The limo tour with Jim was outstanding. He was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive to my parents’ needs, ensuring they were comfortable throughout the journey. Jim took care of all the details, accommodating our requests to stop when needed, including restroom breaks, and carefully assisting my parents in and out of the vehicle. His explanations of each site were thorough, helping us appreciate the cultural and historical significance of every location we visited. I greatly value the support he provided, especially given my parents’ age, and I couldn’t have asked for better service. I also want to extend my thanks to the driver, who graciously accommodated our numerous requests and ensured we were dropped off at our preferred final destination. Overall, the experience was exceptional, and I truly appreciate the thoughtful and professional service.

We surprised my daughter with this adventure and she was so excited! Our tour operator was very sweet and knowledgeable and took us to the best spots.

We had one day in Manhattan. Our Guide Nancy was amazing! She was very knowledgeable, passionate about the city and the sights. Great personality, flexible and accommodating with the itinerary! Our Driver Mohammad was great, and so good at navigating through the traffic. He was friendly, helpful and always on top of it! The tour van was modern, clean, and comfortable! I can’t say enough good things about this team! I was also so impressed with the service of the tour company. They were responsive, and called me several times to discuss the itinerary and to make sure we were fully in the loop. Great way to see NYC!

Absolutely fun and great tour! Our guide, Nancy, was knowledgeable and very interesting and our driver, Sam, made it possible to stop in all places we were interested in.

The tour guide was incredible. A true gentleman and a scholar. He knows everything that there is to know about the city. It’s sweet spots, the little nooks and crannies, it’s former under belly, the places that will make your tour magical. The service on a whole is great but Antonio I believe his name might be is incredible. You can’t ask for a better guide.

Went with my parents and 10 year old daughter. Loved the tour and the places our guide suggested. Went to places we would have otherwise not know in NYC otherwise! The company was responsive since the beginning. Our guide Nancy made sure all of us had a great time. Thank you Nancy, it was a pleasure!

Nancy was great and very accommodating to my 8 year old granddaughter. The only disappointment was that the Statue of Liberty was so far in the distance.

My family was getting together in NYC to visit now we’ve all been vaccinated and enjoy the sights. Issac was wonderful and so accommodating to our needs with pick up and drop off with the tour. Beautiful stretch limo arrived and our “kids” were so excited to sightsee in a limo. Our tour guide, Nancy was awesome! We can not say enough wonderful things about her! She was fun and excited to share the city with us. Nancy has an amazing wealth of knowledge about NYC! For the limited time we were in the city - Nancy took us over the famous bridges, Central Park, Grand Central Station, Chinatown, 911 memorial, One World Trade Center, Time Square. Absolute best way to experience NYC in a short time!!! Thank you Issac & Nancy😀

We very much enjoyed this limo ride tour of NYC. Our tour guide was Nancy and her knowledge and obvious love of the city and all 5 Burroughs is evident. We started at our VRBO in the upper West side and were treated to areas throughout New York. Nancy's knowledge extended beyond just the development of the areas into the actual cultural groups that live in each. From celebrities to the poorest people, she kept us entertained with her stories of their stories. We stopped at several restaurants/stores along the way to eat, and walked around Fulton Ferry after dark. Our driver was superb in his skill and ability to follow Nancy's directions to take us everywhere. If I visit NYC again, I would absolutely book this tour again.

This was a fabulous tour of all of NYC. Nancy made the time delightful and informative. Ali driver flawlessly. This is the easy to see NYC on your next visit!

We ( my husband, his sister and our brother-in-Law) all met in New York to see the Broadway show “Ain’t Too Proud”. We were only there for 2 nights. We walked all over Times Square the first afternoon. We stayed at The Hotel Edison which was across the street from the Imperial Theater. I had “Tripadvisored” tours and decided on the 3 hour Best of New York limo tour. It was fabulous! Eddie was an excellent navigator and driver and Laurie, our tour guide, was exceptionally knowledgeable about all things New York! Needless to say, we had a blast! I cannot say enough positive things about the experience. If you are planning a trip to NYC, you’ll never regret this great tour and these great people.

My parents and I enjoyed this tour with Eddy our driver and Laurie our guide so much! It was tailored to our needs (we all have bad knees!) and interests. Laurie was so wonderful to talk to and Eddy drove so smoothly through traffic. It was awesome!

<p>Excellent tour james rhe guide was very knowledgeable. The brown houses manhatton area was beautiful. We got to see lots of areas we would never have found. James took photos of us and talkedna lot about the areas. It was a great way to see newyork.</p>

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to switch the date of our tour with only 48 hours notice and the company graciously accommodated our change in plans. Eddie, our limo driver, was amazing. <p>excellent trip, an opportunity to see and visit places we would not of experienced had we not booked this trip. also lovely to do this in style and put our feet up after lots of walking</p>

<p>Our guide on this tour, Laurie, was great. She was full of information, and really enthusiastic. And it was a great way to see the city. My only quibble is that the limo windows were tinted meaning that until you got out of the limo, you got a slightly darkened view of things.</p>

<p>This was so worth doing! Tony was a fantastic guide who was great fun too! We saw loads, got the chance to take lots of pictures and found out loads of useful stuff. Very swish being in a stretch limo too. We did the tour on our first day and it really helped us get our bearings and decide what we wanted to visit during the rest of our trip. <p>This tour was easily one of the best decisions we made on our trip to New York. Our guide Ianto was fantastic! We could not have asked for a better way to be shown the city and he also had great recommendations on where to sight-see and eat. I cannot rate this high enough and encourage anyone to try this tour out as well!</p>

They will stop anywhere you desire. The layout of the city and Burroughs were explained in depth, thus making travel easier. TY</p>

<p>The owner/manager of the company went out of his way to correct a problem we had with the limousine. Besides that problem, the tour was informative, fun and a very private way to learn about New York.</p>

<p>Brilliant, limo was fantastic all lit up inside with drinks and glasses. Went to see Grand Central Station, Brooklyn Bridge, Wall Street, Freedom Tower where we went for walks. Nancy was our tour guide she was excellent very friendly and knowledgeable</p>

<p>Our party of four booked this trip as a birthday celebration, the day before we were contacted and asked if we would change to a different type of vehicle, we said no and explained that we specifically wanted a limo, when we got back to the hotel I was asked to ring the limo company who told me they didn't have a limo available for the afternoon and could we swap to the morning, we really had no choice, it was that or nothing but it was really disappointing as we had booked and paid months in advance. I have contacted Viator regarding this but two weeks on they have not had the courtesy to reply to me. The tour itself was very interesting and the guide was lovely but we couldn't go to quite a few places we wanted to because the UN was in town and half the city was closed off. I imagine that was also why there where no limos available!</p>

<p>Was an excellent route... we requested for a white limo and they granted it. We got picked up from the restaurant and went around ... the last stop looking at Manhattan view was a breathtaking. Thank you!!!!!</p>

<p>This is an experience worth doing in New York, though i would recommend to do it by night. <br/> Even though the driver arrived 30 minutes late, we enjoyed the trip and the driver drove everywhere we wanted him to. However, we were expecting some information on NYC and the main touristic buildings from the driver, but he did not speak to us at all. We were looking forward to have a guided tour as someone from Viator tried to find us someone speaking French.</p>

<p>This tour was great because it was personalized for us. With 2 children, 6 and 8, we wanted to see many things, but quickly and without a lot of walking. We had a glass topped SUV so all the buildings could be seen well. We enjoyed the Chrysler building, but more importantly, having the limo waiting outside for us. A great way to see New York.</p>

<p>This was my most favourite tour of NYC, our guide was exceptional, even letting my wife and kids hold one of his long haired dash hound dogs each, it just made their night . He went above and beyond to make this tour so wonderful !</p>

<p>This was a nice relaxing evening with our tour guide from Wales. He took us to many parks, Wall street and World trade Center site. We had a list of must see's and we went to all of them and got a very educational experience for kids as well. He would pull over if we saw something we wanted to see. Great trip!!!</p>

<p>It was the perfect splurge and the best way to be able to see as much of NYC as possible in a few hours. Our guide Laurie was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable about NYC and it's history (current and past). Our driver Joseph was professional, safe, and courteous. I would strongly suggest this manner of traveling around NYC to any couple or group.</p>

<p>Our booking was handled very well through Viator. The limo turned up on time, and the driver was very courteous. Unfortunately the tour guide was ill and it was apparently too late to organise another guide, so she soldiered through the tour, but after throwing up consistantly through the tour, she had to call it a day and leave. Although I do feel sorry for her illness, I do feel very shortchanged for our "3 hour" tour as she did leave the tour earlier than the 3 hours, and again although she valiantly tried to do her best, I feel if she was in good health it would have been so much better.</p>

<p>Both the driver and the tour guide were great. we enjoyed ourselves and learned about New York.</p>

<p>We had two, because the first time we had a dreadful limo (leaked inside!!) and driver (sped past the things we hope to see!). Annie the guide was great. Second time, we had Isaac and his Cadillac- much better. Really good at tailoring the tour to your interests. Highly recommend:)</p>

Annie was a better guide than we could have hoped for - she catered to everyone's interests, was both informative and entertaining. Michael, our driver, manouvered the streets and traffic dropping us off and picking us up without any concerns. Considering the crowds and road conditions at that on Dec. 30th, we saw and did more than imaginable. Certainly worthwhile.

Annie our tour guide was excellent,her knowledge of the areas that we visited was exceptional.
