Sure, it's 101 stories up. Sure, the view is fantastic. Sure. The large, wraparound deck offers stellar views of the rivers and avenues. But it is 100% not an experience. We went on a super clear day with no lines. However, the place is set up like a Disney ride: lots of ropes and "exhibits," all geared to help you bide your time in the queue. It's sunny up there in the morning, like full, unrelenting sun. Caps and sunglasses are encouraged. You'll have plenty of opportunity to buy food and wine, because nothing says "get your drink on" like 3000 people vying for the perfect Instagram spot. (Take note: Self-sticks are strongly monitored. It's a no-no.)

Waste of time and money – no support from Go City We booked the Go City Pass with 3 attractions, including the Hop-on Hop-off bus. Unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment: we were only able to use the bus once for about 15 minutes, and after that it was impossible to get back on – either the buses were overcrowded or the stops were not served as expected. As a result, we lost a lot of valuable time that we had planned for exploring the city and enjoying other attractions. Even more disappointing: there was no support or response from Go City regarding our issue. Overall, very frustrating and not recommendable.Wir haben den Go City Pass mit 3 Attraktionen gebucht und u. a. den Hop-on-Hop-off-Bus gewählt. Leider eine Katastrophe: wir konnten nur einmal für ca. 15 Minuten mitfahren, danach war kein erneuter Einstieg mehr möglich – entweder überfüllt oder keine Haltepunkte wie angekündigt. Dadurch haben wir sehr viel Zeit verloren, die wir eigentlich für andere Attraktionen nutzen wollten. Besonders enttäuschend: Von Go City kam keinerlei Unterstützung oder Stellungnahme. Für uns absolut enttäuschend und nicht empfehlenswert.

I can't believe how good this was, one QR code to use and the whole city activities are yours! So easy to use and even using the online booking system saves on premium times.

Definitely worth the price! With a 7 day pass (9 trip including travel time), My daughter and I "saved" $562 with our 2 passes. Well now, we did things I would have never paid out of pocket for because they were on the pass, but when you consider the must sees I was going to pay for, we still came out ahead. If we had known our 7 day Metro card (subway) also worked on the busses, we would have done even a few more things (we did a lot of tiring, hot, time consuming walking...). We also had time for 2 musicals and a show taping. We saved visiting the MET for when our passes were expired. The Metropolitan Museum of Art was the only must see thing missing from the GoCity Pass, IMO.

App is easy to use and saves you a ton of money. It also gives you ideas that you might not have thought of. We saw so much more than we would’ve during our vacation because of this pass.

The view was amazing...a lot of experiences in a few days: I want to highlight a remarcable experiences spent in Soho. Little Italy and China Town . The guide lead us with positive energie in a rainy day but with sun and light in our soul. Another very nice experiences was American Museum oh Natural History. And of course, the cruise at Statue of Liverty . Nice souvenirs to keep in my soul.

Great pass offering fantastic value for money and entry to most of the major tourist attractions. We had a five-day pass and it covered everything we wanted to do on our trip. Easy to use with a good combination of pre-bookables and walk-up options.

Used City Pass a fair few times best pass for NY especially a 5 Day Visit easy planning easy purchase. Also convenient to book trips in advance.

We got the go city all inclusive pass and save a fortune , it was a class app and I would do it all again if I come back , very expensive city but worth every penny

Best rate for the kind of experience we were looking for. I just won t suggest the one world observatory. After The Empire and The Edge, that was the less emotional view, as it is all indoor.

This pass was so easy to use. Simply got the QR code up scanned and got into the attraction. Saved us so much money and also meant I did not have to worry about budgeting for things. Would definitely use it again.

The Beast and RiseNY were easily the best parts of our New York trip. Couldn’t stop smiling the whole time. We got absolutely soaked on the Beast but were jamming out to the music and the waves, then, got the best seat in the house on the Rise Flyover. Very memorable!

Very satisfied in general, except with the contrasts tour which had very poor organization, the Bumbo tour that you offered in Spanish and there were no dates on the days the app indicated, and the photo book that the photographer never responded to me about.

Very good experience with Go City in NY! It's made our lives too easy. We enter the attractions directly through the app, without complications and without wasting time buying separate ticket. For those who want to visit a lot in a few days, it is well worth it. It organizes everything and still helps to save. I would use again for sure.

The pass is very useful and easy to use, but it is not true what it says to receive a quick response from customer service, I was never answered... the pass showed a reservation that I did not make because I was not even in NY on that day, so I lost one of the 7 attractions I bought. The pass always showed 6 activities since I received it, which is weird...

Fantastic!!! We had a great time.. the pass is convenient, practical and saves money! I warmly recommend it!

It was efficient and affordable to target destinations. It was a bit hard for the two of us, who lacked exercise, because the transportation from the hotel was mostly by foot and subway. Also, be careful, the 11 o'clock Statue of Liberty ferry will not make it on the Big Bus from Times Square.

All phenomenal the go city app I recommend downloading as it helps you a lot with maps nearby attractions etc.. I will repeat with them without a doubt.
