Private Roundtrip Transfer Buffalo Airport (Buf)-niagara Falls

Our driver, John, was great! He was calling as soon as I took my phone off of airplane mode to tell me that he saw that our plane had landed and would be waiting at the escalator. He helped get our luggage and loaded it up. He gave us some tips on things to do while we were in Niagara Falls CA. Once again, for our return trip to the airport, he arrived early and was waiting for us in the lobby. We really appreciated the great service and would recommend them highly!

Easy pick up at the Buffalo, NY airport and drop off at our Niagara Falls hotel. Communication with Wheelz was easy and reassuring. John let us know where and when he would pick us up. No stress.

We had a round trip with John. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to have driving us on our trip. The process was easy. He texted me when he was there and where he was. Easy to find and assisted us in the airport and to ease us through the border for a smooth process. Coming home there was major traffic at the border (day of the technology outage) which we almost missed flight but John was proactive and we made our flight home! I would recommend!!

We had a long day with flight delays and he had to pick us up at 10:30 pm. He was there when we came off escalator with bright sing with my name. Sure was glad to see him because we were worried about finding him. He found us. Thank You. He was very nice polite and made nice conversation. Very good service. Would recommend to anyone.

Our driver Bill was wonderful! Waiting for us in the baggage area when we arrived. Gave us a tour through Niagara Falls and NOTL before driving us to our hotel. Plus, suggested nice eating places. Even let us stop to get some Wonton soup. Very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about the area.

Don was there waiting at airport baggage claim just wish airlines was quicker with our bags however Don gave us some great tips for our stay

The service to and from Buffalo International Airport and Niagara Falls Canada was prompt and convenient for my travel plans. Our driver met us exactly as directed with no waiting. Both drivers were so pleasant and gracious with helping with luggage to providing interesting facts about Niagara Falls and the Niagara region. The border experience went smooth and our return driver checked the wait times at two bridges prior to our pick up and used the one with the least amount of traffic to get us to the airport without a long wait. I appreciated having this type of service available for me and my family. I would certainly recommend it to anyone considering travel to Buffalo/Niagara Falls and elsewhere.

The Viator gentlemen who got us from Buffalo airport to Niagara Falls and back were friendly, on time, informative, professional and great to talk to. They made the journeys to and back anxiety free and fun.

Viator partnered with Wheelz Niagara to take our group of 11 from the BUF Airport to/from our hotel in Niagara Falls Canada. We were lucky to have Steve as our driver on both parts of our trip. As promised, he was in exactly the right spot to pick us up at the airport, holding the sign with our name. His vehicle was very similar to the smaller tour buses and suited our group perfectly. MUCH BETTER than if we had selected 2 SUVs and traveled separately. He loaded all of our luggage in the separate luggage compartment. He got us through the border crossing and delivered us to our hotel, while providing a bit of commentary on the sites we drove past. On the return leg, he found us in the hotel lobby and directed us to an exit door right where his vehicle was parked. He again loaded all of our luggage and we set off for the airport. He delivered us to the airport without incident. There were two aspects of this service that registered the most. (1) After doing much reading of Trip Advisor reviews of the many options, I was concerned about the reliability of our choice to appear when promised and to stay in communication with us. Steve did a great job on both counts. After seeing him where promised when we arrived, I was not worried. I called him directly several times to confirm things and never had an issue reaching him. (2) The vehicle that was used (14 passenger bus with separate luggage area) was absolutely perfect for our group. My only regret on this review is that I cannot give more than 5 stars! Great job, Steve and Wheelz Niagara!

The wife and I booked round trip transportation from Buffalo, New York to Niagara Falls, Canada. Our driver met us approaching the baggage claim area. He was polite, professional and informative about the areas history. Pickup for the return trip back to the United States was equally enjoyable. Our driver was well versed on the numerous Canadian wineries. He sparked the wife’s interest to the point we intend to plan a wine tasting trip. Utilizing Viator made for a carefree wedding anniversary trip, allowing us to focus on each other, opposed to logistics.

Very disappointed with vehicle type, not at all what was shown on add for the price. Per add we expected a luxury vehicle, something other than a mini van for that price. Felt deceived by the add. Drivers were great, very knowledgeable about the area.

Pick up was on time. Very friendly driver and knowledgeable about the area. The border crossing from Canada into US only took a few minutes.

Our driver was waiting downstairs by baggage claim holding a sign with our name just as advertised. One of the best transfers we have ever had. Our driver was very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Our return transfer was just as easy and smoothly. Our driver was waiting down stairs waiting on us even though we moved our pick up time an hourly earlier that morning.

I don’t know whose fault it was, but somehow our reservation didn’t get into their system. They went out of their way to solve the issue and we had a better trip to Niagara-on-the Lake (via the Falls) than we might have had otherwise. Harold came in on his day off and we got to NOTL beautifully. I’m assuming the trip back will be the same.

From the moment the transfer was booked - until we returned to Buffalo Airport, everything worked like a charm. The booking process with Steve, the great arrival-guide received well in advance, the greeting at arrival, the pick-up again from the hotel and the timely drop-off again at Buffalo. Excellent service, clean car, very friendly drivers. What more would you want ? HIGHLY recommended!

As we did not want to rent a car and deal with traffic, this made our lives easier. Harold was our driver in both directions and we couldn't have been more pleased. My husband and I flew into Buffalo and used this service to get us to our hotel in Niagra Falls Canada. We booked round trip service and both drivers were early and easily found. Getting over the boarder was quick and easy; we had our passports. Our drivers were kind and friendly. We got great advice on where to eat without busting our budget. We had a 6:00 AM return flight home so we scheduled to get picked up at our hotel at 3:30 AM. Our driver was there when we walked out of our hotel at 3:20 AM and gave us a friendly greeting and a smile. I highly recommend this service. Also, our drivers were Canadian and true to what you think of Canadians - good people.
