Lot of car service companies out there and it’s a worry after a long flight or a pick up from hotel back to the airport. We need not of worried! Excellent community throughout, friendly, productive driver, on time, beautiful vehicle! We just used them twice in NYC and like the fact that everything is included too. Very very happy!
Great service! I driver showed up on time & was so nice. Great way to arrive into NYC. My only complaint was that they were very delayed on responding to messaging & didn't send confirmation on when the driver was to show up but that had nothing to do with the driver or the experience.
The actual driver was great but the company gave the driver the wrong address for another hotel with a same name in the area. Thankfully we were picked up early so he had plenty of time to get to the correct location and get us to the airport. If your destination has a similar hotel name close by, I’d double check with your driver just to make sure you have the correct address or you might be stuck waiting on the curb for 30 minutes like we were.

Great company. They Kept me up to date on my reservations and how the process would work with my driver. He picked us up in time and was very nice, kind, helpful and very knowledgeable with suggestions while visiting NYC. Definitely recommend this company.
No driver was there when we arrived and no communication. We finally got someone and were told they would get a driver and the driver called and said he would pick up at another terminal (after 40 minutes. We paid $200 up front and got nothing.

I haven't even taken the trip yet, I just booked, but I called to verify the booking, and the woman that answered was amazing. She found my reservation quickly and told me that they would call before the pickup time in case I made any changes. She also to me that they will track my flight out of LGA and if there were any flight schedule changes they would let me know. I feel so good knowing that we are covered- definitely worth the cost just for the peace of mind.
This was the best transfer service to the airport. Our driver was at the hotel right on time and the communication about pickup times was top notch. From JFK to Manhattan we attempted to use a yellow cab. A guy distracted us and said you can use this bigger car for the same price, others also followed him, we went over and sat in the SUV. Asked the price to the hotel and told it is on the meter, when we arrived the bill was $500. Lesson here is we should have planned! We used this company for our return back to JFK at a fraction of that price! Driver was excellent, it took a little time for the confirmation of pick up to arrive but it was the day before New Year’s Eve. Do book a cab in advance so you do not get stung like we did, this company was really good!

Pickup at airport was quick and on time. Great text communication to ensure prompt pickup. Driver easily guided us to our pickup point so we were not delayed. Driver s were friendly and helped with luggage.
Just used white rose tours for transfer from JFK to Manhattan. Great communication from the company throughout and despite horrendous traffic driver Mohammed still got to our pickup point @ JFK in a timely manner. Would have no hesitation in using White rose again !!

Our driver arrived 35 minutes early, so had to wait a bit; did so graciously; and much preferred to being late.. The car was clean and very comfortable. The drive was pleasant, no crazy driving. Only concern: I called the company to ensure they had our booking because I had not heard what time they would pick us up. There seemed to be an issue finding the booking from Viator.
The service was reliable and what had been promised was also kept. We received the promised information on time and were picked up on time.
Hiring a private hotel transfer to JFK Airport was a very good decision. The Tour Operator contacted me the day before with the driver's details. The driver arrived promptly at the hotel at the agreed time in a better than expected car, super clean and with water at our disposal.
Whenever I fly to or from John F Airport. Kennedy (JFK) in New York City is about transportation to Manhattan. As we brought a large luggage, a carry and a backpack each, it was difficult for me to think about moving by subway, having to walk and, in many cases, going up and down stairs. This last time, I was monitoring the cost of moving on apps like Uber and Lyft, but I don’t know why I tripled what I’ve paid before. Sometimes I paid $90, other $65 and this time I didn't go below $165, which seemed like a lot. We looked for alternatives and the truth, at least at that time I found nothing, so we ended up booking a large luxury van that we were given as an upgrade. The cost of a luxury car up to the JFK is US$165 including tips and tolls, almost the same as in the Uber XL. I booked by White Rose Experiences, which offers mobility for small groups in cars or large groups of up to 58 passengers, with all variants of number of passengers in between. I remember at one time being consulted by a group of 10 people who wanted to move and at that time I could not resolve the query. The price we saw for a 10 person van is US$275, it is very convenient for large groups. On the other hand, they speak Spanish, which adds up to a lot when coordinating something as important as a transfer.
