It's alot of fast paced walking! But worth every step! Our guide, ROB, was excellent! A retired history teacher that was full of knowledge.

Dina was an excellent tour guide, very knowledge and kept everything very organized
Cancelled the tour day before, despite having booked and paid well in advance. Alternative offered for a date after we left. I assume I will be refunded.
A lot was covered in the day by our excellent guide Rob. His knowledge, historical insight and personable approach was exactly what we were looking for. Thank you for showing us your city.
If your flight gets cancelled, they won't refund you a dime. As soon as the flight got cancelled, I tried calling from airport and the person has a phone that cannot hear and does not speak English to understand me.....I called again outside of airport and same answer no refunds. So disappointing, I was within 12 hours.
This walking tour was great, I like everything about it. Our tour guide Jim was very friendly and knowledgeable. We got to see many things, more than what our tour entailed. The ending was amazing, going up the freedom tower and getting the view from up there was the WOW to our tour. Recommended!
Jim was incredible! Very knowledgeable and passionate about all things New York. We learned new things and saw new places that amplified the New York experience. The perfect New York tour! :)
Be prepared to walk, but be prepared top learn and see a lot! John was a great tour guide and helped our group see things we probably nothave normally seen.
Great tour content. Love the game plan…. However the political viewpoint of tour guide was a bit off putting. We chose not to engage with any agenda information shared
Daniel is a great guide We recommend him
Had such a great tour! Saw things and places I’ve only seen in movies and tv but got to experience it in person as well as learn stories about the sites. All around great day and John was outstanding! Definitely recommend it if you’ve never been or just looking for a great your.
Great overview of the highlights, as well as some landmarks that were not on my original list. Our tour guide John B. was great- he had lots of great information and history of the stops.
Jim W was an outstanding tour guide sharing fascinating historical details and stories.
Our guide Jim Wahler was fantastic!! He was fun, educational, and just a joy to spend the day with. We learned so much about New York that we never knew before. And he led us to the two best bites of food we’d had on our entire trip! We had doughnuts in Grand Central Terminal and the best pizza at Underground Pizza. We walked away from our full day tour with an appreciation for NYC and its 400 year history. Thank you, Jim, for taking such good care of us and for sharing your love of NYC with us!
Rob was very knowledgeable, and made visiting New York for the first time very enjoyable and we learned so much and also how to get around the city on the subway! It was Great! We would recommend. Dave and Patty
attitude and knowledge about the visited places with Mindy C (our tour guide)
Mindy was a great and knowledgeable tour guide who made the trivia fun and the walking easy to handle. My teenage kids had a great time and would recommend it for anyone city the city for the first time.
This our first time visit to New York for some of us and this tour was worth every penny!! Our tour guide, Jim was absolutely AMAZING!! You could tell that he really enjoys all things about this city. We learned so much, saw even more and it went fast, even though we walked of 20,000 steps! I am going to highly recommend this tour to everyone that I know is coming to visit New York.
Jacob was such a good tour guide! He was informative and took the best pictures! I loved the tour, it was so cool, seeing Staten Island in real life.
This was a perfect NYC day. John saw to everything and we were able to take in the sights while he told us the history of the city . After the tour I felt much more capable of navigating the city.
We had John Bow as our tour guide for the 6hr walking tour of NYC, all I can say is great things about John. He was great, very knowledgeable and he even had his own pictures of different places of where we toured!! Although the weather did not cooperate with us that day, John made the best of it for us. He is very up beat and very easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend John for this tour!! Hands down the best tour guide we've had.
Dan was very experienced as we walked through the city, took the subway for the first time, and took the ferry to Staten Island. We enjoyed his conversation and the pace was comfortable for the family.
Our Tour Guide, John, was excellent! The Tour was just what we needed and fully met our expectations. Our group was very small due to threatening weather which made it more like a private tour..lots of "inside" info!
Excellent fast paced. Learned lots about many places
This tour was exactly what we hoped for, with only one day in New York. We hoped to see as many iconic NY sights as we could, and this tour delivered. Our tour guide John was interesting and enthusiastic, and came prepared with a book of printed photographs that made the history of this city come to life. He was flexible with our family group, including answers to the many questions we had. Be prepared for the physical part of this tour, as there is plenty of walking. Well worth the time, money, and steps!
We had John for a guide and he was great! Very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of pur questions.
This walking tour was a great overview tour of the city. Our tour guide, Dan, was super knowledgeable and was able to provide great details to NYC history and logistics
Jim was a fantastic guide! He was very knowledgeable about the city and did a great job personalizing our tour to the interests of our family. We went all over the city and always felt safe and learned about so many facets of the city. It was a long and comprehensive tour but we were never bored. Thanks for a great day, Jim!
Dan was great! Very knowledgeable, friendly, upbeat. Saw the major sites. Wish 9/11 museum admission was an option instead of One World Observatory. Recommend for older kids/teens. Lots of walking. Our weather was perfect.
Wonderful tour, incredible tour guide!
Paul was great on our 911 tour. Would recommend this company to everyone
It was a very nice tour and our guide was very informative and pleasant.
Had an amazing day exploring NYC with Cale. He shared so much information about NY and it was a fun and exciting way to learn it all. Cale was able to answer all our questions and did a great job setting a comfortable and fun experience ace for the day. I would highly recommend this tour!
My husband and I really the NYC in a day tour. Jim was an awesome tour guide. He was knowledgeable about all the sites. He gave us a lot of history about all the sites plus he showed us a few extra hidden spots. We enjoyed the Staten Ferry ride. He gave us a lot of history of Lady Liberty. He also saved us some money. He escorted us back to our starting point because we were somewhat intimidated by the subway. His tips on walking Central Park also saved us some money. We were going to take a pedicab but walking was a much better option. Thanks Jim for a great introduction to NYC for the first time visitor
Interesting walking tour of the city! Good for first time visitors. I felt more history / information on the sites we saw on the walk would improve the tour. It did follow the itinerary.
This tour is a great intro to NYC / Manhattan. We learnt so many interesting things about the area and also a bunch of practical stuff about getting around. Our guide Mindy was fantastic, so fun, passionate and knowledgeable. Highly recommend
It was a whole experience sharing my day with Jim. He was our guide and it was fully prepared for that. He knows so many details and storys about the city and his history. I really recommend it. 10/10
Excellent tour and very knowledgeable guide. Dan the man seriously impressed me with his encyclopedic knowledge of NYC and its history. Would give it 5 out of 5 but had a slight hiccup with tickets to the observatory at the end, which was not the guides fault. Other than that, phenomenal tour. Saw a good chunk of what we planned to see, and had a great time. Thanks again Dan, much appreciated!
Loved this tour! Our guide was great and extremely knowledgeable about the city and its history. While it is a lot of walking, it really didn’t feel like it. Make sure you check the weather and dress appropriately. It was cold and we battled rain on and off. Having said that, it was 100% worth it! We also purchased the One World entry and it was not disappointing.
Ray R. is a fun and knowledgeable, giving first hand recollection of 9/11. Ray R. explained the memorial pools, how the names were organized to find someone you and gave you a descriptive account of what it must have been like at ground zero.
You get a true taste of Manhattan/New York through this tour, highly recommend it to anyone looking to learn about the City.
Erica our tour guide was amazing, friendly and very experienced and knowledgeable, she has a friendly bubbly personality 5🌟. Visit was on the 5th May, time was 4hours
My husband and I did this tour with our 10 year old son and it was wonderful! We love doing a tour and learning about a city from someone that lives there. Our tour guide was Dan and he was great! He engaged our son a lot and would ask him questions and he knew so much about the city. We love doing a walking/subway tour and this did not disappoint. Would definitely recommend!
We did the 911 tour, including the museum and the one world observatory. The stand out part of the tour was the part spent with Jimmy, our tour guide. Very sobering day, thank you for sharing your memories with us
Our guide Daniel was brilliant. He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about NY city and very engaging. It was great to ride the subway and ferry and eat local food. The walking pace was just right. Daniel is clearly well read and I would have enjoyed spending more time chatting but only had 1 day to spend in NY. What a great way to spend a day and couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to the city. Highly recommend this tour. Simon W
My first time in NYC. It was a beautiful way to discover the history and to learn about it's history. Mendy our your guide did a good job showing us the city and educating us about it's history
Great experience John was top notch
Be advised that this is a walking tour. John Bow, our guide, was amazing and knowledgeable on the history of NYC. Great way to see and hit the high points of the city. Ended at the observatory center on 911 grounds. Well worth it!
John Bow was an excellent tour guide—informative, engaging, and clearly passionate about what he does. The tour was very well structured, covering all the major NYC sights while still being easy and comfortable to walk. A real highlight was the Staten Island ferry cruise, which offered amazing views and was a great addition to the experience. Overall, a fantastic way to see the city in a day. I would 100% recommend this tour!
Amazing tour! Cale was superb and had a genuine love of NYC that was contagious! Highly recommended!
