This company knows how to be responsive! I indicated a noon departure to the airort, Mr. Ali arrived at me hotel early knowing that crossing the international border might take a while. He was right. He texted to let me know he was early (20 minutes). We made it through the border crossing with know issues. Trust me: Book this company and avoid ride sharing and taxis. This company has proper documentation that allows them to bring customers back and forth between the Canadian and American border. Many thanks to Mr. Ali for a smooth ride.

From the first phone call to book to the final drop off back at the airport the service was personal, but professional and flawless! Sal the owner, took my call and was really helpful with planning. He turned out to be our driver as well.
Door to door friendly service, from the airport to our Airbnb and back again. This was especially nice since the buses and many other taxis don't actually cross the border from the USA into Canada, but rather drop off at the Rainbow Bridge.
Communication was on point. I received a text the night before we arrived with detailed information and a picture of the vehicle Sal would be driving, and another text just before he arrived at the airport.
A text was received the night before our return to ensure plans had not changed, as well as a text when he pulled up in front of our rental home.
Reasonable fees, and payment can be cash or card on day of service, or in advance if you prefer.
The customer service from this company is fabulous! If I return I will definitely be using their services again. This company without a doubt gets a ratina of 10 out of 10!

Great service and communication. Sal picked us up from Buffalo airport and transferred us across the border to our hotel on the Canadian side of Niagara and took us back 3 days later.
