Our driver Singh had texted us even before we landed at EWR. He met us at baggage claim and walked us to the car. Very friendly and great driver. The car was a very nice black SUV. And earlier in the day we had received a text from the company with Singh name and cell number. Great communication.
This was very good and spacious enough for our suitcase set., have now rebooked with them for another journey
As a solo traveler, I appreciate the inside terminal greeter who assisted with my bag and escorted me to the waiting car. As an infrequent flyer into LGA, it was very reassuring to have someone meet me at the bag carousel. The trip itself was very pleasant. The driver was cautious and I felt his driving was efficient but safe. We had a great conversation in the car and I enjoyed the opportunity to chat with someone who lived in the City itself. The cost was reasonable and was even more reasonable when I add in the additional sense of safety that I felt with this service.
I cannot speak highly enough about the neet and greet service from JFK to my hotel in Midtown Manhattan. I was up to date with communication at all stages of the journey from collection at the airport to dropping if at my hotel. The driver was excellent and absolutely no complaints about the car. Perhaps the biggest compliment in can give is immediately booked the return journey to the airport at the end of my stay. I highly recommend this service, especially for first time visitors to New York City as a stress free way to start you visit
We were greeted at the airport near the baggage claim by a nice young woman who then took us out to our driver in a new luxury SUV who helped us with our luggage and got us safely to our hotel in Times Square.

Booking was easy. Andrew was our greeter and text as soon as we landed and let us know where he’d meet us and which baggage claim to go to. He got our bags and walked us to the pick up spot. Yuan was our driver and also text instructions on how to get to the pick up spot. Andrew called him as soon as we were in the garage and he came right up. Our bags were loaded and unloaded for us. Car was scheduled as a sedan but ended up being a large SUV and was very clean and nice. It couldn’t have gone more smooth!
Our flight was delayed 2.5+ hours. We missed a planned excursion but we still were able to count on our driver and the service here to drive us to our hotel. They stayed in contact with us all the way through.
In all my travels, and there have been many, this was the most smooth no hassle or questions transfer experience ever. The staff was courteous and conversed well and very professional and polite. Again, EXCEPTIONAL!!
The person at airport was not the driver who contacted me. As a solo female traveling this was not safe as he tried to pass me off to a random “ride share” stating he was just a greeter. I called the number provided to me and there was no response (I also texted). This was an extremely scary experience and I ended up getting a taxi after finding a Port Authority Officer.
driver was late, not prepared to drive four people. took a very long route through new jersey small towns (away from the city) to get to the city.

All in all, great. Met us at the baggage claim and took us to the waiting SUV. Driver was great and got us to our hotel safely and efficiently. The only gripe I have is that my phone number was given out (as if I was the person who was meeting people at the baggage claim). For about two weeks, I received multiple calls, texts and WhatsApp messages from people who were arriving and were asking where to meet.

Booked this car for my husband and two nieces from jfk and driver contact changed multiple times after landing which made my family feel like something sketchy was going on. My family ended up waiting another 30 mins after landing for pick up which was the whole reason for booking a car service (not too wait) and driver did not allow any passengers up front for my family was forced to sit scrunched in back.
It was excellent. Service was as advertised. We were met at baggage claim with a sign with my name at JFK airport. That person led us to our vehicle and the driver delivered us to Hotel Seville in Nomad. It was a stress-free experience. Love that gratuity was included as well. Would use this service again.
A very convenient service Our greeter George found us promptly at baggage claim n guided us to the car. Byt driver had no clue where the hotel was . Even with the GPS. I had to tell him that he had gone past the hotel.

We booked in advance as we prefer a driver to the taxi / Uber circus at departure. Our flight was delayed about 45min due to weather. The company communications prior to my trip set high expectations. Let me just say my transport was nothing like I expected. My driver was late picking us up. The vehicle was had body damage, it was dirty inside and out. The check engine light was on. The gas light was on as well. We did arrive in Manhattan in less than an hour but we felt the driver was unsafe at times. I wish other people would leave more honest reviews! Do yourself a favor FIND another company. The picture in the ad in Viator is definitely deceiving.

Quite a disappointing experience. Car was an old and dirty Suburban and certainly not luxurious but main issue was that we had to wait 30 mins for driver and in the end had to call the company. The driver was supposed to text the night before with details of pick up (as per booking) but no text and none received the night before. This is not a meet and greet service, or certainly one that most are used to when the driver waits for you rather than you having to wait for them. So if you want a proper meet and greet with your driver tracking your flight and waiting for you at arrivals then book someone else

We ordered a luxury sedan, the car was not that. It was small in the back, and barely fit our luggage. The driver was nice but had lots of clutter in the front, kept taking phone calls, and playing news radio. He did not know my name to confirm he was our ride, and he did not know our flight info, even though we provided that during booking. He was also dressed in sweats and took about 30 minutes to get to the pick up point after telling us he was only 10 minutes away. We also couldn’t turn the lights in the back on and off. Overall not the lux experience you expect when booking a luxury car.
The perfect way to arrive in NYC! I am so glad that I booked this transfer from LGA to our Times Square hotel. I had a text from the driver when we had landed and he was in communication with us as we got our luggage and throughout the whole process. The ride was smooth and he dropped us right at the hotel entrance. I could not have asked for a better experience and we will definitely use this company again when traveling to NYC! I highly recommend them!

Our flight was delayed by 4 hours and changed airports. This company and employees went out of their way to accommodate our stressful travel changes. There are so many transportation services available, I was cautious when looking and made a booking just days before our trip. The communication was solid and very friendly. I was a little concerned since I didn’t get my driver info until I had already landed, but a quick phone call from the terminal gate had that resolved immediately with a very friendly customer representative. I did have to wait for the driver a little longer than I had hoped for a pre-identified pick-up time, which is why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars. The car was immaculate and the driver was very courteous.
