Nyc Luxury Bus Tour With 9/11 Museum And One World Access

Very rushed thru the whole excursion. Incorrect ending location given. Was supposed to end at either 9/11 Memorial Museum or One World Trade Center. We were provided tickets to see the Museum and Trade Center. Instead, we had a strict 15 minutes to walk around the outside only and were returned to the start of the tour and couldn't see the 9/11 Museum or the World Center. The tickets were only for 1 p.m. Very disappointing! We then had to pay $60 for a ride to our hotel when we were within walking distance of the Memorials. Don't do it.

Top notch. The bus was excellentand easily accommodated all six of our group. Our tour guide was exceptional. He was a native New Yorker who narrated the tour from a vety personal perspective. I highly recommend this tour and group.

We enjoyed this tour from start to finish. Loved the guide and his “lame jokes”(as he claimed them). The bus itself was excellent! We had good co tourists.

Garrett, our guide, was informative, fun and engaged with the group we all agreed that this was a great tour in terms of length, stops and information and stories that were shared. Our driver was safe and nimble with getting us around. Made for a very enjoyable day!

The tour was well organized, the bus was comfortable and clean, and our guide was awesome!! We saw and learned a lot with opportunities to stop and take some photos. Would definitely recommend to see a lot in a short time!

Get Garrett for your tour guide. Period. And Mony for the second guide. Both are precious. Garrett is hilarious and so sweet and knowledgeable. We went during the Christmas season and so some of the itinerary changed at the last minute ( also due to unexpected snow and ice) so just be prepared to be flexible and go with the flow. Connecting with them before the tour was very easy. Highly recommend. We learned so much!

A wonderful introduction to Manhattan - highly recommended. Our guide conducted the tour with deep local knowledge, entettaining wit, and a moving passion for New York City. The bus was modern and comfortable and our driver did an excellent job, navigating the traffic calmly, safely, and at just the right pace to allow us to take in thd sights.

Tom was our tour guide, a good tour however we were unable to see some of the sites in the itinerary due to road closures, through no fault of the tour guide or the driver. But would recommend to take this tour if your short on time in NYC and want to see the highlights.

It was a nice overview of the city, I only wish it wasn’t as rushed. But due to traffic it was hard to see some sights but the tour guides were great.

Even if you’ve traveled to New York City 50 times you will learn so much history and interesting facts about the city.

The tour guide was great. The tour was just the amount of time. The tour guides assisted in taking pictures. The only complaint was start and stop was not in the same location. We had to figure out how to return to hotel.

Bryant our guide was very funny. He made our tour fun and exciting. He’s very knowledgeable. Our driver Digna was very nice too. They both made our tour memorable.

Amazing trip, Jared and Denja very informative. Great for people who want to experience nyc and have some amazing photo opportunities. We also had Empire State Building booked at end of the tour, such an iconic landmark. Would highly recommend the tour and perfect pick up / drop off location.

This may be the best tour I’ve ever taken! The tour guide Garrett was an encyclopedia of knowledge and history as well as in possessor a clever sense of humor!

We had the most amazing time on the bus tour around NYC. We are so glad that we scheduled this tour as our first adventure in New York. Our tour guide, (I believe his name was Jared) made the experience so special. He not only gave us the history of the city but, played fun games with questions and answers!!! He was extremely knowledgeable which made us want to stay on the bus a little longer to hear more about the city. I would truly recommend this tour guide and bus tour for anyone who wants to visit the city.

This was our first day in Manhattan. We had a quick overview of the city highligths which guided us for our further excursions. Our guide Bryant has a wealth of knowledge on the NYC lifestyle and makes this besides very informative also a very fun tour.

Our guide, Bryant, was extremely knowledgeable, entertaining and helpful. The driver, Digna, was very capable at negotiating the traffic and was also pleasant and helpful. We saw/visited all the places on the comprehensive itinerary.

This tour is great to be able to see a lot of NYC sites in a small amount of time. Our tour guide, Garrett was really informative and funny. Moni, the coordinator was also really good at organization and making sure we got to each site on time.

Great road trip around New York. Tom was very knowledgeable. Victor was excellent navigating the drive. The bus was comfortable and with a tad bit of walking. A little confusion on the Empire State bldg ticket after but the tour operator was very quick to respond.

This bus cruise exceeded our expectations! We hit all of the highlights in which we were interested, getting off at stops that were impactful. Our tour guide, Garrett l, was outstanding and is very informative of all of the nuances that is New York and conveyed them in a way that kept us engaged! He spoke from a standpoint of someone who is knowledgeable of New York from a social, economical and historical standpoint! I would 100% recommend this bus trip to anyone wanting to see all of the important sights but doesn’t have a lot of time. But also the individual who may have the time but wants to see everything and then return for more in depth discoveries to certain areas!

I was supposed to go last Saturday 9/13/25 but became very ill the morning of the trip. For the safety of the other travelers, as well as feeling miserable myself, I stayed behind. I paid $120 for me and my son to go. Once I was feeling a little better I requested a refund and was denied even a partial recovery of my $120. When I asked for verification that the tour bus was full and my reservations stopped another two people from paying I was again denied and my request ignored. Very rude people! I will definitely not be ever booking anything with TripAdvisor again.

It’s a great tour. Jared and Money were great. Very reasonable cost for what you get. If you want a NYC tour this is the one.

Jared & his team were great guides. Only con of the tour was the anticipated Statue of Liberty stop as it was not what was expected, not a great view.

Fantastic tour. Guides were fabulous. Warm, welcoming and friendly. Very knowledgeable and informative. Transport very clean, great driver too. Very reasonable priced and highly recommended.

The tour was good, however did not match de itinerary scheduled in some details, anyway I can say our tour guide was an excellent professional, thank you!

We travelled as a family of four-two adults and two teenagers and really enjoyed our tour of NYC with our knowledgeable tour guide Garrett and our bus driver (apologies didn’t get his name but he was great). Garrett highlighted lots of places of interest while we were on the coach and at the stops; he had a very entertaining style and was happy to answer any questions. We were happy to listen as we’re from the UK and didn’t know as much as the Americans on our tour. It was a good sized group of 15 of mixed ages and accessibility needs but this did not impact the tour at all. Would recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see sights of NYC from the comfort of an air conditioned luxury coach.

We took the four-hour bus tour around New York City, and it was absolutely fantastic! Our guides, Jared and Moni, made us feel right at home and treated everyone like family. The air conditioned bus was a huge plus in the summertime, it was very comfortable between stops. The tour included excellent photo opportunities at iconic locations like the Brooklyn Bridge, the 9/11 Memorial, Rockefeller Center, and the Statue of Liberty. Plenty of restroom opportunities too. Jared and Moni shared insightful information about the city’s history and culture, and they were happy to answer questions along the way. As someone with mobility challenges, I especially appreciated how accommodating they were. This tour was fun, informative, and well-paced. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting New York City. You will love it!!

This was the best tour! We saw so many different places in NYC and the tour guide Garrett was phenomenal. He was so funny, kind, and super knowledgeable! The other gentlemen had a hand to help us on and off the bus and he also offered to take photos! Great experience and highly recommend!
