Visiting the Empire State Building was an unforgettable experience! The highlight was going all the way up to the 102nd floor—the views were absolutely breathtaking! Seeing New York City spread out below us through the floor-to-ceiling windows was a moment of pure awe. There’s something so special about experiencing this iconic landmark firsthand. Pictures simply cannot capture the feeling of being up there! If you’re considering going to the 102nd floor, do it—it made our visit even more memorable. A must-see NYC experience that we’ll treasure forever!

I have always wanted to see the Empire State Building now I have, I don’t know what I can say that has not been said before. The fast ride to the 86 floor was thrilling then the other lift 6 more floors do the observation deck for a 360 degree view Avenue New York City absolutely amazing and well worth the money. A must do while in New York City. Highly recommend

Fantastic sightseeing venue with beautiful Art Deco features. The atmosphere was amazing and the museum prior to the observatory deck gave you an insight of how the building was constructed. The views were amazing from the observatory deck. The ladies at the ticket desk were very helpful (22/10/26- Sam) and helped us navigate the ticket booth due to the tickets being self service. There was a nice gift shop in the building which offered a good selection of gifts.

Many people will tell you to visit one of the other towers so you get to see the Empire State Building and I would agree with that notion but there was something in me that said you can't go to New York and not go up the ESB - I had been before but as this was the kids first time in NY we did the ESB and One Vanderbilt so we got the best of all worlds and they are a great combination (I have reviewed our morning visit to One V separately). We did ESB just before sunset so we were at the top to see the city transition from day into night and, being lucky with the weather, got amazing view of the sun going down behind New Jersey. The whole experience was very easy, no queues (October prob off peak) and the art deco building is as great to see on the inside as it is on the outside. New York still says Empire State Building so don't be blinded by the flashy shiny newer glass buildings - do both!!

We took a private, VIP tour with Renita Edmond. She is the greatest.We had a wonderful tour. A tour with Renita is like taking a tour guided by your best friend. Engaging conversation and anecdotes, not rehearsed bullet points. Additionally, she has comprehensive knowledge of the building’s history, construction, and progression to imodern state. She also has great knowledge of the city. The fee for the VIP tour was well worth it.

It was a great experience in we went in that evening at night which was more romantic. Renita was a great employee and All the employees were happy. Making jokes and having a great time. The music and photos and the Canolli was great.

Last time we were here, we queued for hours so having a time slot meant no queues... result! We went up to 86th floor. Absolutely breathtaking views, very clear day so we could see for miles and miles. Everything was run very efficiently. We stayed around 1 hour Kids loved using the binoculars which were all free to use No issues or concerns
