Jet Black experience was fantastic! Soon after I booked my ride from JFK to midtown NYC I received email and text communications. Upon arrival my driver texted me and we were met at curbside. No need to travel on the airtrain to ride share pickup. The ride into town was smooth and the driver was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Avoid this scam! We have booked a ride to get to the airport with our 4,5 months old baby days in advance because we wanted to make sure we have a safe ride. We got an official confirmation. Hours before the trip, the company canceled on us citing high demand. We never got our money back (USD 180) and the company is ghosting us. This company is fraud!

I booked JetBlack Transportation from JFK and the service was excellent. The driver was waiting on time, the car was spotless, and the ride into the city was smooth. After a long flight, it was a great to have such a reliable and professional service. I felt safe and taken care of the entire trip. Highly recommend JetBlack if you’re flying into JFK and want a hassle-free transfer.

I started using jetblack on the recommendation of a friend and after I had a horrible experience with Lyft. They have never let me down. My last flight was delayed and I did not get out of the airport until midnight, that was 2 hours past the designated pick up time. Jetblack was right there for me, no extra charges and got me to my destination in record time. Would recommend them to anyone, especially coming from JFK. Love them.

JetBlack left us stranded and weeks later they STILL haven’t refunded us our money. I booked transportation from this company (JetBlack) in advance to pick up my family and me from JFK and to take us to outlet hotel in midtown. When we landed, the driver texted me to say he was ready to pick us up when we had our luggage. When we got our luggage, I texted and got no response. I called him and he informed me he wasn’t coming and that I had to contact the company. When I demanded a reason why he wasn’t going to pick us up, his response was “they don’t pay me enough.” I had to call the company multiple times to arrange another ride. They finally told me that it’d be at least 30 minutes before another driver could get to JFK. I told them to cancel my reservation and they agreed. We ended up taking a taxi for less than the company had charged my credit card. Even more frustrating is the fact that since then, I’ve received no refund from them even though I’ve contacted them three times including via the manner they posted on Google Reviews. That too is telling; JetBlack publicly responded to my negative review on Google but still has done nothing to refund me what I I am owed.

Service was on time. Good communication with whatsapp with customer service team. One of the drivers honked the horn a bit excessive.

I booked a meet and greet extra for $45 and also WhatsApped firm when I landed . The meet and greet was there but I had to wait for 30 minutes for the cab. The driver blamed it on bad weather and heavy traffic but if you book a premium service you expect the firm to have the cab waiting for you when you are booking meet and greet . Meet and greet is not having someone meet you at arrivals but also having the can waiting for you at the kerbside . It would have been quicker and easier to get a under/lyft. I tried to ask for a refund for the meet and greet as it was so and but the firm refused . So cancelled the other trip I had with them . Will not be using them again. The customer service was really not up to scratch to say the least

Ontime, communicative, well appointed car, perfect experience. The driver was courteous and professional. He was parked in a perfect spot so there was zero hassle getting to the car.

This was my first time using Jet Black Limousine services (Trip #41550). My flight arrived JFK early and my driver Xavier was right on time to meet me. He was a great conversationalist, which made my travel time into NYC go quickly and much more enjoyable. The entire experience was easy and uncomplicated, which took the stress out of my early morning flight. I would gladly use Jet Black again!

They state they offer a 90 minute wait time before charging excess “waiting” fees ($1 dollar per minute). If your plane lands early they instigate the wait time upon landing - not the scheduled time of arrival despite the driver being sent to collect per the correct time of landing. Communication is abrupt and they are unreliable. Uber Is a far cheaper and easier option from JFK. Pick up right outside the airport. Wouldn’t touch these with a barge pole. Avoid.

What a great experience! All very easy to book. I couldn’t have asked for better communication, the day before pick-up I was contacted to make sure the journey details were correct. Once confirmed I was given details of my driver. On the day, the driver messaged me to let me know he was leaving and then when he arrived, also providing vehicle information. Our driver was lovely! From first contact with the company, I never in my life have been treated with such courtesy, manners and genuine interest in my booking. I had made the booking for my friend as a surprise arriving from Dublin who intended to take the subway to Time Square with her 11 year old son. When I had let the company know about this, they could not have done anything humanly possible to make this all happen. Nothing was a problem and I was constantly updated. Amazing, 100%. We have been using this company for our airport transport since a very poor experience with another company. They have been reliable all this time. Your driver is assigned in advance and both the company and driver communicate with you when the car is en route to your home or is ready to pick you up. When you are worrying about catching a flight this is very reassuring. Drivers and vehicles have been consistently good also.

Service was easy to use. Car was late model and pristine. Driver was very professional (though she did get pulled over for running a stop sign which she didn't see; I didn't either but wasn't really looking, and there was construction going on at the intersection so it might not have been easily visible). Booked a long weekend in New York City to celebrate my wife's birthday. Used Jet Black to transfer from the airport to mid-town Manhattan. Scheduling was easy. The prices were excellent. The driver communicated with this and showed up at the expected time. Very professional and courteous. Our overall experience with JetBlack was excellent. We will be sure to use them every time we visit NYC. I highly recommend them !

BEWARE! SCAM Operator TLDR: dont book their service if you want a reliable and punctual transportation service. Ubers are the best. I paid more than $550 for a luxury van to take me from Manhattan to JFK Airport, scheduled for 4pm on 26 Dec 2023. The “luxury van” did not show up. Despite me calling the Jet black office multiple times, the driver was apparently uncontactable. The office also did not send any replacement driver. After waiting close to half an hour, family family and i hopped into a couple of Uber XLs (which took 2mins to arrive) to get to the airport. If i had waited any longer for Jet black, i would definitely have missed my international flight. Terribly disappointed in the service (or lack there of) that Jeblack provided. And they claim to be a luxury transportation service. Absolutely rubbish. They’ve got zero reliability and i regret booking with them

I had an incredible experience with JetBlack Transportation! They picked us up from JFK in a luxurious Mercedes S580 and provided a full-suited chauffeur. The ride was not only comfortable but also oozed sophistication. Their punctuality and professional service made our journey from the airport to the city stress-free. Avoid like the plague. Requested a 7:00am from midtown to JFK in an SUV. My wife & I got the front at 6:55am. No driver. 7:00am. No driver. 7:05am. No driver. I call and he said he's close. 7:08am up comes a rundown Toyota minivan and the driver was wearing jeans and a worn Polo. Not a great impression. Inside was semi-clean, but looked like his family was just in it. Drive started and it was not good - the suspension in the van desperately need replacing - my back still hurts. Then, the driver drove like a maniac, weaving in and out (there were a few 'dear gods' from my wife and lots of eyes squeezed shut). I get this is New York but it was terrible. Get to the airport (luckily, unharmed) and I try to call Jet Black. 5 separate times. No one picked up. So, I texted, advising the driver was late and was not the car I requested and drover very unsafely. The response I got was that the driver was 'only 7 minutes late' (not true - he was 9 minutes late) and a minivan IS an SUV (I think many people would argue with that - besides, that was not disclosed on the website). So, if I was late, they would charge me but when their guy is late - that's on me somehow. Got it. 30 minutes later I got a text confirming the car that picked me up and I said yes, it was. 40 minutes later i receive another text that "there is heavy traffic in NY and tunnels with the city." And offered a 5% discount. Wow - 5%!! Mind you, this is after they have you prepay a 20% tip. I respond saying that's not good enough. And Jet Black responds with, oh - absolutely nothing, 13 hours later I text again asking for a response when they offer a rousing 10% of the tip back. The reason someone picks a car service is to get a confirmed ride at a confirmed time which, with Uber or Lyft, rides get scheduled and canceled all the time. A person also picks a car service because the car is generally of higher quality and the driver is safe and responsible. None of those things happened here and Jet Black just tried to make excuses and rationalizations and they also never apologized for lying on their website about the vehicle, the fact that their driver was late and that he drove very unsafely. I would rather walk to JFK in the snow then use Jet Black again.

We requested pick up from Bayonne cruise port with transfer to JFK. Our driver was on time, polite and a safe driver. So it went perfectly. Would not hesitate to use this service again.

After carrying out a web chat prior to booking we booked a 2pm pickup to allow us time to clear Customs and retrieve our luggage, my mobile wouldn’t connect to any US network so had to stay in the terminal to connect to the wifi to communicate with Ahmed the driver. He was so understanding and was a great help and courteous to us all. Once I was at the hotel and connected to data customer service had sent an email to say they had taken an additional waiting charge from our credit card, even though we were not late for our pickup, actually were early for it! After many emails in New York and back in the UK they refused to credit the money, this is concerning as they must retain card details to allow them to do this. They stated they called me and spoke to me, but this is not true as I couldn’t make calls due to network problems and only retrieved the voicemails on return to the UK.
