My 19 year old daughter and I had the great pleasure in participating in the Royal City Tours Private tour of Niagara Falls. Our experience and treatment by our driver, Daniel and local Niagara tour guide, Brian, were first class. Daniel and Brian placed the highest priority in our comfort, safety and overall trip experience. Our trip was 21 hours from departure from NYC to our return. Daniel drove safely and responsibly. He outlined the course of our trip and made sure to inform us that he was happy to fulfill any specific travel needs we may need along the way. Brian is a very knowledgeable and informed local licensed tour guide of the Niagara Falls area. He was able to instill knowledge of the falls, geology, historical water power generation, local history and wildlife we encountered. He was always concerned that we were getting the best experience and went out of his way to meet our needs. We chose the morning departure as we wanted to see the falls lit up at night. It was a beautiful sight and a great finale to a day spent exploring these beautiful falls. It is a long trip, but very worth the experience of this extraordinary natural wonder and State Park.

Best trip ever perfect timing for all the attractions super fun and mesmerizing place to go!! Daniel, our driver pricked us up at about midnight, The driving back and forth was wonderful. Daniel was entertaining yet professional and caring. He kept us on schedule very well (how did he know?); he was flexible to our needs. Once at Niagara Falls, Daniel introduced us to Billy, the tour guide. Billy was knowledge and he was so sweet to take all of the family photos. Billy truly made out visit enjoyable and full. He was patient and giving. We would go back to royal city tours on a heartbeat... we had that much fun. Thank you Daniel and Billy for being so good at what you do. And..thank you for the present!
The guidance is in English and Spanish only, but if you know the minimum English such as the meeting time, you can manage. The operations are pretty routine, so as long as you don't stray from them, you're fine. You can spend only 6-7 hours on site, including cruises, and plenty of time to cross the Canadian side on foot. You will need your passport plus $1 to return to the United States from Canada. On the way there was one breakfast, one toilet break and one lunch. On the return trip there is a toilet break every 2-3 hours.
Hermosos paisajes y la atención del guía y en el traslado excelente! Muy recomendable el tour!!!!!!!
