Night drive in the bus was pretty comfortable with a two stops. Later in the day a lot of free time guided by our tour guide, pleats helpful and resourceful. He directed us for a good, affordable place for a meal before heading back to NY. We traveled in company of four retirees and we were very satisfied with this trip.

Really enjoyed this trip. The 7 hour outward journey passed quickly. Niagra was mind blowing. The journey home dragged a bit. Researched other means of getting to Niagra and nothing worked like this. High costs, poor connections and overnight stays. With a little discomfort (take a pillow) this trip really works plus the tour guide was very informative.
Was a wonder trip. Don’t windy cave visit! My daughter and I enjoyed the trip and the once in a lifetime views we got see.
This is a must thing to do when you visit New York city. We had fun and our tour guide, Carlos was very nice and kind. He shows so much care for the group. We did the maid of the mist and cave of the winds.
We had a great time! Our driver, Jesus, made it a smooth trip. The tour director, Amy, was delightful and adorable. She did an amazing job of keeping us all together, safe, and informed. I was very impressed how she kept the tour moving along without making us feel pressured or rushed. It was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend it to everyone.
Amazing bus trip to Niagara Falls with two good drivers and a lovely lady that leads the tour. 10/10 recommendations for you
This trip was great. The first stop on the trip only had dunkin donuts for a food option which was not good. I also wish the bus was up to date and had a little more room. The maid of the mist is an attraction that you must do (br prepared to get wet). The tour guide Emily was amazing. She was informative and very welcoming.
This tour is a must do. You must do the mist and the cave activity also. Bring along extra clothing and shoes. Our tour lady Emily was anazing , so the two drivers. Thank you guys
Tour guide Emily was amazing. Traveled with handicap folks and she suggested the trolley instead of walking Keep us informed of what was going on the entire time. She was extremely knowledgeable about everything.
This trip was a birthday gift to myself. And so I thank Emily, tour guide, and her drivers for making this experience enjoyable, comfortable and memorable for me. Everyone please put this on your bucket list, you won't be disappointed.
Emily is a great tour guide!. She informed us about the trip as we went along and made it exciting to get there. It was absolutely beautiful. Everyone should go see the Falls, bring family, friends or return again because the beauty of the fall is stunning. Emily, thank you, my family had a great time. The mist was perfect. Everyone should do it.!
Long coach journey. But a wonderful experience. Pay for the boat trip - fantastic!
I use Viator multiple times. I booked Niagra falls tours through Viator while in the NYC and had good experiences with them. Our tour guide Emily was nice.I Just booked a tour for upcoming tour this fall in Canada. Highly recommended!
Maria was a great guide! The communication was consistent from the beginning through the end. The drivers also did a great job on a rainy day. Time allowed at the Niagara Falls park was perfect to enjoy everything that it has to offer. I would recommend this activity to family and friends!
A long trip with overnight coach trip. However, you are there for 8am and avoid some of the later crowds. The boat trip is a must - prepare to get wet. A great experience - treat yourself!
While New York City has amazing places to eat and explore, our experience booking through Viator was an absolute nightmare. As foreigners visiting the city, we felt completely vulnerable and taken advantage of. We faced an unexpected delay while heading to the meeting point, but we acted in good faith by calling and messaging the operator to let them know we were on our way. They explicitly told us they would wait for us. However, when we arrived, they had already left without any warning. Worst of all, they didn't even bother to contact us to let us know they were leaving, nor did they leave anyone at the site to inform us. It was only much later that they sent a notification, and they did so to a completely wrong phone number, leaving us stranded and clueless. What makes this worse is Viator's complete lack of support. As a major booking platform, they did absolutely nothing to mediate, help us find a solution, or offer any alternative benefit for a service that cost us over $340 USD ($1,149,618 COP). Viator does not back its customers when things go wrong. Avoid booking through them. To anyone reading about these bad experiences, I highly recommend looking for a different agency or platform that actually protects its users.
Our guide, Emily, was fantastic! She provided detailed information for every step of the journey. She even offered videos of optional activities at the destination, allowing everyone to make informed choices.
It was 1 day trip! We spent most time on the road. When we arrived Niagara everything was rushed and by 1pm we were supposed to board back to NYC. I regret , I though we would spend whole day there since we arrived morning around 6:30am
This was a rather disappointing trip. There was no clarity about the pick up location and we were left wondering which 'main' door we were expected to wait at. Considering the trip began at 11.30 pm, one would assume that that the itinerary would have been shared before departure and not verbally delivered when most tourists were exhausted and waiting to sleep. The dual language monologue was tiring to say in the least. The food stops were not at places where decent meals could be purchased and were exorbitant. Paying customers were not permitted to bring a meal or hot drink into the coach while the driver and guide did exactly that. The seats on the coach were uncomfortable and closely packed with barely any legroom. For the amount we paid, we were not provided with even a bottle of water, which every other bus tour we have undertaken in New York has. Definitely not a value for money trip.
We had a wonderful one-day Niagara Falls tour with our family on 4/5 July. A special thanks to our guide, Emily, who was friendly, energetic, and caring from start to finish. She kept everyone well informed, made the tour smooth and enjoyable, and was always patient and considerate. Her positive attitude and excellent guidance made the trip truly memorable. Highly recommended!
Undoubtedly the best tour for those short of time, you save an entire day while still being able to do the Cave of the Wind and the Maid of the Mist (both of which require purchase of separate tickets and the Maid of the Mist needs to be purchased in advance at the start of the journey). The only thing you miss out on is the lighting at night, but it's a small price to pay if you only have the one day to spare for Niagara, like I did. The night bus, though not very comfortable for a tall person like me, does get the job done, and the rest of the tour is perfectly calibrated too - especially the arrival and departure times and the rest stops on both the onward and return legs. It was great to meet new people and make new friends on this tour, and our guide Carlos was great as well, though he seemed to prefer speaking in Spanish a bit more than he did English. Most of the folks on the bus were Spanish speaking, so he can be excused, I guess. He did speak in English when it mattered (such as when giving instructions). We got sufficient time in Niagara and this was a memorable trip and I would highly recommend it.
I started my tour in New York . The bus deparyed from 7 th Ave .meeting point was front of Manhattan hotel . Highlights of the tour . Tour guide Name .Emily . Comprehensive language command in both English & Spanish .she did a exemplary job in delivering her work scope with due diligence .very energetic in her speech with great charisma . Bus drivers Two drivers .both handled the long journey smoothly . We landed in Niagara & back to New York in a timely fashion . Niagara falls . A tourist which is to be in all tourist agenda . Had much fun in the maid of the most and Cave of the wind . Both activities are worth participating in .Apprently the money paid for does not include above . Another US 59 will bring you great hapiness and memories will be cherished . In conclusion I had a wonderful tour .met and befriended many nationalities . A trip which I will do again . Cheers to the guide and drivers who made it very enjoyable . Room for improvement . The tour operator should provide a luxury bus maybe charge a bit more so that there is leg space . This was a 50 seater bus .instead provide a 24 seater so the we can bring down the back rest with comfort .this to make sure that the person sitting behind need not suffer .
Terrible bus, perfect activity. Time was very good. I didnt like de bus driver, seems to me that he was always in a rush. The guide was marvelous.
Our tour guide Emily was absolutely brilliant and very knowledgeable. She warmly welcomed us and made this trip very enjoyable. Although the bus was not as “luxurious” as the description suggests, we had a decent sleep throughout the night trip and the return journey was not as tiring as expected. We had enough time to do the Maid of the Mist activity, stroll around to see the waterfalls and to take enough photos, and even to spend an hour crossing the border of Canada which we got to see the view from there (very much recommended!). The chosen rest stops were in very good spots, we were able to get some rest and enjoy some good food. Overall, a nice experience, especially for the money!
Niagara falls was amazing tour. Tour guide and driver were excellent. We had lovely time. We enjoyed most ''Mid of the mist'' there are so many activities to do.
This is a long day trip but the sight and experience of Niagara Falls is worth it. Maria was our guide and she was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the day. She took care to keep us all informed about meeting times and what to do at each step The bus is a bit bumpy but the seats are actually very comfortable and we were allocated seat numbers on departure. I slept quite well until about 4am which was a restroom stop. Then another hours sleep before the breakfast stop at 7am. This was probably the only negative thing about my review as only Dunkin Donuts is open and it took quite a while for them to get all the orders done before we left again We were dropped back off in New York around 9pm near Times Square. It’s a long tiring day but if Niagara is on your bucket list do it 👍 great value for money and considering it’s an 800 mile round trip it didn’t actually feel like that. Plus this was my mums first time in the USA and she has absolutely loved it
Fabulous experience, coach trip surprisingly comfortable with stop offs, the sights at Niagara Falls well worth the overnight road trip, very well organised tour guide Emily was excellent at making the day perfect
It was an amazing experience. First time to visit Niagara and I was very excited. Emily, our tour guid, was very helpful and very fluent both in english and spanish.
The experience is beautiful and the guides are great but there was a family that had de flu without face masc and we ask for one to the guide and they didn’t had, my recommendation here is that they need to have better regulations when someone is sick
Awesome experience in Niagara falls amd especially i would like to congratulate the friends cause we had a long way road but the transportation was awesome and smoothly.
The drive back home is long and the bus seats are uncomfortable and too close to each other. But all the bad is worth it once you see the water falls. It’s an amazing view. They also do a lot of restroom stops which is good.
I absolutely loved the tour — it was such an amazing experience. Seeing the Falls up close was breathtaking, and Maria’s enthusiasm made it even better. I definitely get why people fall in love with this place.
My friends and I were staying in New York and had to take this opportunity to see the Falls!! It was such an extraordinary experience!! We absolutely loved the state park and had a fabulous view of all 3 waterfalls and got to go to different locations to view them better. Thoroughly recommend the Maid of the Mist boat tour - allows you to get up close (but not too close) to all the waterfalls. Our tour guide Maria was excellent and helped us have a really enjoyable experience.
Amy, our tour guide, was great! A few issues I had were…The itinerary was different from what was on the app, but in the end it worked out. Also, need more time to just sit and soak up all the falls. We were given around 10 minutes at each of the falls. Amy didn’t rush us on this but you felt rushed that you had to get back. Would like to have just sat and soaked up for awhile.
Fantastic guide—friendly, organized, and very knowledgeable. Made the trip unforgettable! Emily is the best..
It was a pleasant bus journey and a great day at Niagara. The cave of wind was an amazing experience
It’s a long overnight drive to upstate New York to arrive at Niagara early the next morning. However, the views that meet you on arrival are worth every bit of this journey. Certainly worth booking this activity with family or friends.
There is water in bus. Seats are not good. Not spend mush time Niagara. I 100% don’t recommend this service. $189 per person is not worth.
The tour was really great to see the falls since I wanted to go for decades so it was a birthday gift to myself and a early birthday gift to my mom aswell. We took alot of photos and the tour was organized. The maid of the mist was amazing.
The bus was uncomfortable absolutely for no leg room and very uncomfortable not really suitable for 7+ hours each way Driver was excellent
It was fun tour and very organized. Our tour guide name was Maria carla. She was very nice, friendly and helpful. The view in niagara falls was stunning, you have to see it yourself. It was better than in the picture. The experience was worth it. Would definitely refer this to our family and friends.
The actual tour at Niagara was nice but the bus broke down on the way back and we had to wait 5-6 hours for a new bus. Which pushed back our arrival time in Times Square, resulting in other missed excursions. It was hot and we had to wait either on the bus or on the side of the road. I don’t recommend this particular tour company. The tour group didn’t update us appropriately throughout the situation.
Thank you very much for the wonderful tour with the guide Maria Clara. It was very exciting and unforgettable. I will definitely choose a company for trips. We had a great time.
It was amazing! First of all this trip is for them who has a constraint of time like me. I had to visit Niagara Falls and come back the same day, so I chose them. The guide, arrangement and total package is excellent; they will cover almost everything except Caves of the wind. But trust me it is worth it. Our guide was Maria, she was cute and talented, will speak in 2 languages English and Spanish parallel.
Nice trip to see the falls. We liked that we arriwed early in the morning, not so much people. The trip was well organised. Enough stops and time to explore everything you want. Our Guide Amy was a gem. Bus driver Mauri also has to have a big thanks for driving us safe and steady all the way. Amazing patient also for both of them to some of our group not respecting the sheduled times. Also, very flexible to drop off people near their hotels on the way. All of all, a good way to explore Niagara in one day from Manhattan. Just to remaind, you really should tip our host group for a trip as long as this. Shame on you who got and extra drop off before Manhattan and just left. Thank you Amy and Mauri! -Johanna & Arto
My one-day trip to Niagara Falls State Park was absolutely fantabulous—words seem too small to capture the experience! Under the radiant glow of the sun, misty rainbows arched overhead, seagulls glided effortlessly, and the thunderous roar of 60,000 gallons of water crashing per second resonated deep in my chest. This wasn't just sightseeing—it was a full sensory immersion. Our tour Guide Emily was cheerful, enthusiastic, and pragmatic, Emily led our group with infectious energy. She shared thoughtful tips, managed smooth transitions between sites, and ensured our breaks in clean, well‑maintained areas felt rejuvenating, not exhausting. Imily turned the day into a seamless, enjoyable adventure—she truly elevated the experience. Visiting Niagara Falls in a single day may sound ambitious, but with a well‑planned itinerary and an exceptional guide like Emily, every minute is packed with wonder. The falls themselves are beyond description—a living, breathing natural phenomenon that you feel, not just see. I’m already dreaming of returning in September–October to witness the surrounding foliage ignite in autumnal reds and golds. Until then, this journey will stay etched in my heart—a vivid, unforgettable escape into raw, natural beauty.
Tour guide was good, enjoyed attendees. However, bus was old and not as clean as I'd like. Bus was small, very tight fit for such a long ride. Otherwise I thoroughly enjoyed, was well worth it. Pit stops on the way were very helpful!
The tour experience was extremely smooth and well communicated. Maria-Clara did a fantastic job of running the tour. The views were great The food stops along the way and on the way back had a lot of options.
Great tour to Niagara Falls! Everything was well organized and our guide Maria Clara was amazing, very kind and helpful. I really enjoyed it!
María was an awesome tour guide! The day was really well organised and totally worth the trip over! I would definitely recommended doing this trip to see the falls!
