Private Arrival Transfer: Buffalo Niagara Airport To Niagara Falls, Ontario

The driver was expecting 1 person and 6 suitcases despite the booking confirmation stating 5 people 6 suitcases . He was an elderly gentleman who couldn’t even lift the suitcases and didn’t know how the seats were put down in the back to accommodate the luggage. Then he had lost his pass to cross the boarder into Canada at Niagara Falls and to make matters worse he did not have his driving licence or and photo ID so we were all pulled over by immigration and he was taken in for questioning with us waiting in the vehicle for over 45 minutes. Very unprofessional and shocking not to even have his driving licence !!! Would not recommend this company on this basis !

Dave was friendly and on time even though my plane got delayed and I arrived late. The ride was terrific. Very clean. Crossed the border with no issues. Highly recommend. Thanks Dave for a great ride to the Falls!

Our flight was delayed…then the ramp was stuck. Farouk was so patient and waited for us. The luxury vehicle carried our 5 people and our luggage, which is considerable in volume. Again Farouk just patiently loaded us up. He got us through the border crossing with ease and speed so I surely recommend this transport service

Andrew was amazing. He met us at the luggage area and helped with the luggage. He was friendly, professional, and informative. He shared information about the areas we were passing on the way to the Canada side of Niagara Falls.

I did not use the service. We did not make our connection and could not meet the service. Trying to cancel was difficult and we tried to reschedule the pickup time and after calling we’re not successful. Was told I would get an email and did not. We had to get alternate transportation

We used this service at the recommendation of a family member. Our driver was Matt. He was there to meet us at the baggage claim area even though our flight was delayed almost 2 hours. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The ONLY complaint I have was that the vehicle smelled bad. For the cost of this service ($190), I expect a clean vehicle free of any odors. Otherwise great service.

I arrived at airport In Buffalo NY expecting to find my name with a driver but no one was there. It was midnight I had to get a taxi to Canada. I called the car service they told me they never received my reservation from Viator. They offer to pick me up but would be another 40mins. I had waited long enough I just wanted to get to Canada.

He was so nice and professional. He was waiting for us in the airport and very helpful. I will use this service again and I do highly recommend them.

Transportation was outstanding. A few days prior to my trip they reached out to me to confirm airline and arrival time. The day of the driver text to let me know where he would be and will be looking for me. He met me as I arrived at baggage claim and escorted us to the vehicle. Jeremy was very engaging and provided information about Niagara Falls and answered questions so that my stay would be as enjoyable as possible. My first time to the area this was important. Vehicle was clean and well kept instantly assured me I made wise choice. Smooth border crossing and highly encourage if you are coming to Niagara Falls and staying on the Canadian side best choice is this car service as everything was in walking distance. Additionally you do not have to pay for parking. Jeremy is the best.

I called Giorgio’s Limousine a day before arriving for confirmation. Everything was set from airline, flight number, arrival time, and hotel. Jeremy was our driver, very polite and professional. Without knowing he was my driver as I’m walking down to baggage claim, I noticed he was helping individuals, very positive characteristic. As he turned around I noticed my name on a tablet and I knew then it would be a pleasant transfer. Jeremy was very nice as he gathered all of our bags and directed us to the vehicle. He made our transfer very comfortable, as he could tell we were very tired; pleasant music and vehicle temperature. Thank you for your service Jeremy!!

Service was not given as advertised. The driver was not there waiting. I had to call company on voucher which had no record or plans to pick us up. This was supposed to be a seamless luxury transfer but it was not.

Howard transported us from Buffalo Airport to our hotel in Niagara Falls Canada. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He told us the history of the 3 falls and the surrounding areas. We were fortunate to get Howard as our driver to and from the airport.
