Nyc Private Holiday Lights Tour

Cesar was our drive and he was OUTSTANDING!!!! We had a great time on this tour. Cesar was very friendly and full of local knowledge. We had several requests and he accommodated them and more. The lights were fantastic. He said they pre-scout the area around Thanksgiving to see what has changed and update their route. I can't say enough about Cesar. He made this a very special experience.

This was an amazing fun experience for the whole family! The lights were amazing and the car was on time, clean loaded with snacks and beverages with the most fun and personable, knowledgeable driver, Casar, who aimed to please! Would absolutely do again!

Our personalized holiday lights tour was the most fun night we could have imagined. César treated us to viewing of beautiful lights and shared stories about NYC that made for an incredible experience. Would recommend to anyone wanting to explore the holiday cheer in luxury.

Hans did a wonderful job with our holiday light tour. He was on time, friendly and so knowledgeable. He was also extremely accommodating with all of us and our 5 children. Hans knew all the great spots and history behind it all. It truly felt like a VIP tour. The only way to see NYC Holiday Light Tour at Christmas time. Highly recommend and would absolutely do it again!

Cesar was an excellent tour guide that went above and beyond. He was early for our pick up and let us know where he was parked. He had drinks and snacks for our tour. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Also, he’s very personable which made the evening quite enjoyable.

This is my second year and I had to bring back my adult daughter and my BFF. They were resistant. How much fun can Christmas lights really be after 5th Ave? Once the trip was over everyone agreed Dyker Heights was the favorite activity of the trip! Money very well spent. It’s really not describable, just go!

Cesar was prompt and communicative. He was very professional and personable. He met us at our hotel, explained what our night would consist of, and asked if we had any special requests. He toured us through many of the NYC sights. It was so much more than we were expecting! We thought a ride to Dyker Heights and back was the plan. Cesar made it so much more! I highly recommend this!

From the moment I booked it to us finishing the tour we revived 100% professional first class treatment. I had some queries before we took the tour and Melissa was great at answering them and explaining what we could couldn’t achieve. Great service leading up to tour with email reminders and then a friendly text from our driver to introduce himself and that he was there. My wife is partial disabled and she was helped get into/out of the beautiful luxury SUV nothing was too much trouble. Our driver Cesar was not only very personable but very knowledgeable and pointed out landmarks as we went buy. The main part of the tour Dyker Heights was stunning with blocks and blocks of Christmas lights and even though the place was swamped with people Cesar patiently and safely traversed the traffic and people so we would experience as much as possible. Leaving Dyker heights as my wife loves bridges we stopped at a great vantage point so we could see the Brooklyn Bridge lit up. On way back to hotel even stopped for pizza (some exceptional good pepperoni) before final drop off at hotel. All in all a first class experience my family will not forget. Many thanks to both Cesar and Melissa. I will use this company again next time in NYC and I will recommend to friends and family to do the same.

The private tour is the way to go!! Dyker heights can get very crowded but our driver knew exactly how to get us around the traffic just where we needed to be to see the best lights.

Ceasar showed us all of the beautiful sights, attended to all of our needs, and even added several extra special touches that made for an awesome tour!

This was the best tour ever! Forget a bus full of strangers, book this tour now! It was so personal and we did all that we wanted to do… and MORE! If you get lucky and get Cesar as your driver, you will have the best night of your trip! He knew all the great houses to see and took us everywhere we wanted to go and surprised us with places we didn’t even know about!

Our driver Greg was brilliant. He pointed out the sights, telling us fun stories and facts. We saw the decorations at Hudson’s Yards on the way to Brooklyn and then a fantastic tour of Dyker Heights where saw all the best houses. On the way back we stopped in Dumbo for a view of the Manhattan skyline and a slice of Pizza from Prince St Pizza in Little Italy - his recommendation. The SUV was super comfortable, with a panoramic sun roof for great views and a stocked mini fridge and snacks. Greg was great company and looked after us all really well. We are a family group with teens and we all loved the evening - it was a unique tour of NYC combined with the fun of driving around to see houses decorated for Christmas - extreme version.

I went together with my wife with driver Greg to Dyker Heights in a great SUV. Greg was an exceptional guide and driver. He brought us to beautifull spots and we ate at Prince the very best pizza slice ever!! Compliments about both tour and driver!!!

We had 5 adults in a darkly tinted three row SUV out to see holiday lights. As you could imagine it was impossible to see out of the windows so we were constantly lowering the window to look out. As it was a very rainy evening, this presented issues with the wet and cold. Although our driver was personable, his command of English was limited so communication was difficult. There was no champagne as indicated in the tour description. Overall we saw some spectacular light displays but our enjoyment was tempered by the challenges of the vehicle.

We had the best time on our Christmas lights tour. Cesar was the perfect driver and tour guide for our ride around Manhattan and Brooklyn. Cesar took the time to explain everything and personalize our tour for us. This was truly one of our favorite things during our trip to NYC. Thank you for a wonderful experience and great memories!

Cesar was great to go out with. He was very professional and fun. He knew a lot of interesting things about the city. Cesar also knew a lot of great places to stop for evening viewing. I hated to see our time with him end.

Mario was a wonderful tour guide. We learned a lot about the areas of the City we drove through and about the Dyker Heights neighborhood. He was fun to talk with and made the whole evening just fly by. We were able to see all the houses and get out where we wanted to. He was very helpful getting my Mom in and out of the car and had snacks and drinks for us.

This private tour with Silver Star Transportation was worth every penny! The lights in Dyker Heights are amazing. Greg our driver was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about NYC and Brooklyn. He took us past Hudson yard and down into the financial district before crossing to Brooklyn. On our way back we stopped in DUMBO at the Brooklyn Bridge to take pictures of the NY skyline and bridge. Then we had a tour of China Town and Little Italy, stopping for a slice of the best pizza! The car was immaculate and there was a plentiful supply of snacks and drinks. This was so much more than a trip to Dyker Heights that I can highly recommend. Massive thanks to Greg you were brilliant!

It’s hard for senior parents to impress our adult children, but we pulled it off with the private limo tour to see the light displays in Dyker Heights, Brooklyn. The whole evening was fantastic and a highlight of our week in NYC. Victor, our driver, picked us a few minutes early from our Times Square hotel and was very pleasant, courteous, and accommodating all evening. We were furnished with two bottles of champagne, bottled water, cokes, and chocolates. Our 27 yo son had fun playing DJ over the sound system all evening and changing up the lights in the back. Our 31 yo daughter and son-in-law said it was “extra” (meaning extra special). It was so relaxing to ride around visiting with each other with no other agenda or deadline. Once we got to Dyker Heights, Victor had us get out at one place for a group photo. On another busy road, we had him drop us off and pick us up 4-5 blocks down the street so we could see some of the yard displays up close. Dyker Heights did not disappoint with the extravagant light displays. On the way back, Victor stopped at DUMBO (Down Under Manhattan Bridge Overpass), without us asking, where he knew there were restrooms and a great view of the Manhattan skyline. We ended the evening by having him drop us at a restaurant where we had made reservations. We all agreed that it would have been fun to just do this again but just drive around the city with no particular destination in mind. Dyker Heights was frosting on the cake!

Our driver was excellent but the program as a whole needs to be managed better. We were picked up in Times Square and it took an hour of our time to get to Dyker Heights. By the time we arrived we had only 20 minutes. We then had to head back and didn’t have time to even go see the Rockefeller Christmas tree. There were only bottles of wine in the limo and no soda beverages that were said to have been included. This was worth about $250, not over $700.

Greg was a great guide. Especially for the car enthusiasts - we saw many amazing one of a kind sights.including the Brooklyn Bridge port -an added bonus

Loved Brooklyn’s Dyker Heights. Was disappointed we weren’t taken to Rockefeller Centre to see Christmas tree.

What an excellent trip! Our driver Victor was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble, he is a total credit to the company. The limo was fully stocked with soft drinks and champagne and we had such a fun trip. Would highly recommend!

We were celebrating my granddaughter’s birthday and we had a wonderful trip through Manhattan’s Christmas lights, Dyker Hights and even went under to Dumbo for an insta moment Our guide Hans was absolutely amazing, he was educated and full of stories about whatever we asked him about We highly recommend this tour, our guide told us it has been in the same company for 48 years and recently the next generation took over.
