My tour was excellent. Our driver/engine (Lee) was very experienced and well-informed. Never in a rush. My interaction with Tripadvisor was terrible. The interface did not let me enter a time or give me a way to contact the driver. I got a location to meet the driver, which was a street corner, but no way to contact him or Tripadvisor to clarify the pickup site (their phone number was busy a lot). I thought I had wasted my money on a scam site, when the morning of the day I had signed up for, the driver called me and asked when I wanted to to go. From that point, everything was fine.

Itinerary
The tour will begin just five blocks from Central Park, conveniently located near all major hotels in Midtown Manhattan. As you approach the main entrance of Central Park, there will be a brief stop where your tour guide will give you the general information about this man-made architectural wonder. You will learn who built the park, when and what it used to be before it was one of the most visited sights in New York.
Approximately 15 minutes after you begin the tour, you will reach the first stop, where the guide will drop you off and you will have the chance the explore Bethesda Terrace. Considered one of the most beautiful places in Central Park, you will have the opportunity to go for a short stroll, take some photos and enjoy the street performances.
The next stop will be Cherry Hill, a place to buy a horse in the past; now this venue opens up a breathtaking view of the lake and the Upper West Side. This is where you will hear about the luxury condos of the rich and famous and hear some gossips from your local expert.
You will then arrive at Strawberry Fields, one of the most visited places in Central Park and a memorial for John Lennon. Situated right across the street from The Dakota, where the famous Beatle used to live. You will be dropped off in front of the entrance, and will have the chance to walk the gardens. Sit and relax while listening to some of the most popular songs of one of the most influential bands in the 80s.
If you decide to do the 2-hour tour, you will begin heading north until you get to the Belvedere Castle. This gorgeous castle is one of the most romantic sights in Central Park. You will go to the top of the castle and enjoy the amazing views of the park and the city.
Some of the other sights covered on the tour include Tavern on the Green, the Central Park Zoo, the Carousel, The Mall, Sheep Meadow and many more.

Our Central Park pedicab ride was easily one of the highlights of our trip! From the moment we hopped in, our driver, Mac, made us feel completely at ease with his warm personality and great sense of humor. What really stood out, though, was how knowledgeable he was—he didn’t just pedal us around, he brought the park to life. As we rode through the beautiful scenery, Mac pointed out famous landmarks, shared interesting history, and even gave us little-known facts we would have never discovered on our own. He knew exactly where to stop for the best photo opportunities and made sure we had time to take it all in without feeling rushed. The ride itself was smooth and relaxing, which was perfect after a long day of walking. It felt like a personalized tour rather than just transportation. You could tell he genuinely enjoyed what he does, and that energy made the whole experience even better. If you’re visiting Central Park, I highly recommend doing a pedicab tour—especially if you get a driver like Mac. Friendly, informative, and unforgettable!
Moussa Fall was extraordinary. He was a wealth of knowledge about the park and the city. He took wonderful care of me and my mother.
It was an excellent experience, Noah was so kind to be around. Noah was smart, and knew a lot about the Central Park. Happy to experience it with him!!!
Tour company was a ‘no show’! Booked a Sunday pedicab tour. No sign of company at the meeting location provided. Company didn’t respond to phone call or text - never heard from them. At least Viator was quick w/refund. Really wanted to take the tour, but wanted to work with a reputable company.
Me and my fiancee decided to take the pedicab tour. It was amazing experience. We had really good time around central park and our driver was so funny and knowledgeable about the park. The whole trip was at reasonable price not like the other pedicab tours that they ripping off tourists at 5-7$ per minute. Very nice job Central Park tours, looking forward for more pedicab tours!!!
Super funny tour guide with a great sense of humor. It was a 1 hour tour of the park on a pedicab/rickshaw. Dave was phenomenal. I will definitely look for him next time in New York
I am so delighted with the service of this company. Everything was so easy from the start. We made our reservations online. They contacted us and gave us information about everything in the tour. Our tour guide (Zdravko) was waiting for us in the exact place and time that was described. Zdravko was so friendly and really knowledgeable. He was a lot of fun and I really want to thanks him for our tour. I highly recommend this guide tour.
I reserved a pedicab tour on their website a week before arriving to New York. Although a bit sceptical because we prefer to walk inside the park this tour was a great combination of everything! We learned a lot about the history of Central Park at the same time our guides kept the tour entertaining and definitely not boring! Also, there was at least 3-4 places where we were allowed to get out of the pedicab and explore on foot. This is definitely the best part of the tour. Make sure you book in advance, they were busy.
We absolutely recommend the pedi-cab tour of Central Park! Especially if you can have Tam as your driver/guide! He was friendly, knowledgeable, thoughtful, fun, just a great guide! He met us at the Bike Rental Shop (it was a little hard to find, be persistent) and introduced us to each element of the Park -- we stopped just the right number of times, Tam took photos of us that are post-card-worthy! He had inside info, all the dates, celebrity sightings, and he let us wander sometimes. Central Park is really extraordinary -- so interesting, so much history, so serene inside that crazy city! It truly was a great way to spend two hours!
Set up your via TripAdvisor email verification said there would be a time emailed to us for our Sat your. We received nothing. I called the number and the lady said just show up there’s always a cab. So we showed up at 1pm the guy said we should of requested a time because they were really busy and we would have to wait 1.5hrs. I let him know I tried to get a time but was told to show up. He worked hard and got us a pedi lined up and said “he’s one of our best drivers” then when he took us out to meet him he asked him his name? Typical BS. Anyway we had a good tour guide a bit hard to understand but knowledgeable.
We weren't sure quite what to expect and were thinking of canceling this tour but we were very glad that we didn't! The tour operator was very accommodating with reference to the time of the tour. Our guide was Lucas and he made the tour funny and interesting, we took the two hour tour and our 8 year daughter loved it as well. It would have cost less if we had booked direct with the tour operator when we got to New York but you live and learn.
Our driver, Tam, was friendly, informative and drove us safely on our first trip to Central Park. It was a very cool Sunday, but the blanket he provided kept us toasty warm.

Great experience with Phillip, the Bulgarian Nuclear Scientist and pedicab operator extraordinaire!

Our cab driver was extremely personable and knowledgeable about Central Park's history, landmarks and anecdotes. We were first time visitors to the park and this hour-long tour was a great overview. Well worth the money!

We did this tour as well as the Central Park TV and Movie Sites Walking Tour. Our Guide was called Zoltan Zee. You have to go to their office to start. It was good fun and Zee certainly knew his stuff.

Vitaly was awesome! So much fun and such a cutie! Most beautiful blue eyes I've ever seen.

Our driver really tried to make the tour presonal for us. Once he figured our interests out he made sure to show us spots that fit. We had a really good time.

EXcellent in all respects. Guide was great, tour covered only about half the park, but it was all you could see in the amount of time we had. It was also relaxing after a day of walking, enjoyable because we had the guides attention 100 percent of the time and so we got lots of answers to questions we had been unable to ask on other tours. We would do it again if we ever are in NYC again.

Would recommend this tour to experience all of Central Park as its huge and only a guide would be able to point out all the interesting places and facts about the park and the surrounding buildings. We made the mistake of going straight to the park for the tour but you need to go to the ticket office located about a 10 minute walk from the park and although it says on the ticket that the tours run all day long, the ticket office did say that they would normally ask us to book a time slot. We were lucky that our tour guide was free and he came to collect us within 15 mins from the tour office and took us to the park. A really excellent tour and tour guide who was really knowledgable and friendly. Would highly recommend this tour.

We loved our Pedicab Tour. We had no idea we would be whipping in and out of NYC traffic but we never felt in danger. We were a party of four, two in each pedicab. Our driver was personable, very informative about sites in the park and on the streets. My only negative was the pedicab my friend and I were riding in was very beat up and we did notice others on our tour that were quite nice in appearance.
