby was was prompt, and communication was superb. Both drivers were exceptional, absolutely no worries from start to finish! I will definitely recommend this company to everyone I know. 🤗

Asif drove us back and forth from the airport to Niagra Falls and he was great! He was very professional, polite and gave us a lot of useful information. His car was very clean and he was on time.

Went smoothly. Nice having a driver set up to relieve stress. He took us through customs and it was such an easy process.

On time pick up. Pleasant driver. Offered help about border crossing. Made sure that he would be on time for our departure.

Asif was the best. He provided excellent service, tips and a great ride. Service is definitely recommended for airport transfers

Asif was friendly and professional. Arrived on time and gave us lots of good information on the area.

Very accommodating and on time! Enjoyed the ride to and from the airport. Provided additional tour services and arranged the most fabulous wine tasting and tour! Excellent communication. Definitely recommend!

Could have taken a taxi for way less. Driver attempted to sell us tours take us places for more money after the $440 I paid. Ended up at a tourist trap cafeteria style eatery instead of going to our hotel where there were 2 restaurants. Got Covid from that place driver took us to. It was packed with hundreds of people from bus tours.

Howard was a great driver but most important he was very patience since our flight was delayed for two hours. We were constantly in communication with him.

Great experience! The driver was very professional and was waiting for me as soon as I walked out with my bags. Highly recommended!

We took Fallsview Limo Niagara, INC from Buffalo airport to Niagara Falls, ON and a return to the airport. The driver Asif, went above and beyond to make us comfortable. He was very polite, helpful, and accommodating. We had not been through customs before. He gave us an overview of what to expect. Our check-in to our hotel was not until late afternoon. He drove to a food court so we could get lunch before dropping us off at the hotel.

Needed a ride from Buffalo to Toronto. The driver picked me up at my Buf apartment which was convenient. I had lots of stuff with me and the SUV was spacious enough. The ride was comfortable and I got to my destination smoothly without any trouble. Pricing is also reasonable. Would recommend this business to everyone.

Amazing service! Would do it again. If there was 10 stars i’d do that. Would recommend, comfy ride and amazing customer service in terms of they would do more than expected!

I needed a ride from Buffalo to Niagara Falls and I browsed through the nets and found Asif with all the positive comments, so I gave it a try! And the comments are all true!! Asif is a friendly and professional guy, he gave me all the info I needed after making the appointment. When I met him he gave me a warm greeting and guided me through all the steps while we were on the car heading to the border. The border crossing was so smooth and we arrived the hotel safely, I really thank Asif for the service! 🙏

Felt very welcomed! Great experience and prompt service! Driver was very professional and dedicated to his job

Best experience ever! Asif was kind and attentive. Would absolutely recommend him to everyone. Will definitely be using his services again!

Outstanding performance. We had several flights delays and the driver stayed in contact with us the entire time. The black suv vehicle provided was clean, very nice and my wife said she felt "presidential". I booked another vendor for the return trip but they never confirmed and I called the driver within 8 hours of needing to leave and he did not hesitate to help. He picked us up at 4am and was STILL caring, considerate and full of positive energy. I would recommend this service even if you just needed a ride to the grocery store!

It was an enjoyable experience. Asif is professional and courteous. There was a delay with my flight and he was understanding and patient. His car is clean and he always offer refreshments. I highly recommend this comfortable and professional service.
