We had a great shopping experience with Suzanne of ZTrend New York. She worked super hard to find us some great deals for our styles. We had a great time hunting for treasure in vintage, thrift, amd second had shops.

Suzanne was fantastic, not only as a shopping and fashion guide but also company. My twins had a great shopping trip and got so many bargains (as did their mum)! We liked the shops so much we went back to a few for some more deals! It really was a great trip. I can’t recommend Suzanne highly enough!
Suzanne talked with my daughter to understand her interests, style and whether she was looking for anything in particular. My 17 year old is pretty picky, but we visited about 6 shops, tried on and bought a few great finds. We also took the subway for the first time - score! Would definitely do this again - maybe when she’s a little older and more interested in quality finds.

What a wonderful trip we had with Suzanne. We explored areas and shops that we just wouldn’t have found by ourselves! Suzanne had a great eye for both of us and found some wonderful (cheap) clothes. Suzanne was amazing! She picked out items for my daughter to try on that she typically wouldn’t have picked. Some she liked and some she didn’t, but that’s the point. She helped her find some really cute clothes that she typically would not have bought. We will be back to NYC and use Suzanne again. Suzanne was terrific. We were lucky enough to have it just be my 16 year old daughter and me. Suzanne was like a personal shopper for my daughter - highly specialized and tailored suggestions. She is still talking about her experience well into the evening. If you want to be a “cool mom” for a generally unimpressed teenage girl, definitely book this tour.

Suzanne is a fashion unicorn in the jungle! I had my daughter (16) and her exchange student from London with us for a marathon shopping day. Suzanne was as much stylist as she was navigator and storyteller! Even having lived in the city years ago, the day felt like I saw whole new "fashion insider" nooks and crannies! The price points were perfect for teen budgets so they were able to hunt and gather some great affordable pieces and even I came home with a haul! I HIGHLY recco this unique and fun experience. My teen is very petite and Suzanne called stores ahead of time to make sure they would have clothes that fit her so she didn't waste our time. She took us to some amazing stores that we would have never found on our own. Suzanne took my 19 and 17 year old daughters vintage/thrift shopping. The girls loved it! Suzanne took them to hidden gems we never would have found on our own as Toronto tourists. Suzanne was knowledgeable and friendly and both girls thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Both girls picked up several items that they love at a deep discount. Highly recommend for your teens that love to thrift!!
Suzanne was very helpful in planning this shopping trip. My teen daughter bought a few dresses, some nice shirts, a sweater and basic black jeans. I bought a nice wide leather belt and we both found accessories. Suzanne had a lot of great suggestions and she even offered a few suggestions that I had chosen for my daughter because I knew my daughter wouldn’t consider it if I suggested it. Suzanne can sift through quality easily. She’s clearly an experienced shopper and knows the good New York brands. The whole trip was delightful and definitely geared towards what we wanted to shop for. She also gave us a list of great shopping spots, but we definitely preferred the individualized tour. We would definitely do this trip again on another visit to New York City.
