We rented bikes from the Financial District location for a ride along the Hudson River. We were a family of four and rented a regular bike with a child seat, as well as a bike with a tag-along attachment. The service was excellent. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and everything was well organized. The bikes were in good condition and perfect for enjoying a ride along the river. Recommended for families looking for a convenient and enjoyable way to explore New York by bike!

Our flight was delayed arriving into New York and we missed our booking of 5 bikes for 3 hours at $190. I contacted the company by email but did not receive a reply. In fairness to them I did not follow up or go to them as we had already missed the first day of our 3 day trip and had other activities scheduled for the remainder of the trip. Apparently the weather was absolutely terrible in New York when we were meant to arrive and may not have been able to go anyway. So I would advise to not book much in advance, make sure you actually arrive and the weather is suitable!

Helpful in suggesting the bikes since we had 2 boys that were 4and 7 yrs of age but very skilled in bike riding . Gave us several options that were very helpful. It was actually someone who actually cared about the family and not just making a sale.

Very quick no hassle. All the way from Ireland… got free helmets and lock as well. On the way out they also gave us a free water. Great guys

Poor customer service and very expensive! My wife and I paid $58 for two hours. The mountain bike I had did not shift gears easily and often shifted when peddling. Better to use a Citi bike obtained outside the park!

Jerome was so helpful setting up bikes for my family - including a tagalong for our youngest. Bikes were great! We road along the Hudson Parkway path and made lots of stops along the way. It was so easy to access from the rental shop. Highly recommend!

This was very fun, a great way to spend time outdoors, but also spend time with your family members. They are not too slow or not too fast. It is the best rental place ever.

Very friendly staff, bikes well maintained, hygiene procedures in place for helmets. My son and I were 30 mins late taking the bikes back but they waived the late fee (hubby and daughter brought theirs back on time).
