Nyc Grand Central Station Secrets Small Group Tour

I wanted to try this tour after years of commuting through Grand Central Terminal. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the hidden secrets, pictures and stories of the terminal, which was expertly narrated by our tour director, Jonathan. Highly recommend.

Who knew Grand Central Terminal held so many secrets! Jonathan guided us on an excellent, informative and, most of all, fun and engaging tour. Jonathan's super power is remembering everyone in the group's name and using them throughout the tour. This talent helped keep my 12 year old great niece engaged. I highly recommend this tour for anyone interested in the history and secrets of Grand Central Terminal.

Historical overview of GCT from top to bottom to outside including stories and facts unknown to us as former locals and commuters. Our tour leader was Christian who was very knowledgeable and fun and kept the 90 minute tour to a good pace.

Our guide was wonderful-knew his stuff and had the history and architecture down-really enjoyed it

This was a really fun/interesting tour! Christian knew his stuff and was a great tour guide. A really fun way to spend 1.5 hours. Note that the tour meets inside the station at the entrance to track 29. The Viator instructions INCORRECTLY say the meet up spot is on 42nd street

Grand Central Station is pretty large to explore on your own, and a knowledgeable guide can take you behind the scenes. Worth it!

For somewhat frequent or new to NYC, learn about this icon. It is very interesting and you will walk away pleased. 1.5 hours is perfect. Out guide was great.

The guide was knowledgable and interesting. Fantastic experience, would definitely recommend! The only thing is that there are no benches in grand central, so be prepared to be standing (in between walking around) the entire time.

NYC Grant Central Station Secrets tour was excellent. Tour guide was informative and as a life long New Yorker, offered fun facts. Saw so many things that you would walk right past. We really want to see the Tennis Courts and got to take a peek. It was the perfect amount of time. Great for new visitors and vistors who have been to NYC many times. Very Knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Easy to meet up and price was also reasonable

We had such a wonderful experience! Pete, our guide, was very knowledgable and shared many interesting facts, dates, and secrets all throughout the tour. It was engaging and enlightening, and my friend and I had a fantastic time. I highly recommend this tour for tourists and local New Yorkers, you will learn a lot and Pete is always inviting questions or further discussion with the tour guests. It makes for a great outing in the city!

Was very good. The inclusion of the provided headphones to be able to hear the guide was well thought out and much needed in the busy terminal building. I learnt a lot about the station

My parents visiting from FL, former New Yorkers who retired to FL. We decided to take the tour because though we’ve been through GC hundreds of times we never really took the time to experience and explore it. My parents are in their 80s. The tour helped us realize how much history we have lived through. Great experience!

Christian was a great tour guide - high energy and focused on a good group experience. He paced the tour well and periodically stopped to ask for questions. He made the tour personal by sharing how "mistakes" turn into traditions and make the history come alive. Highly recommend this tour!
