This attraction is the only place on the American side where you can see all three Falls at once!!! plus your guide will take a photo of your family on the deck that you could actually take home blow up and put it on your wall!! Your Guide will take time to take you to close up views of all 3 Falls at Prospect Park as well and answer questions about area attractions.
Three Sisters is an incredible sight in the Winter time. You will see the marvelous Rapids as they rage in Winter. You may see the frozen Areas that are breath-taking
Goat Island has an incredible winter view of all three Falls.
First we will go into the interactive room to learn about the History of Niagara before going into a 7 minute movie called the "The World Changed Here" Then we will visit the iconic Cave of the Winds walkway below the Falls! it is not a cave.......you will see the American and Bridel Veil Falls in all her splendor. During Winter you can see up to 30 foot icicles below the falls!! just an incredible sight to see
This was the best! Other tourists didn’t show up so it was just my friend and I with our tour guide Dana. She went above and beyond to make our experience special. She had answers for every question and information about all areas. It felt like we were lifelong friends. We were very blessed to have her as our guide.

We did the New York small tour group to Niagara Falls. Sherry was our tour guide and she was AWESOME!! So knowledgeable and friendly. If we ever come back I would definitely like to have her give us a different tour.

I would book any other group than these people. They will lie and state that your tour was completed however, never met you a day in life then try to use the Viator and state that they will not send you your money back stay away. Beware use anyone else I promise it’s better.

This was a great tour. Our guide, Cheri, was extremely knowledgable and personable. She not only gave us the most amazing views of the Falls but went out of her way to make recommendations for other things to see during our stay. The history of Niagara runs deep and we would have never knew any of it if we did our own sight seeing. Highly recommend!

Our tourist was Kelly. She was very knowledgeable and you can tell she's done a ton of research on the area. Anytime you had a question she was able to answer it. The sights we got to see were breathtaking and beautiful. I would recommend going during winter season because you can get more of a private tour.

Our tour guide Cherie was cheerful, funny, and Knowledgeable. We enjoyed the inclusivity of the tour and loved the information we gained. Felt like a very well-read local showing you around to the best spots! We loved the little cafe we got to stop at as well and the stories our guide told during the time it took to get to each location. Would love to see Cherie again in the summer for another tour!
Our tour guide Ricki was very knowledgeable and friendly. The tour coordinator David was also very helpful and made the experience very welcoming. I would definitely suggest this tour as one of the first stops in visiting Niagara to help get your bearings.

We had a really wonderful guide in Angela. She is full of knowledge and answered any question we asked her. The only thing that would have made it better is if either the sun had been out, or if it had been “snowy” because of the most from the falls.

Had a WONDERFUL time. Neither of us had ever been to see Niagara Falls, so I booked this tour in hopes that we would be able to see all of the most scenic parts, and we were not disappointed! Our tour guide, Peter, was a delight. He was very knowledgeable about the history of the park, and he took us to the most beautiful scenic spots for photos. We kicked off the day with some coffee and tea from Dunkin' and then we proceeded to make our way through the park, stopping at various points along the way to admire the beauty and to discuss park history. Towards the end of our tour, we stopped at the gift center, and by the end Peter was kind enough to offer to drive us to a very cozy, scenic spot for lunch in Lewiston. Not only did we get to enjoy a nice lunch, but Peter was kind enough - and patient enough - to even drive us back to our hotel after we had eaten. We couldn't have asked for better tour guide - five stars! I will be booking with Viator again!
Our guide was awesome. The only thing that was disappointing is that we were not able to visit cave in the winds do to a power outage. I hope the agency will reach out with complimentary tickets to that attraction.

My husband and parents booked a last minute trip to Niagara Falls in March 2023. We didn’t expect to see much due to the cold weather, but our tour guide George took us to some great viewpoints where we were able to enjoy the falls in all their glory. George provided transportation in his comfortable van, pointed out historical landmarks along the way, and provided informative commentary about the history of the falls and local area; and even some great restaurant recommendations. Definitely would recommend as a short trip that is fun for the whole family.

We never would be able to see so many spots and learn so much if it wasn’t for this tour. We can’t wait to come back in a few months.
Joe was a great guide, extremely knowledgeable and insightful, very nice, clearly very passionate and proud about the area, and was clear and easy to listen to. He was conversational, and even took a few detours to show us things we showed special interests in. The sights were spectacular, the interaction with wildlife was great for my son, and the pace and length of the tour were perfect.

Peter is an excellent guide! He is knowledgeable, personable, respectful, funny, patient, and flexible. An all around great guy! I can’t say enough great things about him. This tour included quite a few stops and even though it was a lot of information to take in at each stop and in between, Peter made it all interesting. All stops are on the NY side of the falls so no worries for those that aren’t prepared to venture over into Canada. He gave great recommendations for lunch and other good eats to try during our trip. Hotel pickup/drop off is available. Can’t wait until we come again with the kids. Peter already laid out some family friendly events that will be great for the kids and adults too. We’re excited! BONUS: We contacted the company for details about this tour and found out it’s vet owned so that was comforting for me and my sister who is also a veteran. When available, we choose to support businesses owned and ran by our brothers and sisters in arms.
The tour operator did not cancel the tour even though I was the only person who booked that day. My guide Peter was very knowledgeable, friendly and considerate. He added some additional stops to the tour since I showed interested in those things. Overall, I highly recommend this tour especially if you get Peter as your guide. On the flip side though, there isn't too much to see in Niagara falls during the winter months since some of the good stuff are closed.
David gave us a very exceptional tour of the falls for my wife's 30th birthday weekend ! He took us around all the different locations at the state park and fully educated us on it all! The falls were amazing! It was nice because we didn't have to wait on other people since it's a small group tour we went at our pace and that was convenient! Very professional and polite we highly recommend his team !
David, our guide, went out of his way to pick us up and drop us off. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and put us at ease straight away. The tour was very relaxed and flexible. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. We saw the falls from several different places and view points - spectacular! Although it was a chilly day, it was a great experience.
