Pedicabs are the best and most efficient way to see Central Park, it has revolutionized the way tourists explore. Designed to transport up to three passengers, it gives the ability to hop on & hop off for photos. The driver is also your private tour guide who will introduce you to the history of the park, show you movie scene locations, homes of the wealthiest and most famous American families and architecture design in and around the park.

Stop At: Central Park Carousel One of the most favorite attractions in the park since it was first launched in 1871.
250 thousand people ride the carousel every year.
Stop At: The historic Chess & Checkers House is currently home to one of Central Park’s five visitor centers managed by the Central Park Conservancy. Surrounding the octagonal brick structure are 24 game tables shaded by a wooden trellis.
Stop At: The Dairy is Central Park's largest gift shop, offering a wide range of products for a wonderful day in the Park and thoughtful gifts for your loved ones.
Conveniently located mid-Park at 65th Street, the Dairy is easily accessible. Plus, every purchase supports the Central Park Conservancy, so you can feel good knowing that your contribution helps care for the Park.
Stop At: Located in the southwest corner of the Park, Umpire Rock is named for its location in what was Central Park’s first playground, a large open meadow where children could play games.
From the same location you will be able to see the Wollman Rink.
Stop At: Wollman Rink Ice-skating in winter and roller-skating in summer.
Wollman Rink’s location in the south area of the Park makes it easy to reach as well as a prime spot for enjoying Park scenery and the City skyline—a combination that becomes ever more dramatic after dark.
Stop At: Balto Statue One of the most beloved monuments in the park.
Balto became famous after a heroic journey across Alaska. In January 1925, an outbreak of diphtheria threatened the population of the town of Nome, Alaska. Weather conditions prevented the transport of vaccines from Anchorage by plane. A relay of dog-sled teams and mushers provided the only alternative.
Stop At: SummerStage is an outdoor concert and performance series organized by the City Parks Foundation. It is held on an open sports field in the park called Rumsey Playfield.
Stop At: Upper East Side The posh, residential Upper East Side is known for its wealthy denizens, fancy restaurants and designer shops along Madison Avenue. It's a pretty neighborhood, with a mix of classic brownstones and upscale high-rises. Museum Mile, a stretch of 5th Avenue next to Central Park, draws crowds to cultural institutions that include the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum and El Museo del Barrio.
Stop At: Nyc Central Park Horse Carriage Rides Bethesda is a large plaza consisting of two levels as well as an Arcade and a Fountain.
The Terrace is a popular destination for relaxing, people-watching, and admiring the architecture and the scenery. At the center of the Terrace stands Bethesda Fountain, also known as Angel of the Waters, one of the Park’s most beloved works of art.
Stop At: The Mall is one of Central Park’s most significant landscapes - a wide, straight path lined by two rows of American elm trees.
The southern section of the Mall is known as Literary Walk because of the numerous statues of writers added there in the 19th century.
Stop At: Named for the cherry trees that bloom in this landscape each spring, Cherry Hill is a popular destination overlooking the Lake.
Its sloping lawn is an ideal place for picnicking, relaxing, and enjoying views of rowboats on the water. Visitors flock to Cherry Hill in spring to enjoy the pink and white blooms of the Yoshino cherry trees.
Stop At: Bow Bridge Bow Bridge got its name because of its low-lying and graceful curve that resembles the bow of an archer or violinist. It is a prominent spot that offers expansive views of the Lake and surrounding landscapes. It’s one of the most photographed Park features and one of the most romantic, serving as the site of numerous wedding proposals.
Stop At: Strawberry Fields Strawberry Fields is a memorial to the British rock musician and peace activist John Lennon (1940–1980). It also includes the Imagine mosaic, where many come to pay tribute to Lennon. The memorial’s name is a reference to the 1967 song Lennon wrote and performed with the Beatles, “Strawberry Fields Forever.”
Stop At: The Dakota The Dakota occupies the western side of Central Park West between 72nd and 73rd streets. It is largely square in plan and built around a central H-shaped courtyard, through which all apartments are accessed.
According to a 1996 article in New York magazine, many brokers classified the Dakota as one of five top-tier apartment buildings on Central Park West, largely because of its residents, large scale, and "historical prestige".
Stop At: Tavern on the Green, the restaurant located in the historic building once known as the Sheepfold, has been a destination for fine dining in Central Park since the 1930s.
The restaurant recently underwent a years-long renovation during which some of its many additions were removed to expose more of the original structure and provide more variety of dining options. Tavern on the Green reopened in 2014.
Stop At: Pinebank Arch is an elegant cast-iron bridge that spans the bridle path.
Designed to be integrated with the landscape, it seems to emerge from rock outcrops on either end, and its lacy ironwork almost blends in with the surrounding foliage. The bridge is often photographed and is a popular spot from which to survey the surrounding landscapes and take photographs.

Straight forward booking system and easy to find. Good communication throughout, had the choice to reschedule due to forecast but we decided to go ahead with our original booking. It's a great way to see Central Park and this was one of the highlights of our trip! Ibrahim was friendly and knowledgeable. He showed us video clips of the areas in the park that had been used in films and explained what the buildings along the outsides of the park were and who they belonged too! An interesting hour wished it was longer. Thankyou Ibrahim and Central Park Attractions!

Se enjoyed a one hour pedicab tour with Barry. Very enjoyable. He was very personable and gave us the history of the park, info on nearby buildings, and pointed out areas where various movies were shot. $30 each for an hour.

We had ALI and his colleague for our 4 person guide. He was brilliant! So funny, knowledgeable and friendly. We loved this tour and would defo recommend to anyone. Really good value for money and he made us feel very welcome. Ali took some amazing pictures of us as a family. We saw parts of Central Park I’d never seen before so it was a great way to get about the Park.

I always use viator and this tour was great. The guide was very nice and funny , took pictures of us, we had enough time during our stops (at least 4 to take pics that I remember at the most popular spots). Other tours charge much more so don’t forget to tip! Especially during winter (they provide a blanket). Would recommend you give this a try.

Had THE best hour pedi cab tour of NYC Central Park with Ali. Very funny, knowledgeable and a highlight of our trip.
Easy to book online, responded to a message quickly before the tour and good directions - were ready and waiting as described. It was raining but this didn’t stop the tour, offered rain cover and blanket to make sure we were comfortable.

Schade met us outside the Magnolia cafe and took us over to Central Park to start a 1-hr guided tour. We only booked the tour the day before as we were watching the weather forecast and we are so glad we did this tour. Schade was fantastic, very friendly, knowledgeable and clearly loves his job. He took us to all the popular spots, stopping to allow us to take photos, and showed us video clips en route of film locations. Would highly recommend this tour, it’s a MUST when visiting NYC.

Great tour. Only booked 2 hrs in advance, confirmation arrived quickly, meeting point accurate and Ibrahim was exactly on time. He was friendly, knowledgable and a really great guide. Enough stops for pictures. I would advise everyone to book in advance and avoid picking an unknown from the many trying to sell a tour in the park itself.

I don’t often leave reviews, however planning a trip to New York can be daunting with so many options and I hope this can help.
Our family of 4 wanted to do a pedicab tour and I found numerous recommendations for this company and their drivers. I can’t begin to say how much fun we had. We had two pedicabs, it was 8.30am so they provided warm blankets. Our drivers were Ali and Barrie, and from the second we arrived, they had us laughing and we did not stop until the end.
Barrie and Ali were very knowledgeable about the city, the facts and history of the park, and took us to lots of famous spots; they showed us videos and played music along the way and also took some beautiful family pictures around the park which is really appreciated as not always easy to get them.
My only regret is I left it a bit late to book and we could only get an hour; I would recommend longer if you can as we didn’t want it to end. One of the highlights of our trip - thank you so much, an unforgettable memory Barrie and Ali ☺️

Feb 27, 2025, 12:58:45 PM I did the one hour tour with a friend as part of our trip to NYC. We had Barrie as our tour guide. Wow what an experience. Barrie made this trip for us. Barrie was just wonderful. Smiley, happy and a pleasure to spend some time with.
He was really knowledgeable and gave us loads of information about the park and took us around some of the key sites including a lot of movie locations which was perfect for us as big movie buffs.
The tour itself was great. I feel we’d have missed a lot if we just wandered by ourselves. The pedicab was lovely and snug. It was raining during our tour but the canopy protected as and we were given a lovely blanket to put over our laps to keep us warm.
Would highly recommend this tour to anyone. Barrie was just ace!! Thanks Barrie for being such a highlight of our trip. 5 stars isnt enough. More like a 10!!!

We had a lovely morning with Barrie as our guide! Like the typical brits that we are, we had him out pedalling in the rain but he remained positive and cheerful throughout. Out host was Barrie for the day, we had seen a lot of reviews about him so expectations were high. Delighted to say not only did he meet those expectations he went way above!!
His knowledge about the park and surroundings was outstanding, learnt things that we would never have known and would never have been able to find on our own. We were 2 females travelling alone and we instantly felt comfortable and safe with Barrie, nothing seemed to be too much for him.

Just completed our 1 hour tour with Barrie. He provided a fantastic experience for me and my 14 year old son. This was a highlight of our trip and we will absolutely do it again! Barrie was very knowledgeable and personable and we enjoyed our hour with him! He doubled as a photographer and took some fantastic pictures of us in the park. The park has so much history and we barely scratched the surface. Do the tour! You won’t regret it!
