We booked this private ground transportation through Viator…from midtown Manhattan to Port Liberty in Bayonne, NJ. Our driver arrived early, was very pleasant/helpful. We highly recommend our driver Ramzy and this service!

Trolley Ron was exceptionally personable and knowledgeable . Really enjoyed his talk and understanding the area better .

No good communication, no good attitude, no friendly but picked up on time. The price is good for private transportation to Manhattan from Brooklyn Port.

Even tho you give them your arrival time and flight number, It still took them 25 minutes to get to the airport. Don’t use them—just go outside and get Uber out taxi.

Make sure you confirm with operator. They never showed up for us claiming they had no reservation for us, when Viator contacted them it suddenly appeared and they agreed to pick us up but they still failed to pick us up. I cancelled it via aviator who were extremely helpful.

Excellent communication, our driver had a good knowledge of area, safe and steady driver. Plenty of space in the vehicle and had a wheelchair lift as requested extra space for a wheelchair user.

We booked 9am pickup. My sedan scheduled it at 7am. We only found out when we checked booking with despatch office night before. That said the car and driver were excellent, Good service much better than a taxi

None, communication was not good. They gave a pick up time way before the time I asked for, so we ended up 1,5 hours early at the cruise terminal. No reaction on my questions about the pick up time, which I send through the app. They did communicate via the app only to let me know the chauffeur was waiting for us. Chauffeur was not friendly or helpful. Did not help us inside the car or ask if the climate was good (windows were open for some kind or reason). Was using his phone first half of the trip (not hands free). And did not set us off at the requested location. We had to walk 50 meters (of course no big trouble, but for a premium price we expected better).

Pick up was perfect. In fact a few minutes early. Driver, Jerry Harold, was super friendly, knowledgeable , helpful and kind. He made us feel very safe and cared for. He handled our luggage with care. He had beautiful soothing jazz music playing throughout the ride. We want to adopt him.

My driver arrived at the hotel four hours earlier than the time I booked. I told him I could not go then, they would not let me in until my port arrival time. I had to take a taxi. Viator and the tour operator, Carmel cars refuse to give me a refund.

We were greeted at LGA by Christopher, thank goodness. He was in constant contact with the driver who was an hour late picking us up. The driver tried to blame the fact that our flight landed early, but by the time we got to baggage claim to meet Chris, it was the time that our flight would have landed, so we were only about 15 minutes ahead of schedule. The driver then told Chris that he was about 10 minutes away, but it was another 45 minutes before he showed up. He did manage to get us safely to the cruise ship, but with the New York traffic, it added much stress that was totally unnecessary. I would not recommend or use this service again.

Our driver was excellent, as was the gentleman who met us in the terminal to guide us to the car and driver. Overall, a great experience!

The SUV we booked arrived ahead of time and was in excellent condition. The driver could not have been more helpful with luggage etc and we arrived in plenty of time for our cruise. not the cheapest but definitely worth the price.

We were transferred from JFK to the Manhattan Cruise Port, and it could not have gone any better. So friendly, and kept us updated throughout the experience. Dee was the best!

<p>This driver was wonderful! He showed us highlights heading out of the city, was a complete gentleman, gave us some history of certain areas and was very pleasant, professional and a true asset to us for Viator transport. Very pleased!</p>

<p>Driver was informative but drove a little fast. As with our ride from Cruise port to Air Port this may just be the custom in New York.</p>

<p>We have used Viator before most notably in Nassau with excellent results. This time we were flying into JFK and needed transport to the cruise terminal. We were met by a representative after we picked up our luggage. It was JFK so it took a while to get the luggage and the rep seemed concerned that we were a no show. He called for a car and before we left I asked if the driver knew where the terminal was. He replied he did and though I attempted to give him the actual address he assured me he knew where he was going. As we were driving about 10 minutes into the ride he asked what the address was. We attempted to give it to him but he was driving and did not appear to understand what we were saying. He slowed on the highway to about 10 miles an hour while he attempted to input the address. Finally with cars passing us on both sides he handed his phone to my husband to input. We were all over the road while he figured out directions. He also made a phone call to dispatch and received a call while driving. This was distracted driving at its worst. We are native New Yorkers so we were not intimidated by the traffic but we know you need total concentration to avoid issues on the road. We travel frequently and I can assure you that Viator is off our list for transport.</p>

<p>Our whole group we traveled with was totally impressed with the service. We landed in LGA,which has been voted one of the worst airports in USA.As soon as we walked out of security there was a very pleasant man waiting for us with a sign with our name on it. He was there to greet us and navigates us through the airport, find and pick up our luggage, call the driver to pick us up and also told driver to pick up a third passenger at another terminal. Everything went like clockwork. It could not have gone smoother. The limo was spotlessly clean.<br/> I have another trip to LGA this year and there is no OTHER company that I would use this one.</p>

<p>They found me or I found them right away and they took me to an area to wait a little but not to long and the vehicle arrived and it took me straight to my destination so all went well.</p>

<p>Ryan(?) was excellent. One of the bags from SFO to EWR did not make the original connection and we had to wait an extra hour for it to arrive. He was very patient. He also took time to find the other half of our travel group that had come into the international gates. He then ran into several other delays, all of which he handled exceptionally well.</p>

<p>This was an extremely smooth and professional experience. Upon arrival at the airport there was a nicely dressed driver with our name on his placard. He waited with us to get our luggage and then pulled his new SUV up to the door and we were off. He also explained things as we drove and gave us a great narration as we proceeded to the cruise port. Upon arrival he was able to bypass the long line and took us right to the luggage drop off. He handled our luggage and we were off to the boat. A wonderful experience. Would highly recommend and we will use this worry free service again.</p>

<p>I had booked a sedan to pick us up at the airport. When I called although I had the paid confirmation they said they could not find it and wanted me to pay again then try to get a refund. A gentleman that drives one of your vans came over to us and drove us in the van. He was very nice but first we had to drop someone off at a hotel. When we got to the cruise terminal he drop us off about a half block from where I luggage needed to be so we had to drag it to the drop off. I had paid for the sedan not a over crowed van that took us on an stop we didn't plan on.</p>

<p>Driver was not waiting for us w/a sign w/our name on it - we had to call phone # - he was at the wrong terminal - he finally found us - took him over 1 hour to get us to the cruise terminal - he did not help w/our luggage. Let us out across the street from the cruise terminal (there were 3 ships in port that day so that was probably a good thing - but pulling luggage across the street was somewhat of a problem</p>
