Nyc Christmas Lights Tour By Limousine, Suv Or Van. Dyker Heights

The tour was amazing. Learning about NYC, even growing up locally there was so much history i wasn't even aware of. Guide knew how to navigate the city well and where to find the best photo opportunities to create great memories.

What a special way to see the holiday lights. Our kids were so excited to see the city in a Limo and our driver was wonderful. We had a very special and memorable experience. Would highly recommend to anyone considering!

The driver was kind and personable. The tour was worth going and the lights were beautiful. We had a party of 8 people and got to see the lights from the van and walk when we wanted to see more.

Driver didn’t speak English. Ran over an island curb that resulted in flat front tire. Could not fix himself. We had to wait on the sidewalk in the cold. Another limo came to help change the tire but o Company would not change us to the new limo. It was a mess. Still charged me full price and we didn’t even see the whole tour due to time wasted on having to change tire. If we wanted to extend time I was told it would be an extra charge. Very disappointed with the entire experience from the driver to dispatch to office staff. No customer support !

This tour was excellent. Our driver was Oleg and he was very caring, making sure we were comfortable and warm. It was a very, very cold and windy night. I have difficulty walking and he was very accommodating in helping me in and out of Van. The Van was spotless and very easy to enter. The tour was for my family and teenage grandchildren. They were delighted once we were in Dyker Heights. I could go on and on, but I will say the tour was excellent, but a bit expensive.

We used the Christmas lights tour from King & Queen Limo NYC for a group of six, and it was absolutely fantastic! Was the worst! Booked a trip for my mother n law birthday with the grandkids - Waited outside for 40 min No one showed up I called the 888 number - and messaged. The line - no one answered Kept calling til I got someone Went from a exciting moment in NYC - To everyone had a glass of wine and went to bed

Horrible! I rented a limo from King and Queens LIMO only to get a SUV. This was our last night in NYC. This was supposed to be part of my kid's Christmas. We planned to go thru the Dyker Heights Christmas Lights in a limo and have pizza and hot chocolate. That's the package I ordered. So they charged me $899 for a SUV. I could have taken an Uber for 4 hours for half that!!! The guy they sent was basically an Uber driver anyway. It was his own car, not the company's car. So they charged me what the Uber driver would have charged me and then still made me pay him. So I paid them $449.50 TO MAKE A PHONE CALL FOR ME!!! What a SCAM!! He knew ZERO about the Dyker Heights Lights and barely spoke English, so communicating was impossible. There were six of us on this trip and one of the people had to ride in the front seat so we weren't even all together. I tried to get a refund once I realized they were grossly over charging me for a SUV but they were not negotiable AT ALL!!! They were not compassionate about the fact that they were disappointing a bunch of kids. First and last time using this Viator or King and Queens Limo. Sick people in this world just waiting to take advantage of families. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!

Wow wow wow!!!! This tour was spectacular! Made the whole NY thing in December feel super Christmassy!! Hats off to the artists that did all the decorating… stunning! 🤩 Loved the bus ride and the opportunity to walk the Brooklyn Bridge back…. never ever pass that up!! ❤️

Our Christmas tour was very delightful. The Limo was beautiful. We had champagne ready for us, fully stocked bar with water and soda inside the limo. Andy, the driver was so amazing so understanding! The ride was super smooth and we enjoyed the scenery from the windows. We went to Dyker Height, it such a beautiful neighborhood - fully decorated. We took so many pictures. On the way back to the hotel we had cruised around the city to see famous holiday spots. All was just perfect and absolutely memorable.

This is such a fun and memorable way to see all the wonderful lights in the NYC area! Part of me wants to keep it secret, but too good not to share. We chose a sprinter van and our courteous and professional driver navigated the highlights and “must see” spots while we relaxed with champagne and snacks. Just wonderful!

This is THE BEST way to tour the Christmas lights in Dyker. Our driver was nice (kinda shy) and did take time to stop and take photos at key landmarks etc. I highly highly recommend this tour company. They communicate extremely well and it’s priced just right. Very reliable company!

Had a great time getting to experience Dyker Heights Christmas Lights, the amazing Rockefeller Christmas Tree, and Times Square. Our driver Alex ensured the car was clean, stocked with beverages, and made sure our needs were met throughout the ride. We appreciate the great service and highly recommend!

The limo was nice and clean. It was raining so please take that into account. The driver was not personable. The picture on the experience has a Santa gives off a vibe of fun. He didn’t speak or even slow down. We had very little time to take pictures. He speed through Time Square and down side streets. I’m not sure what he was actually showing us in Manhattan. Waste of time. Then in Dyker Heights he skipped streets and again drove at speed where you were unable to take pictures. My husband and I ended the experience an hour early. Save your money.

Dyker heights was soo pretty!! We booked a white limo with my friends last week and were shocked by the beauty of NYC in winter. Limo was so comfy and luxurious with drinks and all and the reservation process was pretty fast and the dispatcher really flexible with us. They helped us with everything, since we were a little scared in the beginning but they made it an unforgettable experience!!! It was a dream come true ❤️❤️❤️

Reserved a white limo last week for the Christmas tour in NYC with my family. We toured Manhattan and Dyker Heights. We stopped for a pizza and saw the famous places from Home Alone. It was a magical experience that reminded me of my childhood. The driver was also really nice and flexible👍

This was one of the best experience of my trip to NYC this Christmas. Driver Alex was very professional and he shoved us all best places to n NYC with Christmas lights and windows displays also in want to say Dyker Heights was Amazing.

We booked the NYC Christmas Lights Tour, however, when our driver arrived, he asked "Where are you going?" I had to pull up my reservation and read where the tour "claims" we'd go. Despite this, the driver did not stop at at the Brooklyn Bridge Dumbo Area (said there was nowhere to pull over) and he did not take us past Rockefeller Center. The whole time he talked on his cell phone. He didn't point anything out to us and the whole trip was under 3 hours.

For the amount of money i would also expect the fleet to be in good condition. The limo had a big crack across the windshield. Also the communication was very poor

We went on a Christmas Tour last week with a limo and still are shocked by the atmosphere that the driver created for us. He made us feel so special, offered champagne and gave us access to the sound system!!!! We partied sm and also had a chance to leave the car and take pics/ while he was waiting. The request was for a private limo tour of Dyker Heights. Customer Service, particularly Sofia, was so accommodating and the best part was that I actually spoke to a real person who answered the phone in a few short rings! The evening could not have been more magical. We were picked up on time, and our driver, Mike, made sure that we were comfortable on our trip. He was attentive and courteous. He drove us through Dyker Heights and the Christmas Spirit took hold of my family. It has been a day since we went on the trip and we are still talking about the trip and smiling. King and Queen Limo's number will be on my phone, and I cannot imagine using any other Limo service.
